I have called this dentist 6 times in 2 days and no one has gotten back to me. I have left a message twice and still no response. I have been a patient with them for over 5 years. The office has gone down hill in the last 2 years.

I had a dental emergency today, and thankfully I live just a couple of blocks away from their office. Incidentally, I am autistic, so the thought of having dental work is daunting to say the least. From my first call to the office, the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart and was very empathetic to my plight and set me up with a same day appointment. Dr. Harchandani was my doctor took care of me today, and was also very understanding and kind and throughout the whole process was gentle and very nice. Her and her assistant worked very well together, truly simpatico. I am going back on Thursday to get a bit more work done, but I just had to get right on here and post my review. Nothing but accolades go out to this office so far. A pleasant experience, for a dentist of course! Kudos!

Precision & perfection are the cornerstone to services at 2nd Dental. Wish to applaud Dr. Namrita Harchandani who is cosmetically very sound especially with treatment on the front teeth & genuinely very concerned about your million dollar smile. She is complimented very well by her assistant Chantel who makes sure you are comfortable in the chair besides being the master at matching tooth color. You are greeted very well on the reception by Zoe & Sherri who help you with the entire process from booking your appointments to charging you very nominally.

No longer a patient here. The hygenists and staff are great and informative, but some of the dentists are out-of-touch, complacent and don't seem to care for their patients as much. Their office is old, out-of-date and their technology could be vastly inproved.

I previously went to a dental office in the wychwood area. This dental office is by many miles much better, and that office in wychwood has 4.9 stars. Therefore this office deserves 5.9 stars. Unfortunately that is no possible. The service however is amazing, scheduling extremely flexible, and dentists very honest. Not once in the years I have been here, has the dentist tried to convince me to get fillings. In fact, they promote proper dental hygiene with fillings as a last resort. If you are looking for your next dental office, you have found it.

My 5 year old daughter loves this dentist. She loves coming and has 0 fear. Staff are so kind and friendly. They billed you correctly, they explain to you what the insurance will cover and all charges. Excellent service. I really recommend it.
