Pretty poor experience the time I went for cleaning. I wasn't planning to leave a bad review, but I keep getting their Incredibly spammy SMS messages to push me to use the service. Not only in their marketing SMS did they misspell my name, which made me feel like they don't know about me/ care about me, but the actual cleaning I had was really uncomfortable. Specifically, the entire time they put the device in my mouth, they placed it way too deep in my throat that I thought I was going to gag or choke. The whole time I only wished it would be over soon, because it was way too uncomfortable and I didn't like the feeling that I was going to gag and choke to death. Not to mention, the bill I received ended up being much higher than it was originally quoted. I paid regardless, very quickly so I could get out of there. But I feel extremely disrespected as a patient/ customer, to this day. Despite multiple requests to stop the SMS marketing messages, they still continue to spam my phone, for a year now?*This was at Yonge/ Steeles location.

Changing my review after a traumatizing experience with Dr. Pavi. First, everyone should be aware that this is an office of general dentists. They just take "courses" in specific areas of dentistry. None of them are actual orthodontists or oral surgeons. My complaint is specifically regarding Dr. Pavi, who gave me severe nerve damage after performing wisdom teeth surgery. Dr. Pavi never explained the risks to me and operated on me without my fully informed consent. Post surgery she admitted they "don't really tell patients about the risks" because "kids (read here: early 20's) will get scared and won't want to do the surgery" and "parents will get angry at us". This is completely unethical!! 2 months after surgery I'm still experiencing numbness and loss of taste and am now running from specialist to specialist for more surgery to fix the damage that her lack of professionalism and carefree attitude did to me. Don't play with your health, book your surgery with an actual oral surgeon who will properly explain this procedure to you and who actually has years of study under his belt and is not underqualified in any way. What a horrible traumatizing experience!

Dr. Caringal took her time to lecture me my possible options first time , I encountered a dentist that will spend time on her patient just to understand what was going on her patients dental needs. This location is inside Centerpoint Mall on the second floor. Atmosphere is nice and modern. Reception is friendly and welcoming. The team is very knowledgable and will recommend what they think will be best for you. They really do care about your teeth and how it affects your health!

Service is great. However the charges are higher than those approved by the Ontario Dental Association for Insurance coverage. To that extent I was out of pocket and found no reason for this extra charges

I've been a patient of Summer Breeze for almost 3 years now and they are really amazing. They will give you options if you don't have insurance. They are very professional and friendly. I can say I have the best experience of Wisdom Tooth Extraction recently, it took less than 10 minutes and I thought It will be painful after the anesthesia is gone but I didnt actually feel a lot of pain few hours after and there's no pain the days after, my face is also not swollen. It's weird tho because I had my other 3 removed before and I had so much pain. So it's really awesome! Thanks Summer Breeze!

Couple of days ago I have been at Summerbreeze again due to receiving lots of teasing and mocking for having bad teeth settling, easily recognizable huge gap in front of upper layer teeth. Often food stuck in my gap area. Dentist Neda was patient and took time to understand my teeth condition and provided her recommendations to use braces. Understanding my situation I agreed and it under process now. Hygienist Jean and assistant May all were very nice and front desk Ms Victoria was very effective in coordinating with my insurance company. Dra Caringal has a very light caring hands making sure you feel comfortable ... and truly you would feel no pain in whatever she does. You can practically fall asleep on the dentist chair.
