Dr. Bernstein is such an amazing dentist. I came across his office a few years back after I had been in a car accident and had some chipped teeth. He did an amazing job at fixing them, would never know anything had ever happened. Just a couple weeks ago I needed to get a wisdom tooth removed and large cavity fixed.. Once again amazing work. Dr. Bernstein was very gentle and left me with absolutely no discomfort after the extraction. My overall experience with this clinic has been outstanding. All the staff are extremely friendly. Safe to say I have found my forever dentist!! :)

In 2001 I had a crown replaced. The crown that was taken out had gold in it and when I asked Bernstein for it, he told me there was no gold in it. I still to this day don't know why I walked out of there without it.

I am currently an invisalign patient at Dr. Bernstein's clinic. I was able to get 20% off my invisalign treatment which saved me thousands of $ compared to my regular dentist. Dr. Bernstein and his staff are by far the best dental team I have ever met. I've travelled all over and I've met many dentists and hygenists and I can say without a doubt that Dr. Bernstein's staff are the best. When I moved back to Toronto from spending a few years abroad I was so relieved that I would be able to go to Dr. Bernstein's again. The staff are friendly, accomodating and thorough. They also help you understand what your insurance will cover. The hygenists have always been friendly and gentle. The office itself is always up-to-date with modern technology. Seating is comfortable and the ceiling mounted tv screens are a bonus. Dr. Bernstein himself is so knowledgeable. Through preventative care they help patients take care of their teeth to the best of their abilities. I have been going to Dr. Bernstein's for over 20 years and I would and have recommended their services to anyone.

I sought out Dr Bernstein because he was the only latex free dentist in the city and having a severe allergy to natural rubber latex there was an invaluable peace of mind attending my appointments in his office. What I found was not only a latex free dentist, but a respectful, collaborate group of professionals who provided excellent dental care in a friendly and caring environment. After many years of being without dental insurance I arrived at my first appointment with a mouthful of needs. Dr Bernstein and his colleagues were informative and respectful in tackling my dental needs in a non-judgemental way. In fact, the wonderful hygienist I saw first was complimentary about my self care (an absolute first!) After months of long, detailed work Dr Bernstein, Susan and I still managed to sing along to the songs on the radio during procedures that took a few hours! Thank you to everyone in the office for great looking teeth, that are not giving me any of those pesky issues I learned to live with for years! So happy to have my dental health back!

We moved into the area over a year ago now and chose Dr. Bernstein’s office as our family dentist. Their business hours are very convenient especially when we are working full time. Dr. Bernstein takes time to make you comfortable by explaining the procedure beforehand. If you ever have a concern, he is always willing to take a careful look and explain exactly what is going on. I was first here for Invisalign. The consultation is 100% free - you book, have your images and impression taken, and hear about the treatment plan a few weeks later. If you decide not to proceed, it's completely hassle free - not one "follow-up calls" (as opposed to my previous dentist, who charged $250 for the consultation and bugged me for a whole month after it). Once I did decide to get my treatment with Dr. B, I knew it was a good decision. The whole team is amicable and everyone greeted me with warm smiles. I'm nearing the end of my treatment and I'm happy with the outcome!

My teeth was in very bad shape since I was 14 yrs old, I could barely smile, it was a living nightmare! 2 years ago, I was looking for braces, and I saw Dr. Bernstein ads, they were offering free estimate, so I went there expecting that they'll say no because my teeth were too crooked, but Dr David said it's very tricky but he'll do his best. I had no idea what invisalign was, I thought I would have to wear braces for 3 years. Invisalign is sooo great, 6 month later, I could smile again, nobody knew I was wearing that, but the result was fast. Now my treatment is done, I'm 27 and I know how important it is to have a beautiful smile. Dr. Bernstein changed my life in 1 year! I'm always smiley now, Thanks Doc, you're the best! He is the best Dentist we'd ever had! He recently did a crown on a tooth that was bothering me for years and I can't believe how great a job he did. I am more than pleased. After much hard work online in search of a clinic where I could walk in and out with the same level of confidence, I discovered this gem of a dental clinic. This man is a CROOK! He'll be there on you're first visit to try and be your "Friend", sell you unnecessary services and then run off to the next! He barely does any work, as most of the work is performed by his staff which is barely adequate. I wish I could get a refund for my $8,000 of useless treatment. AVOID!!! Go ELSEWHERE or be prepared to throw your money DOWN THE TOILET! AVOID AT ALL COSTS and BEWARE!!!

