If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. I took my Samsung device here to get my broken screen repaired. The crack in the bottom right made the device unresponsive. What a mistake. The tech who repaired it, somehow, made my front camera not work. They attempted to blame it on software but my back camera works just fine. They tried to fix it BUT whatever they did made it worse. Come to find out they are not Samsung authorized and shouldn't be fixing any devices, broken screens and all, the alleged owner even admitted to this. None of the employees took any accountability for the repair, including the guy who replaced my camera..a ghost must have done it. Scam, scam, scam. Do not go here, I wouldn't even trust the phone cases they sell Now, I'm waiting for Samsung to hopefully fix my device. Don't trust them with anything. Don't let them tell you they are not affiliated with the location by the ice rink. I walked with the employee to the store upstairs and chat with that employee. They are operated by the same person!

I went here and got my phone screen replaced as it was shattered. they did it in about 30-40minutes but then when I got my phone back the top right corner of the screen looked like the took a chunk off the actual frame! I let it slide but a couple days later I had notice my screen was actually coming off! The touch screen is actually popping OFF my phone! My ex had threw out my receipt and I tried to go back and of course they said I wasn't in the system it was two weeks after I went in, they said my battery was "expanding" what a joke! There was nothing wrong with my phone other then a cracked screen when I went in and now a few months later my screen is coming off, I have it TAPED on, and one of the tiny screws on the bottom is now MISSING because they had stripped the screw itself, and the bottom half of my touch screen doesn't even work! NEVER GO HERE, THEY ARE A JOKE, I WASTED $115 AND THEY RUINED MY PHONE EVEN MORE!

I bought a samsung galaxy note 4 from the 3 months ago. Just for 3 months of using that battery on my phone the battery bulged and pushing the lcd out from the attachment to the body. I brought the battery back to dr mobile and showed them what happened. I was told that they only cover 1 month warranty and they cannot replace the battery instead I was asked to buy another one from them! Are these guys serious?! After buying a defective battery that damaged my phone they want me to buy another one from them? No replacemnet and help offered from technician instead they want me to buy. I have all pictures and videos as evidence of what happened to my phone! These never happened to my original battery no matter how much charging it had. These guys are selling defective products and poor customer service.

They tried to scam me. They told me my battery was no good when i just went to get the screen replaced. I was sceptical so i asked to see the video surveillance of the girl working on my phone to make sure nothing funny went down. As i was watching, he picked up his landline phone and talked in hindi to an associate in the store where it was being worked on. 5 minutes later his associate came down, gave me my phone, and guess what, the battery magically was working again. He put away the camera footage before i had a chance to see what went down. Rahul was the guy, and he had sly written all over his face.

Gave my Blackberry to replace the sim card reader. They did not replace it but soldered pins from some other model and it broke next day and also they broke my ejector which they lied it was already broken. My phone now is unusable. They argued with me that they replaced with a new one. Worst customer service !!!

My iPhone 6 was turning off showing the battery was dead. Once plugged in it would show 100% charge immediately. I brought my phone in Dr. Mobile just before closing on a Sunday and within 45 mins they replaced my battery for a nominal fee. Excellent service and very helpful suggestion to maintain a healthy battery. Would definitely recommend you give them a try.

Sells blacklisted phones (reported lost or stolen) which will not work anywhere. Phone repair is very shoty as screen was still coming off as you leave the store. Can not recommend these locations if you need to fix your phone or buy a cheap one make sure to do your research.

I went to get a case for my brand new htc one m7 and got the case for $30 and i brought it home and by the time i got there and opened the package i saw it was broken and it put a scrape in my phone i was sooooo furious so i took it back thinking that i could get my money back but all they had was an exchange (because they probably get costomers come back every day????) so i did the exchange for the same case but in black and it then scraped my phone again uhhggg????. And the customer sevice sucks even lemonaid stands treated me better than that. Dont ever go there and if you do dont be suprised that they treat you horribly and one other thing DONT EVER GO THERE THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phone was repaired in half an hour, but was a cheap knock off screen - the pixels were off and you couldn't wear polarized sunglasses when using the phone. Within two weeks the screen had completely disconnected from the phone hanging only by the ribbons. There was no adhesive anywhere on the phone. Now I have no screen compared to a crack before. Got my screen replaced on my s7 edge and they charged me $418 for a new screen, i didn't want a new phone so I thought I'll just get a new screen so whatever next couple days the screen cracks with just a little bump plus i had my otter box on so to me it seems like the quality of their screen that they use isn't the same quality as the actual Samsung factory screen or maybe s7 edge screens are just that sensitive but either way I'm still p****d

