Dr. Armstrong is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had. A recent issue I had was back in November. I was having really bad stomach pains and nothing I tried was helping, so I went to him trying to get help, and he gave me meds that worked for about a week, then made me 10x worse than before, it started dealing with severe migraines and dizziness, I ended up needing to go to the hospital. The doctor over there told me the meds were the issue. And since then I stopped taking the meds, and I’ve felt better than ever. Please DO NOT go to Dr. Armstrong

Dr. Ausford and Dr. Farrah are amazing doctors, and I feel very lucky to be their patient. Their staff is also top notch. I can honestly say that they have helped me identify and deal with my health issues, where other doctors may have overlooked them... my life is much better as a result.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Ausford’s for well over 25 years and I have to say he his hands down the best Doctor I have ever had. Very patient and knowledgeable. On the odd time I can’t see him I see Dr. Farrah and she is fantastic as well.

Dr. farrah is one of the worst doctors i have ever delt with. She is very, rude, lazy and uneducated in the practice of her field. I have never had a doctor play pick and choose and tell me she is not going to be my doctor because i told her i needed medication that was already prescribed to me. She likes wasting peoples time and i advise anyone to no be her patient or you will find out the hard way. Im not a doctor but with enough common sence i can tell she does not care about her patients just a pay check!

The wait times here are absurd. Our first scheduled meet and greet for this new family doctor we sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes passed our appointment time before leaving and rebooking our appointment for another time. The second meet and greet appointment is now over an hour wait passed the appointment time. The reception staff and doctor are all very nice, but i'm not yet sure if he is worth waiting an hour AFTER your appointment time to finally see you. I'd like to see a better management of time here. Quote from the receptionist when asked about the wait time: "This is a teaching clinic so it isn't uncommon for patients to wait 1-2 hours to be seen." Why even book an appointment if they don't honor appointment times?

Dr. Armstrong is great, the staff are friendly, and while wait times can be a bit on the long side at times. it's because Dr. Armstrong doesn't rush through his appointments and takes the time to listen to his patients.

My parents set up a new patient meet and greet with Dr Fraser Armstrong...First impressions are very important to my parents so after sitting in the waiting area for over 30 minutes passed their scheduled appointment time and with no explanation as to why such a wait, they chose to leave and continue their search for a family physician elsewhere. If that wait time for a meet and greet was any indication as to the efficiency of this doctor and his office, then I don't blame my parents for leaving. They would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. PS. In these Covid times it is expected that masks be worn by all medical professionals in all medical offices. The employees in this office must not have read the memo.

Dr Armstrong is kind and caring as well as being an outstanding diagnostician. He works imposdibly long hours and the worst that can be said about him is that he is do busy the wait time in his office can be long. But he is worth the wait!
