Everyone's super friendly and welcoming. If I have questions they don't hesitate to answer and explain. I was hesitant since I was looking for a closer dentist nearby but I'm glad I found Quad Dental!

Very quiet , nice and ambient and cooperative staff. Always ready to help in all the manner and ready a friendly quick chitchat . Doctor and staff is very professional and good at what they do. Visiting a dentist is alway a worst nightmare for me but here I was actually chilling on the seat and next thing I know is it’s done I’m good to go. Also taking very good precautionary measures for covid -19 . Disposal and cleaning and also the PPE they wear and operate is commendable.

Very lively environment and both, the staff and doctors are really polite. I got my fillings done from Dr. Farzad and the entire process went smoothly. Dr. Keran is very sweet and excels at dental cleaning. She was kind enough to teach me the right way to floss. The receptionists are super helpful when it comes to understanding dental insurance and booking appointments.

I do not recommend this place! I you went there do not provide them with you insurance information cause they might charge you without telling you! I had an insurance with the dental cover of 80%. As a network dental centre, they promised the remaining 20 percent will be waived. Later I got my second insurance and they charged me with the full price. I was also charged for the remaining 20%a couple of the previous visits, But when I asked, they told me they wont charge me for my previous visits before a certain date. ( no more charges) However, a month after my last visit. When there was nothing else they could charge me for. I notice that they submitted another claim for ALL the 20% for when I had used my first insurance despite they had told me they wouldn't. Lack of honesty and clarity is the problem in this centre. For example they advertise for a free cleaning, (I called and they confirmed that) but when you go there (after you finish cleaning) , they would say IT IS FREE BECAUSE YOU DON'T PAY FROM POCKET. WE TAKE IT FROM YOUR INSURANCE!! ( they updated their banner as that made a lot of people angry and they got lots of poor reviews) I specifically do not recommend this place to the new students. Just look around. A little bit farther you might find other centres who really care about your health and are honest and clear with their services. The reply from the owner is funny and sad at the same time! I have attached the photo of the banner in front of their clinic and they say I might have meant elsewhere?!

Honestly the best dentist office I've ever been too. It takes a lot for me to trust any HCP's with my health but I've had the most wonderful time here. The procedure went smoothly and the Dr. explained everything to me very clearly. I highly recommend this office.

I am an international student. I thought the fee covered in the insurance of York University· Because this clinic was advertised like if you are a student it’s totally free for you. But when I tried to use the insurance they claimed they couldn't find my name and I don't understand why. Just write that to tell others don’t misunderstand that the service is free.

UPDATE: I'm sad to be updating this review but I felt like my initial 5 star review that I left after having my first appointment is not representative of my experience here after my second appointment. I had my consultation appointment with Dr. Marwa who was very lovely and professional and I thought my actual appointment to get my teeth filled in would be with her as well. However, when I showed up to my appointment, I found out that I was going to be seeing Dr. Debra Bachus which I thought should be fine. I was wrong. She was the most unprofessional dentist I have ever come across. She was in such a rush to get my teeth filled in that you felt like she hated her job and hated dealing with people. Definitely not the feeling you want to have at a dental office. My appointment was set so I could get my 3 teeth filled in at the same time. After filling in my first tooth, she turned to me and said "okay, you're done. come back another day for the other two". Being confused I told her I specifically made this appointment so I can have all three done in the same day and that's what Dr. Marwa had promised me. She continued to say "I know, but I have other patients." Mind you, I was on time for my appointment and was left in the waiting room for 20 minutes before being seen. Also, the office was very empty that day and at that time, I couldn't even see anyone else waiting to be seen by a dentist in the reception area. I continued to stay my grounds and say that I couldn't come back another day as I live far. Just when I thought her responses couldn't get worse, she said "well, I don't want one time patients, I want patient who can come back to me.” EXCUSE ME??? It’s up to me how many times I want to go to a dentist and even if I wanted to come to you more, now for sure I don’t. Truly unprofessional. You don’t even get this kind of attitude from teenagers working in retail. Reluctantly, she continued to work on my teeth and then told me that she’s going to have to charge me $200 extra. I asked why and she said “you don’t talk about finances with me, talk to the receptionist”. JAW DROPPED. She brings up the money herself and then refuses to give you an explanation. After filling in my teeth, she ask if I thought they were smooth and I told her no and that I could definitely feel the difference between them and the other teeth. She spent only a couple more minutes trying to smooth them out but they were very not smooth at all. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with them and she said I can’t say that because she’s been a dentist for many years and knows what she’s doing. Well, clearly you don’t. She rushed me out her office and I left paying so much more than what I was quoted. I ended up having to make another appointment to go in and have them smoothened out. This time I made the appointment with Dr. Marwa. She looked at my teeth and within the first couple of seconds she told me they were not smooth because the glue had been left on my teeth…I was speechless. Dr. Marwa took care of my teeth which only took a few minutes and I left the establishment promising myself I would never come back. Again, I want to reiterate that Dr. Marwa and the receptionists were extremely nice and respectful but my experience with Dr. Debra Bachus left a horrible taste (and glue) in my mouth. Initial Review: Just had my first appointment here and I've already booked my next appointment! The staff is very friendly and thorough in what they do. I left the office very confident in the work that I got done. I also got a free whitening kit with my check-up and cleaning appointment! Definitely recommend to anyone whether you have insurance with york or not.

