and now another broken tooth, 4th one since 2014) I do not understand how this keeps happening. I opted for not perfect teeth, actually took teeth that looked realistic and copied my own look . Maybe if you go for perfect teeth they are constructed correctly. Last time I went they told me it was because I had grind down my teeth, but this time I have re-booked service within 6 months and still I broke one tonight eating a soft meal. See the response below and know that I followed all the recommendations. My appointment for regular check ups was scheduled for January 23rd 2018 at 10:30 am. I called the emergency number to be told to call back tomorrow morning to see when I could get in. Why not just say call back during regular hours......honestly!

Excellent, professional work. I had a very rare dental history which presented a major challenge. 10 dental services turned me down but Dr. Steven Bongard took me on and made the feasibly impossible - work. 10 years now and still in as good condition as can be expected. Yes, I can proudly say I am using dental implants made at the Chrysalis Dental Implant Center. And I mean proudly, because my implants look so natural and everything was done so efficiently that I cannot help it but smile. The way they treated me was great and I would totally recommend Chrysalis for your needs of dental implants. So far I do not have any complaint on the quality of the work.

No one ever enjoys going to the dentist but if you have to I would highly recommend Chrysalis. I have never met a kinder or nicer team of professionals in my life and despite being somewhat nervous about my procedure my fears were calmed by everyone's warm demeanour and concern for my well being. Both I and my 83 year old mother (victim of Parkinsons/Dimentia ) are clients - my father will be shortly. Although surgery was years ago, any issues are always met with a warm welcome and addressed without charge. Not only does Chrysalis provide exceptional expertise with implants but their kindness and gentleness exceeds all expectations. This place is snobby, inconsiderate and clearly does not care about its patient’s oral health. Do not waste your time and money here. I took my dad here for an initial consultation in late November to assess his eligibility for dental implants. While the initial assessment was fine (and took a long time), it was the clinic’s actions (or lack thereof) afterwards that was unacceptable! First, they made my elderly father come back for a CT scan, where he had to wait for OVER TWO HOURS despite him showing up for the appointment on time. He also had to pay $250 for this scan. Then after that - CRICKETS. We didn’t hear back from this clinic for OVER TWO MONTHS on next steps - I followed up once, my dad’s dentist did a second follow up, and it wasn’t until the third follow up that they finally asked my dad to come in in February to discuss results and next steps. Their excuse was that the original doctor, Dr. Gioulos, was away on holidays...then there were scheduling issues (even though they never reached out to schedule anything with us?)....and then we had to be switched over to another doctor. How is this acceptable, considering they market themselves as “committed” and “experienced”? My elderly father is suffering from loose teeth, and is having trouble eating everyday and dealing with infections - he should not have to wait around for the clinic to figure out “schedule issues” and holiday coverage. For a $50,000 TREATMENT, I expect better care and communication. Alas, we decided not to proceed with the treatment. Although they gave us a refund for the scan (which I had to request for), they were not apologetic. We will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience at Chrysalis a few weeks ago. I was worried about getting four dental implants done at the same time but they were amazing. There was no pain during the procedure & no pain afterwards. I took the antibiotics, of course, but didn't need any of the pain killers. Recovery was much quicker than I expected. They were extremely professional, very gentle with me (I'm a baby) & with an excellent bedside manner - A BIG Thank You to everyone at Chrysalis for the absolute best care & dental implants!

Very few people can say they 'love' dental procedures, but the people at Chrysalis are wonderful. They put you at ease the minute you enter the centre. The dentists are extremely patient and compassionate especially when one is anxious or has specific fears. Yes, the procedures are not cheap, but looking after yourself should never be a luxury item anyway - especially one's teeth!! I elected for IV sedation, fell asleep, woke up and implants were done. In the days that followed I did not even have to take any pain medication. This week I went back for another consultation and I am having one more implant done. If you need implants, go to Chrysalis - it will be well worth your trip!

Considered an extreme case, Dr. Bonguard brought me in and assessed my situation. He decided to take on the challenge. A good 3 hours and a lot of work. Getting my permanent teeth in 2 weeks. Life is good thanks to him, can't wait.

I had a lot of work done in this place. The work overall is very good quality. However, they need to train staff on how to schedule appointments properly and allocate time needed for each client's appointment. Their doctors always running late...i cannot remember one time i was seen on time...i am talking about at least 30min to an hour wait...it is ok if some clients need to more time for the procedure or follow up, but it is disrespectful to have clients wait for hours... and a courtesy call would be nice if a doctor running very late with previous appointment.....