This dental office is a gem! I'm very fortunate that my girlfriend found this clinic and introduced it to me. Dr. Bernstein and his staffs are one of the best group of people I've ever met. They are warm, friendly, detail-oriented, caring and professional, always greet you with a genuine smile. I had the best experience every time I paid a visit there. Front desk staffs are attentive and responsible. My hygienist Samantha is extremely nice and patient. Both she and Dr. Bernstein gave me very thorough exams and explained all the details and potential concerns about my mouth in layman term. They listen to your concern, explain issues clearly and leave the options to you instead of being pushy like somewhere else. The clinic is also big, clean, carefully set up. Their facilities and equipments are very modern and efficient. You can even watch TV on the ceiling while receiving treatment. The TV can also show you your oral condition which is awesome. I'm very happy to be their patient and I strongly recommend Dr. Bernstein's office.

I usually don't post reviews on google, but my experience at Dr. Bernstein's clinic meant that I had to. The staff at the clinic were very diligent, pleasant and helpful. I was treated really well and they made the experience of going to the dentist pain free (or I guess as close to pain free as you could get). Being able to watch TV while they worked on my teeth was also a nice touch. I would highly recommend the clinic to my friends and family or anyone else.

They do top notch dental work, and Dr.Bernstein is so good at giving the needle for freezing during fillings that I often ask if he's done it yet only to find that he already did and I hadn't noticed! I found Dr.Bernstein dental online and went in for an invisilign consultation. My experience with his practice was phenomenal and I'd like to think my standards are quite high as my father is a retired dentist. They took me though the entire process from start to finish as well did several xrays and scans as no cost to give me a realistic idea of what to expect in terms of cost and timing for the treatment. Their prices were also fair too. The treatment took 12 months and I was very happy with the results (perfect teeth), in fact I had decided to go to him as my full time dentist, his nurses and staff are a pleasure to visit.

I have had dental treatments with Dr. Joshi, including 3 root canals, and I can say that Dr. Joshi is second to none. He is gentle, very caring, treats his patients with great respect, never in a hurry, always explains procedures, and allows you to make informed decisions regarding your oral care. As a Registered Nurse myself, I know exactly what good care is, and who a good doctor is. You can even tell his character just by observing how he interacts with staff at the clinic. He is the only dentist that I can trust. Always satisfied with his services. I am so glad to be his patient. I began going to Dr. Bernstein as a boy because my family had moved into the neighbourhood and we found his newly opened, modern office convenient. My immediate impression was - and continues to be - that the smiling staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, the office was absolutely beautifully decorated and pristine, warm, and inviting, the hygienists were knowledgeable and gentle, the equipment was state of the art, and Dr. Bernstein legitimately cared about his patients. About five years ago I moved to the very west end of Toronto. I went for a cleaning appointment at a local dentist out there - and that was enough. They were only concerned about making money and didn't seem to have any interest in me or my dental health. I knew that I couldn't see myself visiting any other dentist than Dr. Bernstein. And now I write this review, ten years later, after having countless cleanings, numerous fillings, and my wisdom teeth extracted at the Bernstein Dental Centre. Dr. Bernstein used a phrase to me today which you may not be used to hearing from your dentist; "Aiden, it's not urgent but I would recommend looking at fixing this at some point..." He was informing me of the issue and honestly telling me that fixing it could wait. Dr. Bernstein is unbelievably experienced, kind, thorough, gentle, and professional. If you live in the neighbourhood - or like me, don't mind the commute - I would absolutely recommend becoming a patient at Bernstein Dental Centre. You most definitely will be impressed.

