It's weird to enjoy going to the doctor. This is a beautiful space with natural wood, white accents, and nice infographics and splashes of colour. It felt much friendlier from the moment I walked in than a usual doctor's office. The staff were all really nice, fun to chat with, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. They would even explain the "why" behind the things they were doing and treated me like a human being!

I love this clinic. They have changed my life with quick and easy Botox appointments. They deal with the pharmacy so that you don't have to bring it with you! They are amazing to work with ????

Went there to get assessed so I can drive again. Clean place and the staff are nice but Dr. Rosenegger is incredibly slow. Been waiting 3 weeks now and still no word. Called to ask and was told she would contact me asap that day but never heard anything back. Very unprofessional, I understand she may be busy but my WHOLE LIFE IS ON HOLD FOR THIS and the fact that she can't pick up the phone for 60 seconds SO I CAN START LIVING AGAIN is frankly quite insulting.

I've been around healthcare for almost 20 years as a patient, and I must say the people and the space at the Alberta Neurologic Centre is something else. It's a beautiful space, very welcoming and friendly. But it's the people that make it truly wonderful and a total treat when having appointments there. From Donna who always greets me and we have a nice chat to my two physiatrists and the nurse practitioner - Dr. McNeil, Dr. Stone and Sam who are not only knowledgeable about the clinical side of medicine but the human side as well - explaining what's happening, answering my questions, explaining the structures of the body through ultrasound and creating a shared treatment plan. These doctors and the team may not have a permanent cure for migraines and stroke related complications, but their empathy and compassion is something that I admire dearly. Very grateful and fortunate for the care I receive. Would highly recommend

Called to make an appointment for a Botox injection referral, spoke with KATIE...What an ignorant woman she is. After telling me I had to wait another 4 months to get my treatment, I told her that was unacceptable and I would have to call back after I spoke with my neurologist. Mid-way through my sentence, she slammed the phone down in my ear and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional, and downright childish.

Dr. Pearson explained things in a way I truly understood. She reviewed my scan with me and answered my questions clearing up any doubt about what everthing meant. A great Dr. - Patient experience. Thank you.

I was wowed by the care and direction of Dr. Aziz. I have been dealing with a-typical migraines for 20 years. I have never been ACTUALLY listened too and had in-depth thought into my symptoms and my medical history. He is the best and I look forward to working with him on the future. Glad he is my neurologist. Side note the front staff is amazing and kind and the office is clean, trendy yet professional. Thank you!

This Clinic told me they refereed me to a surgeon 3 times. They never did. They hid behind "Oh we never received an email" I asked for the stuff they did and never once got it. How you run your business is how you would be as a Dr. I wouldn't trust this clinic. Don't trust these people!!!! They will not do anything. I have since had surgery and they didn't do one thing to get me there.

I am eternally grateful for the service that you all provide, without it I would not be able to function in a normal life. You are all so wonderful and caring from your reception staff (Katie, Stacey, Hadya) to your manager (Mandy), to your nurses (Samantha and Dana), to your physicians (Dr. Chhibber, Dr. Jarvis, Dr. Rosenegger...). We did experience extremely poor customer service from the front desk, such as ask your pharmacist whether or not you should stop using the medication, but that's not the job of a pharmacist, and that's why we come to the clinic. They would not let us talk to the doctors, when it was urgent and told us to go to the emergency, those doctors cannot help when it comes down to the kind of help we needed. The doctors, however, are pretty good but please, teach your front desk how to offer excellent customer service, and how to properly deal with situations. Changed the 1 star to a 3 star after talking with the doctor, and understanding their point-of-view.

This clinic must be for cosmetics only right? They must have been purchased recently because I have never had such disappointing medical care, 3 strikes you are out.

I had a terrible, very upsetting and disappointing experience with Dr. Klourfeld. My teenage son has had epilepsy for 6 years, he has persistent seizures which even with medication are not under control. We came to the clinic to meet our new doctor, Dr Klourfeld, to discuss his condition and in hopes that she will help us to find a way to help him. Very soon it became evident that she had no clue about his medical condition or what he suffered from as she didn’t bother to familiarize herself with his medical history (which she confirmed, when asked). When I asked her why she didn’t read his medical chart, she replied incredulously, and I quote, ‘But, it’s like 30 pages!’ Isn’t it a doctor's direct responsibilities to read one’s medical history before they meet a patient? How are you going to help him if you have no clue about his condition? I think this is a perfect example of incompetent, lazy, unprofessional doctor who is absolutely disinterested in helping her patient. Luckily the rest of the staff was very understanding, compassionate and accommodating. Afterwards my son was assigned to a different neurologist Dr. Rosenegger. Not only was she knowledgeable on my son's conditions, she was able to outline the plan for treatment and gave us hope for the future. “ Sent from my iPhone

Your office manager Mandy is a sweet soul who genuinely listened and put my mind at ease when I had some questions about my appointment. She spent time on the phone with me making a plan for me and my doctor and followed up with email. Good service starts at the top and you are fortunate to have kind staff like this. Lovely clinic. Thank you for taking care of me.

They hired me to develop them a website, I completed developement when they suddenly stopped communicating with me. They owe me $700. I wouldn't trust these people.
