I have been going to E. R. H. L for 8 years now. The cleanliness of the waiting area is astounding! Even the public washroom is nice to walk into. The "front line staff" my Jenny, getting to know new one for chantals mat leave. Then my other ladies... Bobbi jo, who's always at that desk with a d**m smile! (I think she is up to something.. All the time!!!!) And Karen who stepped right in and right up! (But I think she's in with Bobbi jo!) the "fill in "staff are so down to earth, it's always so nice to see you! You know who u are ladies! These ladies are the absolute glue to E. R. H. L ....bobbi jo and Karen, and jenny and( I'll get to know you) handle all 3 incl. dbt and central clinic. As for the clinic itself.... What CAN I say????? Our nurses are like none you have ever seen! Christina, MJ, and little Ivy that comes in to cover! You become like family. Clinic rooms ALWAYS fresh and clean. I check it out when I'm told to "go to your room! "The clinic is fully stocked always. As for the Doctors that choose to dedicate their time to elbow river, I'm pretty sure I've had the pleasure in meeting all of this team. Some I know better then others, my own little "team "that works with me. Dietician, social worker, indigenous mental health, elders. And MY amazing doctor! She goes up and above regarding my health. Caring, intuitive, listens attentively, also always that friendly face(think she too may be in with whatever Bobbi jo(ring leader!) seems to be up to !) But for real, my Dr (can't name the docs out of respect) goes the length for her clients. All the docs I know fairly well are no different! And they seem to have a tight commrade, tight team. You know who you are, the ones that make my day when I can make you smile for just that one sec. So...... Yes long post, but I feel as one who has seen E. R. H L grow.... And this many years as a client, I have a right to tell it as it is. My opinion. And I can say that as long as they will have me.... I do not plan to ever seek health care elsewhere. Hats off to your hard work everyone!

Everyone from both sides of reception. The nurses. The Doctors and also elders. The social workers are all exceptional and amazingly amazing

The staff .nurses Drs reception. Cleanliness and even the layout down to the interior design is excellent. The only person I feel that lets the team down is Rosemary the social worker. I have ask for her help many times since dealing with the Healing Lodge. She doesnthat't ever remember who I am and has never helped me to contact the right people or failed to follow thru on her end. I don't mean this as a personal attact but I feel that she hasn't spent enought time understanding and learning about the many different resources available for the First Nations and Metis people. I have the greatest respect for all the other staff at the Healing Lodge. You shoud all be very proud. My thanks also go out to the persons responsible for putting together such a fantastic team.
