Dr. Woods is absolutely amazing, kind, smart, and caring. All the staff including the security, front desk and support staff. All totally understanding and compassionate. I thank you for the last 10 years. You all helped me so much. My life is better because of all of you.

All staff are nice, respectable and willing to help. Its kept clean at all times of the day and the secretary and security are willing to help with whatever you need.

So I am a client at this craptastic place and they are completely unorganized, they have rescheduled my appointments 5 times in the last couple of months and many more times since i started going here, I rarely even receive a phone call to inform me that my appointment has been rescheduled, I have gone all the way down there just to find out my appointment had been rescheduled, and had not been previously informed. Not to mention their on hand counselor or psychologist is a joke.. doctor Back was the one they assigned me and never got me a new one, she was judgemental and not at all comforting. didnt help me at all whatsoever.. then started getting me to listen to dbt dvd's instead of actually doing her job