Quad dental is a great dental office! Over the past year I’ve gotten Invisalign done with Dr. Bachus and I love the results. The rooms also have TV with Netflix available during appointment. The office is also very clean and properly equipped with materials to ensure the safety of the patients.

I would like to share a special thanks to Dr. Marwa Hatem in the Quad Dental for her excellent and professional works! Unlike some individual dentists, which are so busy pursuing efficiency and maximizing personal benefit (you can see tell from their behaviors, such as pacing around between patients, impatient in terms of asking and answering patients questions, lousy professional works, and bad treatment results, etc.). On the other hand, Dr. Marwa Hatem really focuses on quality of care and dedication to her professional conduct. Therefore, I think She deserves a 5-star and positive comment!

Warm and inviting, both unusual qualities for a dental office. Knoweldgable staff for York Students, but be aware that there are different plans for different students. As a grad student, I initially got great information about a plan I don't have. There are several grad plans. Unfortunately it seems I have one of the "less good" plans, meaning not the complete coverage I initially thought I had based on the info given. That said, staff helped me figure out what plan I do have and we're up front about costs once we knew. This is a great place especially for York Students. Things are streamlined and easy to tend to, even the troubleshooting we did to figure out what plan I actually do have. Staff are helpful and kind. Recommend for sure!

I wish I could give them "zero" stars. I came here expecting to have FREE xrays and cleaning because that is how they get your attention, but it’s not for free because they are using the money from your Student insurance. I'm feeling so regretful right now for going to this place. Fortunately I didn’t allow them to scam me. I do not mind paying, but at least honour your words and give us a proper explanation. When I asked why they are taking this first service from my insurance budget, they quipped , “nothing in life is for free, even the air that you breathe”. Oh, you’re so clever. The sign outside clearly states it’s for free. No fine print. No asterisks. I can’t believe they have the nerve to falsely advertise something is for free, then go back on their word and say nothing is free. If nothing is free, don’t say it’s free.

At the reception, I was greeted by two very polite receptionist who made my check in processes easy and painless. I had my check up with Dr. Debra Bachus who made me understand that she was an “interactive dentist”. That being said , the appointment was amazing. If you need expert and honest dental care Quad Dental is the place to go for the following reasons: Dr Debra is a remarkable dentist, she patiently explained and answered all my questions regarding my teeth. She is honest and kind. The clinic is a master piece, I always felt comfortable and confident knowing I am getting quality dental care. And as someone with no dental insurance they were very honest about their cost compared to other places I had been to. Dr Frank did root canal therapy on one of my tooth. It was my first time getting a root canal and I was nervous but he explained everything and reassured me it will be good. He did an excellent job, gave me valuable advice on follow up care for my teeth as well. The dental assistants were awesome as well. Parisa is a wonderful receptionist. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Unbehalf of Quad dental she also gave me a teeth care kit ???? Simon the account manager is also very nice and was always ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. Thank you Quad dental!!!!

