Saw Dr. Nadon to replace a couple old fillings I had done at a different office over 10 years ago today and had a fantastic experience. Having dental anxiety she made me feel at ease as she explained the process thoroughly and even gave me a mirror so I could see each step. Great clinical and Admin staff and the best location when you work near Union station. ????????????????

I would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for a new dentist. Ive always hated going to the dentist and it brought me so much anxiety and fear! Having Kim as my hygienist and Dr. Sharma as my dentist that has completely changed. They're so amazing, caring, personal, educative, professional, patient and have your well being as a priority at all times! I am going back soon and I am really looking forward to see Kim again!

Very poor 'potential' customer experience. I work in the 25 York Building and stopped in this morning with a personal request for a toothbrush and sample toothpaste, I forgot my brush at home this morning. I know it's a weird request but I was hopeful that a dental office, specializing in preventive & cosmetic dentistry, would support my desire to have a brilliant and confident smile while I met with clients for the day. Unfortunately York Dental Clinic missed out on a 'potential' customer; let's compare the cost for a toothbrush and sample toothpaste VS a really negative experience which will be shared!

Always a great experience with the collective staff at YSD! Very professional and very personable. I may not visit as often as I should (or brush and floss as often as I should, for that matter) but I always look forward to my appointments with this dentistry office . The office is a fresh and modern environment, located in a greatly convenient location. I've been a client of this Dental office for over 10yrs . Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist ; whatever your dentistry needs may be.

Dr. Nadon and the dental hygenists I have dealt with have all been consistently great. I have been going here since 2015 and Dr. Nadon has always done an amazing job on fillings, never recommended unecessary dental work to me and has always worked within my insurance plan guidelines and budget. It's why i continue to go to her, despite having moved since I became a client.

Talk about making my day, I have never felt better going to a dentist office. Honestly the best experience I’ve had in my life. This place is going to put psychotherapy out of business LOL after having a very rough 2020 everyone here really knows how to make you feel good. It’s so refreshing for a dental office to be that effective in putting a smile on someone’s face. Very friendly staff; the receptionists, the hygienist Kim, the nurse Eileen, and The fastest and most efficient dentist in the world that I know of, Dr. Caley Nadon DDS. Caley Replaced all my loose fillings, one old filling, and repaired my chipped teeth, all within an hour. Amazing. Perfect colour match as well. I really appreciate that and highly recommend York Street Dental to all my friends and family. Did I mention it’s also the best location in downtown Toronto with underground parking, next to Union Station, Toronto Harbourfront and the Financial District.

Going to the dentist for me has always been a painstaking chore... I have the most sensitive teeth in the world and have always found it beyond painful to have a cleaning done... until I met Kim. If you are anything like me, before you knock going to the dentist for a cleaning, see Kim and she’ll blown your mind.

I have been going here for about three years now. Great location and service. If you get to pick, I would recommend seeing Kim for dental hygiene appointments. She is really good at her job and is probably the best dental hygienist I have come across so far!

Dental experience was good minus front desk submitted my claim 2x - 1st time with the incorrect information. Had to then call to cancel with my insurance provider and ask them to resubmit again. During my appt, while the Dr. was drilling my teeth, the receptionist front desk came and tapped the Dr. on the shoulder t which is an absolute NO NO. You should never interrupt during the proceedure physically vs. verbally. The Dr. said "Why would you tap me on the shoulder?" and i could tell she was not pleased with the receptionist. The Dr. did apologize to me regarding that.

I went to see Kim today for a cleaning. Its been 18 months since I last had a cleaning so I expected some pain. Kim was amazing! She was so gentle and gave some helpful tips on how to avoid coffee stains etc. My mouth isn't sore and my teeth are sparkling! I would definitely recommend her and the entire clinic.

2 years ago I was just looking for a dental office between Union Station and work; I didn’t think it would come with such a great staff too. Special shout out Kim for her professionalism, experience and dental charm - my teeth have never been happier. I have changed my toothbrush, toothpaste and actually flossing on a semi-regular basis. I went for a cleaning a year ago and everyone was nice to me, the cleaning was pretty standard however I felt that it was very expensive. Being a student with very little coverage I decided that I wasn't going to go back. I move away from Toronto shortly after so it didn't really matter at that point. Until I today when I recivered a text reminding me of an appointment that I had coming up July 29th. I did not schedule this appointment and did not give them permission to make appointments for me. It also noted that a $50.00 charge would be added if I did not cancel in time. I don't believe they should be scheduling appointments for me and then try to say it will be $50.00. Very poor customer experience - be careful with this dental office.

Kim not only is one of the most personal, kind and disarming people I have met, but also is extremely talented and sensitive to her patients needs. I've been seeing Dr Nadon, nurse Eileen and hygienist Kim, and cannot praise them enough! The reception staff are all fantastic, efficient and really friendly as well. Dr Nadon has replaced some of my UK fillings (I recently relocated here) and they are beautiful. I never knew a filling could be beautiful! Kim gave me the best cleaning my teeth have ever had, and great advice as well. Not only are they all excellent professionals, but they are great for a good chat and make me feel really at ease. I actually don't hate going to the dentist now.

This is a really clean and nice place. Whenever you book your appointments they take you on time on that day. If you want someone to clean your teeth who is excellent and makes you actually "not dread" the dentist, ask for Kim! She is amazing, does great work, pays attention to the little things that bug you and makes sure you are comfortable!

York Street Dental has changed the way I think about the "Dentist". Dr. Nadon is the best Dentist I've ever had, her bedside table makes you feel so comfortable and her approach to the Dental work is the best. The other highlight about this Clinic is Kim the Hygenist! I have never been one to get excited to go get a cleaning, however Kim's technique has never made me flinch and have actually fallen asleep because she's so gentle and mindful. If you need a new Dental Clinic, this is the one. Also easy to get to by the subway or parking across the street.

This place is an absolute scam. They took molds, made me a retainer, and charged me accordingly (perfectly fine transaction). I while later it broke so I called in to have them make me a new one. Apparently they require a ‘prescription’ to make a new one which requires me to physically come into the office for a face to face visit, at an orthodontic appt rates. I’m happy to pay for the new retainer and any related service fees, but needing an in person visit is absolutely absurd, total useless cash grab. The receptionist had quite the bag of rebuttles for all of my logical objections, great sales person but very shady practices. I’d be careful going in here, immoral practices don’t stop at retainers I’d imagine.