Went in for a battery replacement on my phone, paid $70, when I picked up my phone 40 minutes later, the battery % was about 3% less then when I dropped it off, this was highly suspicious, after running diagnostics I see the battery life is also identical to before the "replacement". I have sent my phone into Samsung to determine if it is still the original stock battery. Samsung contacted me today and informed me that the phone had the original stock battery and was not replaced, I will have my credit card company charge back the payment due to fraud. Don't trust these guys.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from the Doctor Mobile kiosk in West Edmonton Mall. 10 days ago, I dropped my phone and broke the screen, so I went here to get a quote on replacing it. They told me that a new screen for my Oneplus 3 would be over $200, parts only, with an additional charge to replace it. I know they are less than that, but we all need to make a profit, so that's fine. I asked if they would replace my screen if I brought my own, and they said sure, for $50. Great! So I order a replacement screen for well under $100, and returned to Doctor Mobile to have it replaced. I spoke to the same person, who then told me that their technician "didn't want to do it" now (they had to call him as well, which implies that the technician isn't even in house. How long would you have to wait to get your phone fixed? Do they send it out to another location or does the guy just show up sometimes?). They didn't jack the price up or anything, but flat out told me they wouldn't do it. So I went down the hall to Blueshift, who had it repaired just fine in 24 hours, for $60. The only reason this kiosk is even getting 2 stars is because the person working was helpful when I needed a sim card adapter the first time I went there. Since there is an alternative right down the hall, and another place called Cellfix across from Meadowlark mall just down the street, I don't recommend Doctor Mobile. Go to Blueshift instead.

I had my iPhone X Max fixed at Dr. mobile in west Ed mall yesterday. I talked to the guy and he told me the cost for a screen on an iPhone X Max would cost $160 and that it would take him half an hour which seemed pretty decent when we had returned he had told us that he gave us the wrong price and that the actual price of a screen for an iPhone X Max is $460 dollars. (I’ve never been anywhere to get my phone fixed where it would cost that much money). He was nice about it and said “I’ll only make you pay the price I told you when you first came here” but we felt bad so we gave him $200. He then proceeded to put this weird matte screen cover on my phone that makes the phone blurry and to finish it off he took a hammer to my phone (I know he was just trying to show me that it won’t break but never take a hammer to someone’s phone without asking). Anyhow we left the mall everything seemed fine, I was a little concerned about the blurry ness and then last night I noticed that my phone has a green tint (no it is not on night shift) and then this morning when I woke up the screen is completely messed, I go to type and every time I press on the space bar it switches over to numbers and symbols and there is random scuffs all over my screen extremely unprofessional, would not recommend anyone goes here I don’t even want to give them one star and his little bs story saying he gave me the wrong price just really pisses me off (I’ve seen other people give reviews on how they do that there and then destroy your phone). Very poor service please do not support this place.

I wish I would of read the reviews on this place before I got my daughters phone fixed, I also should of had a red flag go off when they pestered my 14 year old daughter to sign a contract saying her phone was bent. I came back after an hour and not only was the phone "bent" now apparently her front camera isn't working, and the speaker in the talk wasn't working, and he says "we can fix the camera for 53 dollars and the speaker for another 59" when I stood there dumbfounded at what he was talking about and this is when my 14 year old started having a fit that her phone was not broken when we took it in, and I finally clued in and asked him why they didn't tell us about the camera and speaker before hand. The guy was a totally different person who gave me her phone back then the person I put the original order in with, and insisted that he DID tell us, This is not true. Why the hell would I pay $103 to get a phone fixed that doesn't even work in the first place, and besides the point I have proof that the camera worked before we turned it in because we used it and took a picture with it that has a time stamp with the date. This guy was RUDE and does not deserve to work in customer service. He was yelling at me and my 14 year old in the middle of the mall, refused to give the phone back until I signed another contract even after I paid for the screen being fixed. After arguing for 20 minutes he coerced my 14 year old daughter into signing her name again, I pulled the contract away from her before she signed the whole thing and apparently he said half a signature that doesn't even match the first one is acceptable, which its not. Now 4 days later, the camera on the other side of my daughters phone no longer works, they legit sabotaged her phone to get more money out of us. My husband had called their office the other day to discuss this, and they actually hung up on him. I will NEVER go back to this place again, and I will be writing this review all over Facebook, twitter, instagram, whatever form I can get the word out that this company is a bunch of scam artists. I will also press this as far as I can, because clearly I am not the only person this happened to, just read previous reviews on here.

