Dr Randall Williams is an amazing doctor. The secretary is unprofessional; Charlene is very rude with no sympathy and she does not know how to listen. I called her early in the morning but our coversation is one-sided, as it ended quickly. She is dealing with patients with heart problem but is unprofessional. She is definitely not fit for her job considering what I have to deal with it. This happened to me everytime I speak to her.

Had a stress test completed on November 24th. I got my results back to my family doctor on Dec 2nd. Everything was fine those people said from the test they performed. On December 9th I had a heart attack and seven (7) blockages were found in the angiogram. The doctor had this clinic bragged about his experience and was confident I had no heart condition. This will be my very last choice for places in Alberta for a stress test if needed again.

Dealing with heart related challenges is greatly improved by the support, expertise, professionalism and organization of Edmonton Cardiology Consultants. I am grateful for all the staff that are employed there. Edmonton is very fortunate. Dr. Lamb is knowledgeable, communicates well, listens and responds appropriately to my concerns.

Was told over the phone I had a heart attack then never received any follow-up care because the cardiologist didn't communicate with my family doctor. Thankfully I caught the mistake before having another heart attack. All too characteristic of the sloppiness that is Alberta health care.

The receptionist that I talked to on the phone is a big joke? Or rude attitude?? She seem so in hurry talking and I had to be straight forward. ask her if she in a hurry as seems like she doesn’t want to talk on the phone.. Couldn’t even wait till I finished what I’m saying.. goodness where is the humanity or be considerate.. of you love your job u know how to perform and act professionally as this place should be more aware that patience has a problem in the heart. So sad...

All the staffs are friendly and professional. The place have been renovated and redesigned. The waiting area is large and filled with comfy seats. You don't want to be late for your appointment. Must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Located on the third floor.

This clinic is incredibly efficient! Since I arrived early for both my appointments I was taken in right away. I had no wait time for my technician, nurse, or doctor. I was in and out in very quickly without feeling rushed. I felt like the value of my time was recognized. Dr M. Dorsch is kind, friendly, and I am glad to have him as my doctor. Thank you.

The Secretary is absolutely rude, and unprofessional. Uncaring, unthoughtful and disregards the patients. People with severe heart problems have been put off from going to this office, directly because of her presence and demeanor.

Talked to the reception under Dr. Lamb this morning. I did not remember her name, but she seems to be one being complained by other reviewers. Impatient and unprofessional, that's all I can say.

I had horrible experience with Dr. SUDHEER SHARMA. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. I don't even want to call him a Dr. in any way. Very unprofessional, arrogant, rude, don't allow patient to talk. In this century, in Canada he can dare to ask where I am from? I am Canadian, duh! Don't bother to see him if you are not from a country he has affinity to. I am really really sad to see this kind of doctor in Canada. Government should check these king of guys regularly and should not allow them to practice medicine.

There is a certain secretary B****a, needs to learn some professionalism. There are days she sound friendly on the phone and others not so much. I do not care how long she has been working there. Humans do make mistakes and she needs to own it up! Other than that the rest of the staff are awesome!

Awesome in every way from start to finish. I'm not a morning person. I'm even less of a morning person with no coffee. Less still if I'm made to walk on a treadmill while dehydrated. In spite of this, they smiled, were friendly and gave me free coffee. ????

Terrible ! They set appointments then make you wait for an hour after the set time ! What a joke ! They're time is more valuable than mine. Try to voice a concern and they become rude. Ask your Doctor to refer another clinic because these people are BAD !

Overall they are good. But the receptionist for one of the physicians is terrible. Her name is Simone and I will often call and request to speak with someone else because Simone is so terrible. She is belittling, condescending and complained to me about her workload. Often times she won’t even let me ask questions or will quickly hang up on me. When I’ve called back to the main operator for questions after being dismissed by Simone, I usually receive excellent help. Nurses and doctors seem good.

Wanted to confirm the stories about the horrible receptionist(s). She was incredibly impatient with me, told me to call her back in the middle of a conversation and then hung up. I have been trying to reach ANYONE, SOMEONE from the clinic for the past 2 days but I tried phoning 3 different numbers, one belonging to danielle, one belonging to the clinic in general, and one belonging to a nurse and still unable to reach ANYONE despite being within work hours and within office hours. Horrible service and it's clear they don't care about their patients whatsoever. I would give 0 stars if possible. Attached is the image of all of my ignored phone calls.
