So I am a client at this craptastic place and they are completely unorganized, they have rescheduled my appointments 5 times in the last couple of months and many more times since i started going here, I rarely even receive a phone call to inform me that my appointment has been rescheduled, I have gone all the way down there just to find out my appointment had been rescheduled, and had not been previously informed. Not to mention their on hand counselor or psychologist is a joke.. doctor Back was the one they assigned me and never got me a new one, she was judgemental and not at all comforting. didnt help me at all whatsoever.. then started getting me to listen to dbt dvd's instead of actually doing her job