Truly the worst customer service. Not professional at all. The guy working there was extremely on edge, very short tempered, and overall unfriendly - not someone you would wish to be around for longer than a minute. Not only was the customer service awful - their work was honestly the worst I've ever received from a phone repair company. They gave my friend's phone back completely broken - back glass missing and purposely attempted to ruin the camera with liquid metal. I am honestly in shock with how this company handled an expensive iPhone XR. The worst service I received from a company, ever. BERWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I own and operate a service company and this is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible! I got to the store at 12 noon looking to fix my phone get a new case for that phone and buy multiple cases for the new iPads I had purchased for my field techs. People told me an hour for the phone and when I came back I would have cases for the iPads also. Came back one hour later phone was not fixed and they tried to sell me cases that didn't fit. After multiple times of different case and me constantly telling them that it is a 5th gen 2017 iPad they finally gave up. After about 4 promises they had the case and begging me to stay 5 hours went by and I have nothing. After all that they offer me 10 dollars off my services and promise me that the case will be here and ready to go may 21. Call may 21 takes about 30mins on the phone to even figure out who I was and what was going on and the case haven't been ordered and they will get back to me. Fast forward to today the cases are back ordered and won't be here for weeks. So I get off the phone call the manufacturer direct and said they could have to me in a week!!!!!! A week and these guys are saying they are backordered ! This is just a grotesque level of service . Please please please don't give these guys any more business they deserve it from no one.

He told me he could fix my network issue. He claimed it was done, and handed me back the phone. I ended up buying a screen protector, and case, which he way over charged for. And he never actually fixed the phone, and he wasted my time, and money. I would never go back or recommend this place. Total rip off.

Do not trust this place! They lied about their warranty and the customer service was horrible. I took my Samsung phone to have the screen replaced. They initially quoted $145. They told me to put down a deposit as they would have to order the screen. They said they would call me in a couple of days but they didn't so I went to the store to follow up. I was then told it would actually cost $170 instead of $145 and again had to wait for them to order another screen as the wrong one was ordered. Again I was told they will call me when the screen arrived. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks so I went to the store to follow up. They put a new screen on my phone and in 6 days the screen broke! The images on my phone were not visible, there were vertical lines all over the screen, and I was not able to use the touch screen. I was told there was a one year warranty on the screen before getting it fixed. When I brought my phone in they said the screen is not broken so the warranty did not apply. Clearly the screen is broken because the images are so distorted. I went to Mobile Klinik and they said the screen was defective. I called Dr Mobile but they continued to deny they sold me a defective screen and refused to resolve the problem. Their screen is NOT from Samsung. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Dr Mobile gave me a defective product and lied about their warranty! A total scam!

Went there to get my Sony Z3 compact screen fixed. They super glued it. Within a day it all came undone and cracked because of it. After much arguing, they agreed to fix it but they had to order the part. They had my phone for 5 days and I had to call 3 times to get it back. The next day, half the screen only works if you press really hard. Worst service ever and now I have to go back again. It was also an argument to extend the 14 day warrantee because they had my phone for a week of it. They promised there would be no issues... yeah right!

Never go to the west edmonton mall location. Just tried to get my friends iPhone XS camera lense fixed at the west edmonton mall dr mobile location right beside cookies by george it was the worst experience ive ever had getting a phone fixed. We asked him to fix the camera lense and told him the camera was shaking and we wanted that fixed he said it would usually be 100$ but since we were students he would only charge 45$. Came back to get the phone and the camera was broken even more than it was when we gave it to him yet he expected us to still pay the 45$. We told him we wouldn't be paying and he threatened to take the whole camera lense out if we didn't. Took us over 25 mins to get the price down to 20$ and he was very rude to us.

Terrible. Had an iPhone 5S screen replaced. As soon as we got it back, there were lines on the screen. They told us that 'we had damaged the phone - that's why there were lines'. After a few weeks the corner of the screen lifted. We had the screen replaced again at a reputable shop. No lines - everything works fine. This Dr. Mobile uses cheap/inferior parts and lies about the flaws in their work.

I took my phone there to get my camera fixed 3 months ago. Here's what happened, the tech quoted me 1 hour to get fixed. I came back in an hour and he told me that he can't fix it because my screen was slightly cracked and he needs more time to work on it but he also needed to go for his Covid vaccine shot and asked me to wait for another hour. I said I'll just take my phone now and I'll come back next time because I have something planned for the day. Then the tech kept saying the phone is already disassembled and it'll be hard for him to put it back together before he goes for his vaccination shot. He asked me to please wait for him to come back in an hour and he'll get my phone fixed within 30 mins. I just thought that that's very unprofessional on his part that he didn't plan this ahead of time and now I have to adjust my schedule for him. So I waited an hour for him to come back but GUESS WHAT?! he didn't even work on my phone, it was some other tech working on it. They kept saying it'll be done in 30 mins and it kept getting pushed back more and more. It was finally fixed but it took them 4.5 hours! I thought this is unbelievable. Worst customer service I've experienced. They gave me a slight discount for the repair which cost me around $160 but my schedule was messed up because of them. They promote that all repairs will be done in an hour or so. That definitely didn't happen in this case. Last month, I dropped my phone from my table to the chair which is about a feet apart and my screen stopped working. I took it back to the store and they told me I only had a month of warranty. Nobody told me that when they first fixed my phone. They quoted me it'll cost $80ish to fix it and it'll take a week to get it done. This time I took it to the other phone shop Mobile Klinik and the tech somehow fixed it within 1 min and he didn't even charge me ANYTHING! So I'll say this, AVOID this store because it's not worth it! Very poor quality and customer service. I'll never come back again to this repair shop. I wish I can give this rating a zero star instead of 1.

