I can not say enough great things about this clinic. The front desk staff are unbelievable! They are always extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I think what I love most is the fact that it is a one stop shop. I can see my doctor and have my Physio/chiropractic needs taken care of all in one place. Oh, and lets not forget that they have the Pharmacy there too. I started going to this clinic years ago after being in a Motor Vehicle accident and from the time I walked in the door until the time I left they treated me as though I was family. You cant find that anywhere these days!!!! I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Ramadan (Chriro), Taha (Physio), Dr. Pathan (Family doctor) and Ashley Landsky (Front desk). You guys ROCK!!!! Keep doing what your doing!!! It doesn't go unnoticed.

I've been seeing Dr. Hochaimi (chiropractor) weekly since the start of this year, and I can say with complete confidence that he has changed my quality of life completely. I used to disregard the subtle aches and pains in my body, but finally decided to give Dr. Hochaimi a try, and he did not disappoint! I no longer wake up tired or have headaches. His staff is very helpful and polite. I recommend him with full confidence!

I figured I’d mention dr yan since no one else has If you want a all business type of dr he’s your guy. He’s extremely thorough and on top of things I like that in a dr he’s serious and to the point. He’s a great dr he’s also my wife’s dr and my daughters dr. The office itself is clean and modern looking. In the waiting room there’s a nice big tv for the kids the staff is super friendly and helpful. The one thing I wish they had is after hours drs so you can call and a dr calls you back my old drs office has that it’s nice to have

a few years ago I was a regular patient and always had my prescriptions filled there and never had a problem, the staff knew me, and my prescriptions were always filled promptly and the staff was always polite and friendly. I no longer needed to take a regular medication and only go to the centre when I need to get a check up. I still love the Clinic and see Dr. Pathan and Dr. Bibi. I had been prescribed a medication about a month ago and I have changed benefits since I was there last. The pharmacy tried to process my benefits card and the card was lacking information - they called the carrier and for whatever reason they were not able to get my information. I told them that the other pharmacy that we go to more regularly had all the info and they are able to process my benefits no problem and that I could contact them.....except my phone battery died and the assistant was rude. She made sure to say that I hadn't been there in a long time and was visibly annoyed that I couldn't remember the name of the pharmacy and made no effort to try to get that information, to look it up or anything...pretty much she was indifferent and could care less if I left or not. The other lady told me I had to pay and then go back to claim it through the benefits company. I took my prescription and left. If they aren't interested in helping me I am not interested in being a customer. I went to my car and plugged my phone in and called the benefits carrier and they told me all the information was right....it was all so confusing. I went to Dunluce Pharmacy and he was happy to help and we had our prescription made up with no problems and without having to pay because I have 80% prescription coverage. Customer service goes a long way and this experience made me feel lost and pathetic.

They are not open until 7pm. I went there at 6:20pm because I was having trouble breathing because I accidentally mixed toilet bowl cleaner and bleach. The lady inside would not even open the door for me, she just yelled that they are closed and that she’s sorry. Did not seem to care what my emergency was at all.

Only thing I take issue with is that the Dr I’ve had for 25 years can’t do my pap anymore. Has to be the lady Dr. I understand the predominant culture in the facility but my Dr is my Dr. Pharmacy closed on weekends. Very personable staff all in all.

Went to other clinics for therapy and nothing helped. Heard about this clinic from a fellow firefighter and went to see Dr Hoachmini. After first visit i felt some relief. Our family doctor is Dr. Howard Yan and is very courteous and professional, very accommodating, and polite in answering questions. Generally, gives us good advice on taking good care of our health. Their receptionists were very friendly and professional; however, I find it very tedious when it comes to telephone booking or contacting them as they do not have direct lines. Their telephone connecting options are long and a bit confusing as there was a skip in the number series. So, you need to listen very carefully to get it the first time because if you did not, you might have to repeat listening again on the teleprompter. You usually wait at least 3 minutes before you can get connected to his receptionist and then be put on hold again for another 5 minutes or more depending on your waiting line. I would probably give them a 5* if they have given me an option to give me a call back or stay on the line and not to be force to stay on the line and to wait for the receptionist to finish talking with another client.

Dr. Pattan & Dr. Zafar are really kind, you would never feel that they are in rush to go to the next patient. They won't stop at basic & they care about their patients. Dr. Pathan - For the past 6 years, my immediate and many of my extended family have been seen by Dr. Pathan. We have all recommended him to our friends at every opportunity. Dr. Pathan is caring, compassionate, thoughtful and never makes me feel rushed. He takes the time to discuss and consider best methods for me personally. The entire office staff are outstanding and give personal attention every time we walk into the clinic. They offer physiotherapy, foot orthopedics, chiropractic care, an in house pharmacy, massage and so much more. Even when I moved to the south side of town for 2 years, I still drove to see him rather than trying to find anyone else. Dr. Hochaimi - This doctor has changed my life from migraines regularly to none in almost 3 months!!! I have taken medications for most of my adult life with mediocre results. Each migraine meant 3 tablets each time and 3-4 hours of foggy brain until they went away. I am no longer taking daily medications and am thrilled. I was in the office recently to see Dr. Pathan and managed to run in for a quick adjustment without an appointment just because Dr. Hochaimi was in the office doing paperwork that day. I could not recommend Dr. Hochaimi highly enough.

My 12 yr old son was injured from a bike fall. He walked with an obvious change in his gait and had hip and leg pain. No broken bones but needed help as doctors couldn’t do much. With the chiropractic expertise of Dr. Hochaimi and the skilled treatments of physiotherapist Deepti they worked on him with great care and dedication as well as teaching me invaluable coaching tools along the way. I came to CMWC with severe back pain radiating in my right leg as I had bulged disks. (sports related injury that happened a week before I visited CMWC). Only after one Chiropractic Physical Therapy from Dr. Ramadan, I felt much better. Most of my pain went away the next day. I have been to this clinic on numerous occasions. Not only is the staff extremely friendly, but the clinic itself is outstandingly clean. I have brought my daughter there for check-ups and was able to get an appointment very quickly, and was able to see the doctor at my actual appointment time without waiting, which is really great when you have a little one with you. I also took my infant with colic to Dr. Hochaimi for several chiropractic adjustments - he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and his treatments yielded expected (great) results. Very pleasant experiences, this clinic comes highly recommended for anyone needing health and wellness services.
