My experience with Dr. Robert J. Herget has been outstanding. I have seen him 3 times in the last couple of months and he is actually helping me beyond what I expected. Listening and not judging me for anything I say, he truly makes me feel like he is trying to help my overall health, not just physical. Kelly at the front desk is amazing as well, both make feel beyond blessed to have found them. Thanks.

I am new to Dr. Herget. Such a nice doctor. He listen very carefully. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I will be very sad the day he retire. I don't think I will be able to find some one good as doctor. However the receptionist guy at the doctors office is very rude. I have seen him sitting there with his cellphone while the telephone rings and not answering at all. There been days I tried to call him to get an appointment and nobody answers. He is very careless and ignorant.for that i have to take one star from this. I wish Dr would hire someone else.

I am a new patient of Dr Herget's and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Kelly who works the front desk was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to me in detail, and Dr Herget took the time needed to listen to my concerns and respond accordingly. I would definitely recommend visiting Dr Herget and will be using him as my G.P. moving forward!

Dr. Herget is an incredible family physician. Being a new patient during COVID-19 he listened to my concerns and helped me get a diagnosis that I should have received 2 decades ago. Because Dr. Herget took the time to listen to my medical complaints and let me express myself my life has been completely and forever changed for the better. He is an incredibly compassionate physician who genuinely wants to see his patients get better. He isn't one to just shove a prescription in your face as a bandaid solution, but he works with you exploring any and all avenues to help you get better. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I've had an appointment. I've never felt like I'm being rushed out of the doctors office or my appointment. I've had no problems with his front desk staff, Kelly. He is knowledgeable about his job and takes the time to answer questions. Some say he is cold or even rude but I don't find that at all. My biggest regret is not finding Dr. Herget 10 years ago.

I moved from Winnipeg and found this doctor who accepts new patient. Dr Herget and Kelly are super nice. Kelly runs the office. Dr Herget always come in with prescription pad in his hand. LOL. Very prompt in making appointment and very accommodating.

Extremely rude, callous, and disrespectful. Will rush every appointment under 2 minutes. Dr. Herget has clearly lost sight of why he became a doctor and now just runs an assembly line of people in and out of his office for quick prescriptions. Useless. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Herget has been my family doctor for many years as well as my husband's doctor. We both have serious illnesses and Dr. Herget understands and is very helpful, knowledgeable and comforting. My husband is no longer under his care due to living in a care home facility, and now under a specialist. Dr. Herget and Kelly both ask about my husband which makes me feel great. Through the years, I could always count on Dr. Herget and Kelly. They BOTH always are so welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy to have them in times of need ????

Dr. Herget has been my second doctor in Calgary. The first had retired when I was a child. I have felt comfortable with him . My wife and children are also patients as well. We will be going to herget until he retires.

My experience both with Dr Herget and with Kelly who basically runs the office, has been outstanding so far. Appointments always punctual and referrals to other physicians are handled impressively. The Dr is as personable and friendly as one can expect from a doctor with several patients. He lessons and asks questions, makes concise and confident decisions. All in all I've been very pleased with Herget.

Tried calling several times to reschedule and book a new appointment. No one answered and tried to make it in anyways. Suffering from chest pains and shortness of breath after recovering from COVID-19. I was told upon arrival 20 minutes before the clinic closed that the Doctor had left and that after explaining my symptoms was told to book another appointment. When I asked of a note could be made on my file I was told no. After telling the staff to have a good day I was told "no, and you don't have a good day." I will not be returning to this Doctor and would not recommend anyone else see them. Staff is unprofessional and office hours are suggestions and not honored.

Very rude. You’ll be bombarded with lot of medical terms and knowledge regarding your issue but no solution. I was awaiting a call for an X-ray to be taken for jaw pain but never heard from his team. Extremely unprofessional.
