I have a major problem with being charged for parking at a medical facility. Free health care should actually be free not money grabbed in parking.

Being charged for parking is less than ideal especially when the doctors are running so late you walk out because there is no respect for your time. Front desk staff showed no concern that I didn't want to wait for an undetermined amount of time. I'm looking for a new family doc.

Love this clinic. It's always very accommodating and never a long wait time. I can usually get in to see my dr next day which is frg.

To summarize in one word? YIKES I honestly can't decide which of the following was the worst about my most recent experience at this facility... 1. After checking in for my appointment, I had to listen to the two receptionists loudly discuss how much they didn't want to be there, couldn't wait to go home and see their dog, how bored they were. (All fair enough, but if you dislike your job so much, maybe it's time for a change?) 2. After telling the doctor why I was there, the first sentence out of her mouth was "so what do you expect me to do about it?" 3. The doctor then proceeds to scold me about how i didn't give the receptionists the real reason I was visiting , so the room wasn't set up, and then went on to why that was important for their time, etc. I was extremely taken aback as I had explained in full over the phone why I was booking, so I explained to her that I did in fact give all the information. She responded "oh okay, well they are new". (But if you know that then why are you scolding me in the first place?) Overall it was the first time in my life I have ever had a doctor's visit go like this, and I left feeling so disheartened and disappointed. I will be finding a new physician and clinic.

Can never get an appointment to see our family physician! My daughter needs a refill on her prescription and we can't get in! Tried last week and also tried this morning. After being on hold for 15 minutes I gave up! Thinking of finding a new doctor that we can actually see!

Never a negative experience in the 10years or so I've been going here. If your doc is unavailable they try their best to fit you in with another doc at the clinic. Very professional and helpful.

Excellent medical staff and nurses. Spends adequate time with you. Receptionist is helpful and accommodating but has a slight accent and wears a hijab which might prejudice a few against her. If your doctor is fully booked or unavailable, she will offer you alternatives . GPs will refer to specialists where warranted and are prompt with arranging for Imaging diagnostics and other testing. The parking is not free but my health is worth $6 OR I can park at a nearby mall and walk 2 blocks. Health care is not free, taxpayers pay for it. Don't abuse it
