Mostly Doctor's offices here. However, there is also a pharmacy and couple businesses. There is a free parking area but it can be hard to get a space. I always book my appointments for around 1:00 and come in around12:45 and there is always spaces available. If you can't get a spot, there is also paid parking but it's a little pricey. All parking in front of each condo is private parking and you will get a ticket for parking there except for the pharmacy

We went in just at the closing time i was very tired bcz of house shifting i could not think or even talk ( bad mood) but the ppl there where so warm n smiling .even at their closing time they put me first before them n helped me... The food n the ppl where awesome.

My cardiologist is in this area (along with many other individual medical professionals) and he is amazingly knowledgeable and invaluable. He explains everything in layman's terms so its easy for me to understand and not panic about. He takes great care of my health and keeps me informed and dedicates time during my appointments to ME and is not distracted by other patients or other stimulus.

It was easy to find the cluster of single storey buildings but the small signs on each office was difficult to see in the early morning when it was still dark.

I have seen a medical professional here for a long time. It's quieter, and easier parking as opposed to meeting a professional at the nearby hospital. It feels "homey", not clinic like.

Professional medical specialists such as Psychiatrists run a multitude of programs from these offices - from Physio Rehab to CBT based therapy groups to private counselling and much more, this is a jam packed medical area. Note that LRT construction has made access no longer possible directly into the lot via 66 St. between Youville Drive & 34 Ave - the Eastside lane entrance is now barricaded completely.

It is primarily doctors clinics in this area, parking is terrible BE PREPARED TO SPEND TIME LOOKING and some doctors call parking on your vehicle even though they are not supposed to if you are a patient of the area. Luckily my doctor accepts tickets and will call to absolve them. Some construction under way will update if its additional parking made.
