Dr Cyriac and his staff worked with my insurance, explained in detail the process of dental implants verses dentures. His care was through and I was comfortable throughput the lengthy procedure. I am no longer in chronic pain and the implants definitely were my best choice along with having a caring dentist such as Dr Cyriac. I would without a doubt recommend York Smile Care

The staff at Dr. C's comforted me after they listened to my experiences. Together, we found a solution that has changed my life. York Smile Care is totally going above and beyond safety precautions , Cleanliness can smell when you walk through those doors . So no one should be afraid to go to this facility if needing a Dentist . You sit in your car they call you to come to the door ,your asked to answer questions , and they take your temperature, then proceed to go inside where you get hand sanitizer. And your on your way ... love love love it. I felt clean : ) I just went in for cleaning. And came out feeling like I had a new set of teeth !!!!

I have been going to york smile care for quite a few years. The staff there is terrific, they make u feel comfortable. If your appt is at 12:00, you are seen at 12:00. I just had bottom implants put in. No pain. He always makes sure you are comfortable. If you had a bad experience with a dentist, I recommend going to york smile care. He will put you at ease. My only regret is not finding him sooner

I brought my kids to this place today and this doctor was so rude and unprofessional. I have a kid, who is very sensitive, and who would normally need my presence during dental operations, but he refused to let me in, then when things did not work out in there, he kicked us out, and not only that, he was so rude and sent us to another dentist when we had waited for an appointment with him. Now, you tell me if this is normal in the United States. Basic treatments offered to customers are missing.

I had a wonderful experience at York Smile Care, for my first visit. My appointment was at 4pm and I was called back to the exam room at 4:05. I was soooo pleased I didn’t have to wait. The dental hygienist moved quickly and very efficiently through my xrays so I wasn’t uncomfortable for long. She was very pleasant and kind. The atmosphere of the doctors office felt very professional, yet happy and cheerful. The office felt very clean and was pretty. My appointment was over in about 30 mins. My favorite quality was that all the personal seemed very caring and happy and I didn’t have to wait long at any point through out the process. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I went to the Dr Cyriac yesterday after a very long time of avoiding dentists due to intense fear. I was treated very well by everyone despite my anxiety being through the roof and it was only a consultation. I was given a printout of what services i need and with a detailed list of the costs. i was also given a list of the dental insurances that they accept. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if they have anxiety about going to a dentist like i do

I am not able to give a good review. I had a bridge made and installed. The bridge, which I paid 7,000.00 dollars for is sub standard. It may be made of a good material but the artistry is horrendous. I now have a permanent set of teeth in my mouth that are crooked not centered and honestly I hate them. I had an inadequate amount of time to make my observation and my upper lips were so numb I had to hold them up with my fingers. This is the reason and soley the reason that I couldn't tell they were crooked. I am UNHAPPY and 7000.00 dollars poorer and I am freaking out of my mind angry!???? I have another appointment in 1 week and will give another review then..

The reason for only 4 stars is the office staff is usually nice to me.But today for some odd reason the office manager decided to be nasty towards me and I get ppl have bad days but I didn't deserve to be talked to the way she did today.

Had the best tips for flossing and brushing I have heard yet! Knew what she was looking at in the X Rays. Room was comfortable with a TV. Dentist was fast but could tell he knew his stuff.

Went in for a toothache. I typically have quite a bit of anxiety when going to the dentist. The hygienist was very kind and could see I was nervous. She took time to talk with me about previous dental experiences that weren't that great and seemed to take the extra time to explain everything to me. When the dentist came in, he didn't just sit down and start working. He stopped and introduced himself and asked me what he could help me with. Great patient care overall. I still have to go in for the extraction and my nerves have been calmed thus far. Feel like I'm in good hands.

After reading multiple excellent reviews about this office, I scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Cyriac and his staff carefully explained the procedure I'd be undergoing. My surgery went well and when I went back for my follow-up, Dr. Cyriac listened carefully to my concerns and helped me work through them comfortably. He's very kind and just a good person. If you have Covid concerns, you need not worry, they keep this office clean.

The advertised special in the clipper magazine brought me in to try this place a few years ago after my previous dentist moved out of state. I was told I had 4 cavities, and was showed close up pictures of stains on my molars and I felt like they were trying to "sell" me on letting them drill. These would have been my first ever cavities so I was very skeptical. I did some research following my appointment and went to Greater York Family Dentistry for a second opinion with Dr. Agapis and they said all my teeth looked perfect. The stains were simply very common stains and definitely not cavities which the X-rays can prove. ***Please be very careful with this establishment. If you have had previous procedures done I would recommend you investigate if the procedures were necessary.***

Very impressive. It started when I called them, no automated system or numbers to push, but a real LIVE PERSON answers the phone. Then I make the appointment, and unlike other dentists, no games or run around. I told them I would like a tooth removed today and they did it TODAY! NO OTHER DENTISTS EVER worked on me the same day I went in on my first visit ever! Needless to say that I am more than impressed and will be going back AND recommending them to my friends and family! I should also add that their prices are phenominal, very inexpensive, yet clean and professional office.
