Called me at 855pm for my phone appointment they hung up before I could answer i called back instantly and the answering machine said they're closed and I now have to wait till Monday till call and book in again. I'm so fed up with this place. ???? are their any doctors out there that actually care?

The doctors here care and listen to their patients. I can’t express how much this doctors office has offered a great amount of support and attention to their patients. I’ve seen many doctors and this office is by far the best, I refuse to go anywhere else. The doctors are not biased at all. They will listen to you and take the necessary time to understand and assist with any situation or problem you are having. The wait may be long, but for good reason.

This doctors office has the most inept staff I have ever experienced, they are incapable of updating their patients with a simple phone call or email; and websites with current information regarding their new hours of availability and the fact that they no longer take walk ins. I've been out of my medication for 10 plus days now because of the issues I've been having with their staff. Not to mention that they do not have a Dr on staff at all times, they come in as needed, severely limiting patient care.

If you come here expect up to 2hr wait time even though you make a appointment in advance, and the experience is the same eveytime!!!! I think they just really overbook appointments in hopes of no shows IDK but still...wait time of appointments should be no wait time!!! Why is the reason of making that appointment just to rush there n wait for up to 2hrs. Of just getting in room n thats not even seeing the doctor yet....yes more wait time in the room. Agh

Don't bother coming here, they are never on time. Whether you book an appointment or walk in, I've waited between 45mins- 2hrs. The last time I was there, there was only one doctor and about 4-5 receptionist.... If there was a zero star option, that's what they deserve.
