I was there this past month twice. I have no idea why people have given this place such low ratings or have had a horrible experience. Both times when I was there the service = beyond exceptional. From the doctor to the front desk. Everything. Also kudos to the pharmacy ... can’t recall her name but the pharmacists with the dark hair = exceptional. Hands down the best pharmacist I’ve encountered. It’s an impressive facility, still new feel and well, I had a good experience atleast.

My husband has been getting physiotherapy done and they have been exceptional. They noticed he was developing lymphedema in his chest and neck which was not treated by a nurse practitioner at the Cross Cancer and his doctor, even after it was pointed out to both of them. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gokul has been my doctor for years! And he is an excellent and caring doctor! I am so fortunate that he has taken myself and my niece’s and my son in as his patients, he is the Best! My son is not fond of doctors however, he said this is one Doctor that he liked, Dr. G! PS. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! Always a joy to deal with them!

While the reception staff was terrific; Dr. McArthur on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. Several months later and the visit to his office still rubs me the wrong way. This man loafs around in his Bluejays tee, seemingly uninterested in what his patients have to say. More interested in talking about his career achievements than asking for patient consent before shoving a camera into an orifice. Just an unpleasant and unprofessional man.

I came in here last week just to check it out because I just found out I have breast cancer. The staff was extremely unprofessional. The nurse I think I heard her name was Holly was talking poorly about another staff member. It looked very unorganized and chaotic. I will get treatment elsewhere.

Edit: I have increased my rating. We shouldnt only blast when things are bad but also be vocal when things get fixed. My first visit was not good as you can see below. Subsequent follow ups were a vastly different experience. Everyone can have bad days. I guess my first experience msy have just been a bad day for them. Original review: Horrible experience. Bad booking, bad scheduling and they dont meet the appointment times at all Front desk staff seem to have a ball talking about their weekend though. At least they seemed happy, until they have to deal with the revenue generation....sorry 'patients'

Went for 2 interviews for a job that didn't even exist. Office manager was unprofessional, disorganized, and scattered. She made up fake scenarios to scare me and then insisted on me removing my mask so she could see my reaction, we were less then 6ft apart. She ripped apart my resume in a negative manner and asked how many interviews I have had. Highly unprofessional. A very negative reflection on this clinic.

You'd think that when you are dealing with someone who is having tremendous health problems, stressed out about family life, doing whatever I can to get better, all while trying to be positive, that Canadian cancer care would have more compassion. I did not enjoy my experience here. I was made to feel more like a money-generating opportunity than an actual PATIENT. Receptionist seemed to have been hired straight out of a Moxy's.
