The waiting room was full. We were there for 45 minutes before an assistant had time to do a vision test and put drops in. Then the wait continued for the doctor.... They might not need a big waiting room if they asked everyone to show up 40 minutes later. There's a sign at the reception desk announcing a standard appointment is 2 hours. No kidding! They should take a course in time management.

I am very satisfied with all my experiences with Dr Lee and staff. I am always greeted pleasantly, and office staff are accommodating in the event I need to reschedule an appointment. Dr Lee is professional in presentation, and is always willing to explain my situation (I have glaucoma), and to answer all questions. I never have the sense of feeling rushed Do I have to wait at times? Absolutely. But I don't expect anything less of a specialist such as Dr Lee. The waiting room definitely lacks in esthetics but I'm much more interested in a good doctor, than a fancy waiting room. Highly recommended.