Thank you Dr. Joshi for taking care of my medical case where I had to remove 4 wisdom teeth. I decided to remove one of my wisdom teeth in one quick easy session after finding about a big cavity in that tooth which caused pain and sleepless nights. I removed the other 3 wisdom teeth after 3 days from the first tooth extraction. Dr. Joshi was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel any pain or nervousness during the whole process. He would let you know about the whole procedures in advance so that you won't be worried or surprised of anything during the process. He was kind to call me the following day to check upon me. The whole dental centre is very welcoming and organised and definitely a 5 star service provider. I highly recommend Dr. Joshi and Bernstein Dental Centre for your next dental concern.

Dr Joshi at Bernstein Dental Centre took out 4 of my wisdom teeth and made me feel so comfortable through the whole procedure and initial examination. Takes the time and effort to explain everything he's doing and he was so helpful post-op by calling and checking in on how I am doing! He only recommends what is best for you and really puts himself in your shoes when examining your teeth. Seriously the best dentist I have met in all my years of dentist trips. Never going to another dentist now!

Nice and friendly till the moment you start having issues. When I had my wire installed it was done by the lady who put the wire the way that it came off in few hours.It was obvious that she wasn't experienced and dr Bernstein had to fix my wire when I came back to the clinic. Me and my mom had the Invisalign treatment at the same time and after 2 years within same month the lower wire came off and my mom's retainer broke in half. Also, my mom's bonding done in this clinic did not last even a few months and she had to come back and redo it. Don't want to go into details but when the issues arise they become defensive and rude, the first impression friendliness disappears so don't be fooled.

Recently I had VERY large bridge replaced by Dr Bernstein. I had this bridge originally done over 10 years ago by another dentist in Toronto and it was a nightmare. I have been putting off having it replaced because of the complications I had previously. Dr Bernstein assured me it would be different this time and HE WAS RIGHT! The staff is so professional and cordial, they really put in that extra effort and you can see that they take pride in their work and care about their patients. The technology in the office is truly state-of-the-art! Never before have I seen close-ups of my dental x-rays and real-time video feeds of my teeth -- i was astounded! Dr. Bernstein ensures you have a complete understanding of what exactly is "going on in your mouth" and thoroughly explains everything. The technology tools are no gimmicks, they were so helpful in my comprehension and recommended treatment, going forward. Dr. Bernstein is a class act, a very friendly gentlemen who is clearly well educated and at the top of his field. I've been a pt of Dr Bernstein's for 2yrs. When I wasn't happy with the final result which, by the way was superb in comparison with what I started dr Bernstein was professionally compassionate towards. He gathered most of the necessarily involved staff and each came in with his notes taking down my concerns about the final result, after I finished he said" your teeth look perfect to me but I want you to be happy so whatever you want we will do"!!! And so he did. Another incident was when I happened to had my retainers broke abroad and he and his amazing staff communicated with me efficiently and promptly in order to replace my retainers, and since the office doesn't keep the original molds, he undertook paying for the expenses of the other dentist to where I was in order to replace my broken retainers, all for one main concern which is not to have my teeth relapse and move back, he was so keen and generous . I am forever grateful Dr Bernstein truely, and your staff ,the amazing ladies at the front desk especially Marilyn and Jude at the financial ....you are all amazing.

Our family was looking for a family dentist that we could visit regularly and my wife came across this place that is supposed to be good with kids. We have a 2 year old and a 5 year old and both work so weekday visits during office hours were not easy to come by. Luckily for us this place is open on weekends and especially Sundays so that fit into our schedule nicely. We read some reviews and were impressed with the comments so we decided to give this place a try. So far we love it!!! The staff were all friendly and courteous. They were excellent with the kids and did not push to have things done that may have scared them from going to the dentist. My littlest one enjoyed herself during her visit that once in a while she would tell me that her teeth hurts and she needs to go to the dentist. Overall I am impressed with this place and will be coming here for a long time to come.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernstein’s since 2001. He, along with his incredible staff, have looked after my oral health over these years with nothing but the best of care and exceptional service. I recently had 5 wisdom teeth, who in office, Dr. Bernstein removed himself. My pain and swelling even just a few days after surgery was minimal, and my mouth was completely healed without any issue whatsoever, in under 2 weeks. I continue to make the drive here from Brampton because I have no doubt that I will not find a better dentist and staff in the GTA. Thank you Dr. Bernstein & staff!!
