Very friendly staff with professional doctors who knew exactly what I needed to get rid of my acne. I came in for laser genesis to get rid of my scarring. After 2-3 treatments I noticed such a big improvement! I'm a proud user of the VivierSkin package Dr. Vicki offered me, which I use to keep my skin clean and moisturized on a daily basis.

This is hands-down the only place I trust to do right by my face. I've been a patient here for over a decade now. The staff has been through thick and thin with my skin, from my tumultuous hormonal teenage years to the beginnings of wrinkles. It's unbelievable the difference ACE West Ed has made for my face! I'm currently undergoing a 12 week Genesis and microdermabrasion combo treatment (on my last week now) and WOW. What a change! I'm getting compliments all the time on how fresh and even my skin looks. Catheryn at the front desk is also one of the microdermabrasion techs. She is friendly and skilled! Thank you to the whole staff for your great work!

Do Not Book Here. I had booked an appt here a few days ahead of my appt date. A few hours before my appt they said that appt wasn't available anymore. They offered me a different time. That seemed weird but I said ok. Then they sent me another email saying actually we aren't taking new patients this week. I replied obviously upset. I got a single sentence back saying oops that emails meant for someone else. Your booked at this time. This is all a very fishy and bad way to run a business. I didn't even get a phone call. Will not be going here or recommending. Not a good first impression.

I would like to thank the doctors and the front desk at the Acne Clinics! The staff are very attentive and friendly from the minute I called to book an appointment with one of the doctors for my skin (Acne) . They exceeded my expectations ! Thank you
