They did a x-ray for my teeth and they told me they would give a call if there is any cavity or other things. However, I never got a call from them assuming that I don't have any cavity. But after few months when I visited again they exmined my old x-ray and told me that I have cavity. My question is if you never let the patients know about the x-ray result what's the point of doing x-ray; is that only for money?

Hello Folks, My wife and I tried many dental offices, but you can't find any doctor like Dr. Raad. She is patient and professional. Also, she doesn't charge you extra for the job; she didn't do it; as you know, many doctors are claiming more amount from insurance. They (Dr. Raad and her colleagues) are so professional. Their job is so clean, and she is knowledgeable in her job. Fiona, (Office administrator) is so helpful, and you won't see her face and eyes without a smile. I have been going to this dental clinic since Spring of 2019 and so far I have received the following service: my regular cleanings, X-ray imaging, two top wisdom teeth extractions, as well as help with pericoronitis (lower wisdom tooth infection). All my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. I'm very grateful to the staff for exposing themselves to the risk during the public health pandemic (covid19, june 2020) to ensure that my oral health concerns are taken care of. I have already recommended their services to others and will continue to do so in the future.

It was introduced on the website that the tooth cleaning does not need to exceed 300. I booked a tooth cleaning here and it cost me 500 insurance + 80 cash. It also said that there is a student discount, which is too expensive. They didn't give me a list of items at all and only gave me a bill to pay, and I will never go again. The experience is terrible! ! ! ! look their receipt, didn't show anything what you did, this is not your receipt? The most important thing is that my teeth are not cleaned and there are dental calculus on them! ! ! !

I used to go to this dentist and their other clinic for 6 years theyre just horrible when it comes to keeping their patients satisfied all this dentist cares about is money and money only. Way too over priced went to build up 4 teeth they charged 1071$ and when it got chipped up i expected it to be fixed for free just like everywhere else. The recieptionist promised me i can go and get it fixed and once i was done she tried to tell me i got 4 other teeth done for extra and she FORCED me to sign a paper to charge me another 1166$ on top of what i have paid previously they dont care about you they just want money. Horrible service i can write forever but all i need to describe this place is one word only FRUAD.

Went in to have a root canal and it turned out well. The dentist seemed to be skillful in her work however I felt as though there was a bait and switch tactic used on me. My benefits only covered me enough for my root canal and I still had quite a bit of work left. I specifically told the front desk that I was planning on doing the rest of the work back home where pricing is more affordable however if they can help me out I would finish it there. They said okay no problem and provided me with a quote that I liked so agreed to have the rest of the work done. When I returned, the dentist had me sit down and injected the numbing solution into my gums and started asking me if I am okay to pay and I said yes and she asked me if I was sure I said yes again and that I already had a quote done. After injecting me with the solution, the dentist main focus seemed to have transitioned to the quote I told her I received and she looked it up on the computer only to realize that there was a mistake in the quote. She told her colleagues there was a mistake and to fix it and then while my mouth was numb and was about to have my teeth drilled she tells me there was a mistake and that the procedure would be a bit more expensive... 300 dollars more... A bit?? I felt obligated to continue at that point as we were already into it... Unhappy customer. You should honor your "accurate estimate" Aside from that they do provide excellent work but keep in mind the written "accurate" quote evidently means little.

I was very nervous coz i never visited the dentist before. I wanted to get my wisdom tooth removed as it was hurting. I was expecting a lot of pain after the removal of entire tooth with it's root but i still cannot understand how she did that miracle. There was absolutely ZERO PAIN during and after the tooth extraction. They also did not give me any medicine. I am really impressed and decided i will always visit here if i have any future dental issue and if i am within 300-400 km distance.

I've been seen by Dr. Ramin Sadeghi & Dr. Parvaneh Rad, both are excellent dentist, they ensure your comfort, and provide competent capable workmanship. I have complicated medical & dental issues and they've been careful to work around what is best for my condition and are accommodating to provide great dental care that is affordable. The entire staff, from the receptionist, all the hygienic staff (especially Tsering) and in-house Denturist Juliu Kocacs provide excellent service. I keep Juliu busy, he's very accommodating. Plus they're always prompt with my scheduled appointment, in an out on time.

The hygienist is nice friendly and did a good job on regular cleaning. The doctor in the office was not Dr. Rad on the day I went, so can't speak for Dr. Rad. BUT the doctor who saw me seemed to be in a hurry and just simply told me there were cavity and needed fillings. Had a great experience today, called in the morning because of an emergency as I'm leaving the province in a couple days, and Fiona was able to get an appointment for me for the same day just a couple hours later. I was seen by Dr. Hirad Zafari, and it was a great experience. Had to pull a wisdom tooth and get a couple of fillings, and he explained the entire procedure thoroughly along with giving me options about what I wanted to do for my treatment. Everything was done really quickly, painlessly, and they were able to complete every treatment I needed. Angelica was the dental assistant, and I've loved having her for each of my visits - she really knows what she's doing! All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Zafari, he definitely puts you at ease if you have any fears about going to the dentist.

Dr. Atraod (I think.. female Middle Eastern Doctor) saved me like $300 bucks easily. I was always told I needed surgery on my bottom wisdom teeth because they were impacted... Getting quotes between $600-1000 bucks for two teeth. She was the first dentist to look at my x-rays and say, "oh this is going to be easy." She managed to pull them both, and considerably quickly. I was only charged around $400 for the service. I'm sure this isn't all cases, but I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely recommend her for others ????

I went to this clinic because it was closer to my place and for the good review. I did my dental oral hygiene cleaning and it was a nightmare. I told the hygienist that I am scared of the experience and to be gentle. She was complete opposite. I actually had blood coming out of my gums not to mention I had given her a lot of indications of pain when she was doing it. She give her justification but truthfully I have had this done from other dentist and I never had such a bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to go to them for cleaning.

TLDR: absolutely the best clinic to come to! I had a pretty severe case of cavities and the works for way too long but I had a lot of worries such as severe dental anxiety, money worries as a student, covid, etc. Everyone here is absolutely the sweetest and very friendly. The most interaction I’ve had was with the receptionist and Dr. Rad and I always left with a smile on my face even though its a clinic lol, it really helped my dental anxiety and got me to push through to make most of my appointments if not all. Dr. Rad is gentle and not rough at all during our appointments that I almost fell asleep during one of our appointments. They are also open and always ask before doing which I appreciated a lot. Great place, I always recommend it to my friends. I picked it first because it was close by, but it ended up being so good that I just kept coming even after moving to a different part of the city. They have friendly stuff, extremely responsive reception and professional doctors. Clinic is clean and modern. I have sensitive teeth and this is first place where I don't feel pain during cleaning. Plus I have all of my teeth extracted here smoothly and pain free. You definitely should try it!!!

I have been going to this location since I was a child, I had my braces done here and the experience was great! The doctor cared about my pain, informed me about important stuff in terms of my braces journey and always made me feel comfortable. I have never been to another dentist since. They care about your teeth and follow up with you quickly and efficiently. Not only do I have had a great experience at this location, my family has as well. The receptionist are welcoming and wonderful overall would highly recommend ! also if you're persian and feel more comfortable speaking farsi, most of the staff speaks farsi. Braces are not an easy thing to go through, so its nice to be going to someone once a month who is welcoming and good at their job.
