What a fantastic experience! Dr. Neutrals is incredible. He spent quite a while with us in partnership with some vision therapy we are accessing for our son. He was incredible with my child, extremely patient, knowledgeable and really on top of the everything vision. He is so much more the just a basic 20/20 eye doctor! We will be bringing all our children and family members here; I fully trust him and his staff! His office staff were welcoming, kind and again awesome with kids!

Wonderful Service and selection. Dr. Neufeld is very thorough and amazing with children. Brought my 9 year old ,3 year old and 6 months old. Very impressed how well it went. Very much recommend! They direct bill as well.

Dr Neufeld is absolutely fantastic. He takes care of our family's eye needs and we've always had a great experience whenever we've had to go there for an eye exam and prescription glasses. He is VERY GOOD with kids and ours just love him to bits. We can highly recommend Eye Live optometry. They are experts at what they do.

Incredibly high quality experience. The standard eye exam includes more progressive testing than usual, and the owner of this business operates a therapy facility for references if required. Most importantly, the additional testing and examination procedures do not come at an additional cost. The exam was very reasonably priced. Good selection of frames for men, women, and children, which are fairly priced.

*2018-10-25* (late) Update. I am revising my 3 star review to 4. Immediately after my review, Maria and (Dr.) Brent did not hesitate to contactme to learn more about my experience, as they were not personally involved in my interaction (or lack thereof). They were very kind, apologetic and genuine. Their "buy a pair, give a pair" ministry means that free eye Care and glasses are provided to women getting out if situations of sexual exploitation, when their Eye Live branded glasses are purchased. That is a rare sight to see for businesses these days, and I was very happy to learn about their brand, mission and values. This store definitely deserves a re-visit. :) ---------------- Poor customer service = Poor first impression. Was in the other evening, browsing with my family. I was there for about 30min and was barely acknowledged by the associate. A simple "are you finding everyhing ok?" Or "be with you in a moment" would have been appreciated. I had a couple of pairs that I was interested in purchasing, but did not feel welcome. Not sure if I would return. Otherwise, clean, open store with a good selection of frames that is different from big box stores. Really liked the house branded frames.

Thank you eye live :) for fixing my glasses so quicky .. great customer services starting from the beginning to the end ..everything and everyone was so professional and efficient.. super happy with the frame and lenses ..loving the blue light filter lens and fab frame . The eye examination was fine. However the price of progressive lenses was was quoted as being PER LENSE. I was able to get my glasses with progressive lenses online at Zenni Optical for less than their price of one lense. I asked for my Pupil distance and was going to be charged $45 for it. When getting your eye examination be sure to choose an optometrist that will provide it for you especially if you intend to buy glasses online.

This place goes above and beyond. During covid I completely ran out of contacts but was also due for an exam. My concern was to buy lenses only to find out my prescription changed and be out a few hundred bucks. I emailed them to see what they could do. Dr Brent Neufeld emailed me back right away, booked me an appointment and personally dropped off a pair of lenses At my house so I had some until we could meet. I went in for my appointment and my prescription had changed so he gave me another pair until mine came in. Talk about customer service how many optometrists would drive to your house and drop off some contacts for you. Amazing locally opened place. Highly highly recommended!

Dr. Neufeld is an excellent optometrist who helped my husband recover from a concussion and get back to work. After my husband's concussion, a physiotherapist suggested he get his eyes checked. Dr. Neufeld did a comprehensive exam on my husband and discovered that he had visual disturbances from the accident. We were very thankful that my husband was a patient of Dr. Neufeld's because most optometrists only do a very basic exam and wouldn't have caught these issues. Because of Dr. Neufeld's assessment, we were able to start vision therapy, and this corrected my husband's visual disturbances which allowed him to work again. We take our whole family to see Dr. Neufeld. He used to work at another practice, but when he left, we went to his new practice. No matter how far we would have to drive in the city, we would choose to have Dr. Neufeld as our family's optometrist because of his expertise.

Went into this office to have a Sport Vision Therapy assessment. I was told we had to go the office by the Glenmore Inn to do the initial assessment but then any actual therapy sessions would take place at the new office in Auburn Bay. Once they got our money at the first appointment and we went back the second time to get the action plan, I was told the therapy sessions would actually be done at the Glenmore location after all. I would never have gone here if we had to go all the way to the Glenmore location for treatment. Also, special prism glasses were ordered and paid for the day of the order. After waiting 15 days with still no glasses, I called back to inquire as to their whereabouts. The receptionist laughed (more than once...weird) and said she would phone and "light a fire" under them and would get back to me. I would never recommend this place and I will never go back, except to collect my glasses if they ever arrive.

I have been going to Dr Neufeld for my families vision needs since my children were little. We have always had excellent care with him. They are now in their twenties and I continue to visit his office for my eye appointments. He is very thorough and honest regarding my health needs. If you are requiring an optometrist for yourself and family, he is a great choice.
