I had such an amazing experience here! The staff were taking all necessary Covid19 precautions. The nurses were amazing, and so kind! They were understanding of my needs when waking up from anaesthetic, and helped calm me down which i appreciated so much. Luanne took care of me for most the day, and she was so kind and patient with me! Dr Nicholls did my surgery, it’s been one day and i’m already relieved of the pain i was in for the last year and a half. Very thankful for the amazing staff here ❤️

I have been a patient there for over a year now sent by WCB and everyone is amazing.Dr.Bowen and the receptionist (the girl with the tattoos) are the best people I have ever dealt with.I don’t know the receptionist name ( the tattoos girl)but she is always very friendly.I love going there.

Never Ever recommend Dr.Longino. I was visited by Dr.Longino on June 16, 2021, in the VSC clinic that referred me from WCB and got shocked after his report who sent to WCB. I think he is not happy to work with WCB or force him to reject all patients s to save the WCB cost. ( Isn't it Funny) . Dr.Longino, remember you take The Hippocratic Oath and you should embarrass of your reports because I checked my situation with other doctors, and all of them agree to minimum arthroscopy to heal my knee. Every day that I am working and sleeping with bad pain just remember of judgments. Everybody knows my injury happened in my work but you denied it. it's another day for you and me in paradise. Everybody Can see my MRI report and His report. MRI result ; [MRI of Right knee completed on June 21, 2021. The MRI report of the right knee reveals focal tearing of the medial meniscus and fraying of the lateral meniscus, but no tear. There are remote appearing ACL and PCL sprains and recent appearing intermediate sprains of the posterolateral corner. There is multifocal, partial thickness tearing of the patellar tendon with the background of tendinosis and partial thickness tearing of the IT band and partial stripping and multifocal, partial tearing of the medial patellar retinaculum and lateral retinaculum sprain. There are also some low-grade strains of the vastus medialis and lateralis. There is a very large effusion.] Dr.Longino reports; Dr. Longino further indicated in his report that he does not see anything on the MRI. Dr. Longino’s knee work readiness report from July 16, 2021 confirmed you are able to return to work today with no work restrictions at full hours. Dr. Longino also confirmed return to work plan as fit for pre- accident job level and discharge you from his care.

Worst Worst place to deal with!! Was scheduled for a surgery then I get the IV in for these dummies to tell me the Surgeons away like who does not know the surgeons are away..Then going to have to wait and be in pain more..... Who's running the show here, they are paid well and they treat us like lkab rats, If you are dealing with these guys Beware !!!

Every single person at the Canadian surgery solutions that I dealt with were absolutely exceptional. From the front desk staff to the nurses and everyone in the OR. When I first met Dr. Longino for my pre op appointment he was incredibly nice and very thourough with explaining everything and answering any question I had. They also got me in within a week of my pre op appointment for surgery! So fast! Very compassionate and caring. During the day of my surgery he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The nurses and Dr. Longino honestly were exceptional. They made sure to help in any way with pain control after waking and made me feel very comfortable in any way they could. It's day one after my surgery and other than a some tenderness from the operation site obviously, I am feeling so so much better. Thank you Dr. Longino. Looks like I am finally hopefully on the road to recovery! :)

Great doctors; terrible receptionist. The lady was unnecessarily rude and seemed frustrated at the fact I even asked for another appointment date. I have dealt with before she always seems so miserable doing her job; often short and passive aggressive when dealing with clients.

Listen nay sayers....I'm not sure what clinic you went to but this one is outstanding. EVERY staff member I encountered was very pleasant and some even went out of their way to help and get information. I have been there 4x for surgeries (different ones) and every time was great, from the check in, the follow up visit, the post and pre op care and even received calls as part of the follow up post op. I too had a Dr late...but was informed because of a previous surgery running OT, communication was given as soon as they found out, not everything runs like clock work but this clinic and the Dr's I was Involved with were top shelf......trust me, I have seen many and am in the medical field and have run across all kinds of Dr's, nurses and staff in my 19 years. Keep up the great work.

I saw a doctor there twice and because my knee was complex they said basically I had to live with it and the pain. Obviously lack of skill and knowledge. Strange things is other surgeons can do what this guy couldn’t. Don’t waste your time and go to doctors that have the skills needed to perform their jobs.

Ruined ,my husbands life. Due to this non hospital facility. They just cared about getting paid .the recovery staff ripped off my husband clothes and told him he had to leave because they were late for yoga. My husband had a back surgery done and they didn't do the surgery he need. We have paper work saying 2 different surgeons did 2 different surgery's. And they both got paid.

I have had nothing but exceptional and friendly service since the first day meeting them with my injury and my surgeries. The front desk staff, the nurses and the surgeons in my opinion have taken great care of me and have been very professional with all of my questions and concerns. Definitely two thumbs up ????????

Haven't had any problems yet, some of the newer nurses/training staff aren't the best at drawing blood. All staff has been knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Dr Bray is top notch and I just cannot give enough praise for his care. All the staff from the one who comes downstairs to greet at take you up your appointment or surgery to the nurses on intake recovery and taking you out to your ride we’re amazing.

Not very good service. The receptionist Tracy/stacey whatever her name is has worst attitude than i do when i havent had my morning coffee. Had surgery i walked away with not major pain. Meds wear off next morning. I needed crutches, called the clinic receptionist said nurses will call me back, and hour later i went in as i had to check out from the hotel to go back to red deer. Receptionist says to my wife that the nurses are busy, ( to grab and handle some crutches) Waited another 15, nothing. I called in and she starts to give me attitude which i didnt put up with, then she tells me that she knows that pain killers will give a person bad attitude. FFS your incompetence and laziness made me have an attitude, you are not manufacturing the crutches in the back, just get off your .. and handle them over, they dont come out of your pay check either. The discharge papers says that i can/should use a can or crutches to avoid pain and swelling, so why you refuse to give them. Stacey/Tracey If you dont like your job, dealing with people just go find another job its just that simple, quit go on welfare stay at home.