No one is ever happy about going to a dentist and most dentist do not care, but the dentist at Quad understand that and they make sure the experience is as painless as possible. The workers there are amazing and very knowledgeable. They are patient and really nice. They helped me sort out my insurance and explained how everything works. I don't usually do reviews but I was so pleased with the service that was offered here. I'm a York student and they were really welcoming as well as informative about the coverage plan that York offered. In fact they were and are still doing discounts for exam ,cleaning and whitening so it should be free for everything since they cover the remaining amount of money that the school doesn't . The dentist is also really nice and experienced so it makes you feel very comfortable in a unfamiliar environment. They also explain really well what they are going to do to you before they start which most dentists don't do. I would recommend this place for everyone.

I had to give them one star in order to write a review but this company does not deserve any stars at all! i had the worst experience ever! the staff are very very very unprofessional!!! mainly the receptionists. They get you to come in with a Consultation/Free Quote appt and want to charge you $250 for it. Good thing i didnt let them scam me and left!!! Do not go to this place there are plenty other places that are very Professional and perform an honest job without the beed to scam people.

Please be careful when you go to this clinic. They promised me first visit will be completely free, but when i finished my cleaning they told me the insurance was charged for the first visit. Eventhough I called them couple times to confirm that first visit and first cleaning is free they said yes. They cannot be trusted.

Okay This is legit the only review you need to read for this place. I am really scared of needles and any kind of oral surgical work. I got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Jerry and his dentist assistant (sadly didn’t get her name). The procedure itself felt like 5 minutes tbh. I felt no pain whatsoever so I hope that calms down the future patients getting a wisdom tooth removal. If I can do it, legit anyone can do it. Trust this place, they are highly educated and they care about their patients. I can’t wait to get my other wisdom teeth to be removed by Dr. Jerry! ????

I went in for a extraction due to a tooth being infected. The doctor removed my wisdom tooth and said the other tooth needed to be removed at another date WHICH WAS THE INFECTED TOOTH!! I had to request for meds in case of infection for which I was only given pain pills. Due to the recovery of the tooth removal I missed 2 days of work and my other tooth was still bothering me. Now unable to take off more time I had to suffer through the pain with still no antibiotics for the infection. Hands down worst experience ever! Staff was amazing but the dentist screwed me!

An actual scam, the people there are not professional at all, my experience there was brutal. Definitely would not recommend a single second of your life there, legit waste. --------Replying to QUAD DENTAL'S response--------- I am pretty sure that I am not the only social media user with a name that does not match my actual name, due to privacy protection purpose. Just because the social media name I used is not under your customer records (AGAIN, privacy protection) does not mean you can use it as a valid reason to object the fact that I was a customer of yours and what I experienced as a customer. I would not post a public review if I was able to solve it with your office in person or if the customer service I received was a pleasant one. The doctor legit pressured me on purchasing your service and did unreasonable charged from my insurance. I will not contact your office as I don't want to experience such customer service again. And in person? when there is no black and white to prove the fact of my story. I am not trying to start any drama. I am just writing to you so you can take action and be aware of this horrible service of pressuring your customers that is happening high-key and or low-key in your office. Please take action and fix it, so that your future customers will not experience the same as me.

First time there for a broken filling and had a great experience with all the staff. The dentist did a great job putting in a stronger filling and spent time explaining everything to me. Parisa at the front is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She gave me a great first impression making the choice to go there easy.

I went last year for these dates and the truth is, I was not very happy, 1) and I took the plan where it says that they do not charge you anything as a student, and of course they do not charge you anything because they charge it is your insurance, and that's fine , it is like in other places. 2) in the plan I saw they had to give me a kit and they didn't give me anything. 3) the dentist was a bit rude since she scold me and I understand since it is her job that her patients have healthy teeth, but being an international student it is somewhat expensive to be able to go to the dentist every 6 months since my insurance only covers once a year, then I just say that I should be a little more subtle when saying things. 4) since I did not go to the dentist for a long time I had some cavities and they were very kind to tell me but they did not tell me if they could help me fill them much less tell me the price of them, they did as if nothing. 5) when they were checking me, one of the ladies scratched me on the outside of my mouth, I understand that it was accidental but she pretended nothing happened so that I would not realize it, of course I noticed, since the scratch was there It bothers me that he didn't tell me anything. 5) Finally I have a problem with my teeth that requires surgery which is very expensive but the dentist was somewhat rude since I cannot bite well and told me: "It is not my fault that you cannot bite well" I understand her point of view but I repeat more subtlety.