Yesterday I went to replace my screen on my phone because it had cracked and guess what they were saying that my battery is not working. I told them I do not need the battery replacement I just wanted the screen to be replaced and nothing more. Then to make the point worse they were asking me to give them my own personal pin number to access my phone so they could clean it. I refused and when when I came back at the seven o clock in the evening same day it was not fixed because of the battery as they say it is not good. To which they make me wait extra 20 minutes and their worker started to argue that it takes time for we just opened it and since you refused to replace the battery we can not fix it. The worst customer service ever!!!!!

Took In my iPad 6 on November 5th for a screen replacement it was only the top layer which was still $140. But next day and still now November 10 the iPad will no longer hold a charge we had no problems what so ever. The tech blamed it on us over charging it ?? Which we never had a issue. Until now we regret taking it in.

Poor service... poor quality products very shady customer service ...had 3 screen protectors installed here and every one of them started to peel off within the first day. They would not give me a refund, and every time they put a new screen protector on because the old one kept peeling off they charged me an extra $10...do not go here, unless you wanna feel ripped off!!

I got my iPhone plus glass replaced and now my phone does not work properly I suppose they want me to get you back now for the repairs even though I really warned them if anything comes up I will take it to a different place they must be pretty stupid I do not recommend this place to anyone unless of course you want to spend extra money when they sabotage your phone and you have to take it back! Also, they told me my phone is bent too, ya she's pretty fast with her hands my phone disappeared just below the counter momentarily, probably just long enough for her to bend against the cabinet or something! Anyway please don't take your phone there! Don't throw good money after bad!***** And here's a rephrase I'm adding; So like I said, I told everything works just fine and if anything comes up that all of a sudden doesn't function, That I will not be bring it back here no matter what. So if anything else goes wrong somebody else will be doing that work not you guys! (Thus defeating the purpose of sabotage.) This is what I used to tell the vehicle repair shops after the first shop visits with all kinds of surprise repairs that had to be done on top the original repair issue! When I used this technique my car repair bills were so low after that and no surprise repairs weird eh? Anyway dr. Mobile doesn't seem to understand the concept or competitor business! And therefore decided to increase another repair shops profits! However, sharing is ideed a fine quality. So in ending, I do tip my hat to you dr. mobile for sharing! P. S. I have gut feeling your good reviews are either fake or just from your friends, so they don't count! And if anyone else agrees with this review, share it on one of the big webs. Thanks so much!

they fixed my screen then broke my cellular antenna. after a long argument they took the phone back apart and fixed the antenna. now that I am home I notice my camera button is broken. these guys are an arrogant waste of time. Avoid this place, believe me. I don't usually write reviews but the experience sucked! I wish I went somewhere else..

One star is too much to rate this store. Id pick ZERO STARS if that option was available. WORST PLACE EVER, AVOID AT ALL COST. My screen had a crack. I asked how much it would be to get it fixed. The guy said since you work in the mall, we will give you a 10% discount. I said ok. When I went to go pick up the phone, the screen that was put on was REALLY BAD. It was a VERY BAD QUALITY PRODUCT. When i inquired about it, they kept insisting it was fine and even got a guy to come out and tell me its fine. When i was insistent, they said oh since we gave you a discount we gave a lower quality screen. I was HORRIFIED. I demanded a better quality product. They put on a better screen. I paid for the difference. The "better quality screen" was GARBAGE!! They kept saying come back for a refund when the manager is there. I was sent on a wild goose chase to track down the manager. It took 3 DAYS. He gave me a refund. I took my phone to the apple store. Apple said they damaged a bunch of stuff on the inside and they can't fix my phone. i had to buy al whole new unity replacement for 700$. ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATERS. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AF AND THE MANAGER IS EVEN WORSE!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING. I definitely telling people NOT TO GO THERE. Got 5 people to go somewhere else when they were looking for phone service. It feels good. Their phones were saved. Ill continue to spread the word.
