Dr.Andrew is an amazing dentist. He’s patient with the kids and not only explains things to us as the parents but also gets down to their level and speaks directly to them. Took my 5 year old daughter to them today. She is extremely scared of going to the dentist. But they were absolutely amazing and so kind. They tried their very best to try and fix her cavity but she ended up not letting him. Even though they couldn’t fix it they did a great job ! :)

It started with the 2 amazing employees at the front desk and continued with the hygienist, dental assistant and the Dr. The staff were helpful, patient, polite and very knowledgeable. Moving from another town I was reluctant to switching dentists as I'm a very loyal client and love my hometown office and people. What was enticing about Woodstock Square Dental was that they put an attractive package in my Welcome Wagon bag that included a FREE Zoom whitening for first time clients, so of course I had to check them out. What a pleasant delight as soon as you walk in, beautiful office, latest technology and the most friendly staff. Hygienest Kim was gentle with my exams and cleaning and wonderfully easy to talk with (when mouth wasn't getting worked on) and Dr. Andrew is an instant magnet of relief, kind mannered, gentle, personable and professional. I was more than impressed and rather relieved to find a new hometown dentist. I'll now be switching offices with my whole family...with an ecstatic whiter smile.

I called about a painful tooth and I spoke with two receptionist, all were very professional, understanding of my concerns and kind. Lisa spoke to the doctor and got me an appointment very quickly and was a great deal of help to me, she answered all of my questions over the phone which was great as it took some of my anxiety away about my tooth and just generally made me feel a lot better about the situation. I had my appointment tonight and let me tell you I feel 100% better, this is the kindest Dental office environment you will ever come across. I am not someone who normally feels comfortable at the dentists but I do now. If you have a general fear of having your teeth worked on or anything like that you don’t need to worry this is the place for you, they will make you feel very comfortable. Doctor Sighn ( I’m unsure I spelled his name correctly) Is in my opinion an amazing dentist ( not to mention super kind). His assistant also Super nice and polite. After speaking with Dr. Sighn I no longer feel paranoid about dental work, I was walked through the what if’s and given tips on proper care as well, and I truly appreciate him thoroughly helping me and that he seems very knowledgeable in his field. I am someone who does not have dental insurance and if this is the case tell your dentist, they can then work on the problem with you instead of trying to sell you a whole new smile like other dental practices sometimes do. They do not try and do this at Woodstock Square and I appreciate that so much! I’ll be back in the future and they have gained my whole family as new clients. I highly recommend Woodstock Square Dental one hundred and ten percent! Also their office is super clean and they follow all the guidelines regarding any Covid regulations ect. I have all the confidence in the world in them.

I honestly havent had the best luck with dentists but Dr. McDonald does make sure that i am comfortable and relaxed before and while he was doing my extraction! Dr. Singh and his staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They are accommodating, respond quickly to urgent calls and treat their patients with kindness and compassion. Needing to be seen urgently and on the Friday of a long weekend, Lisa returned my panicked call quickly was able to schedule me in to be seen promptly. The staff stayed beyond clinic hours for an emergency root canal. Dr. Singh was patient and gentle knowing my fears and past experience with dental offices and followed up personally with a text later that same evening. I highly recommend and encourage anyone seeking a new dental office to book in with Dr. Singh and his staff. Five stars across the board!!

My husband and I had been looking for another dentist in town as we were not happy at the one we had been going to. I chipped my front tooth and couldn't get through to our dentist. I started looking around and found Dr. Andrew. Let me tell you, this is one of the best Google searches I have done in a while. Not only were they able to get me in that day, and in the evening at that, but they we so friendly and helpful. When we got to the appointment we were not disappointed. Very clean, cozy and modern office. Lisa at the front desk is awesome! My husband and I were laughing and joking with her while I filled out my paperwork and waited for my appointment time. Dr Andrew was so easy going, funny, honest and took him time to do a through inspection. He even looked into another tooth that had been a problem that my other dentist brushed and just wanted to do a root canal. Dr Andrew looked at it, took and x-ray and said that it was fine. He took the time to explain things, and stayed in the room after the procedure and talked about a new plan for my dental work. I have always hated going to the dentist and will pretty much do anything I can to put it off. I can say for sure that I will be going back!

I had broken a tooth and had a sharp shard that was really hurting me. I had tried many dentists for help and everyone was turning me away cause I am on social assistance. Woodstock Square dental was my last option and hope. They got me in the same day I called and took care of my tooth and billed my worker, planned for me to return to talk options and check up on my teeth. I need a lot of work completed and they are being amazing helping me to get the work done. I can not thank them enough for their care and compassion. Dr. McDonald was great with me aswell with my fears and anxiety. He was understanding and talked with me with pleasant tone and calming to help me get through my anxiety.

These people could change their name to World’s Best Dental, and I’d actually believe that to be true! They are to me like the fairy godmothers/godfathers of dental. If you have anxiety over seeing a dentist and or you don’t have dental coverage, then you have nothing to worry about here. They are so calm and comforting and work with you to make your treatment plan practical and affordable for you. Dr. MacDonald is very kind and understanding, patient, listens, and does a very thorough job ! Everything discussed is relevant and to the point, focusing on the real problems instead of overwhelming you. His assistant is also very helpful and calming, the receptionist also Very friendly and welcoming. I went from worrying about my front tooth to smiling again!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole staff. From the way they treat each patient to the way they treat each other says a lot about the way they operate the Dental office. They have a very friendly and positive environment. They made me feel super comfortable on my first day. I felt as if I had known them for years. I very much appreciate it that the front desk girl took the time to contact my insurance company to make sure everything that was done on that day was covered and not billed to me as an extra cost. My family and I recently switched to this dental office because we were tired of driving to our last one half hour away. Dr.Singh is very calm and polite and takes his time to make sure you are aware of what’s happening and that you are ok. So far we have all had a cleaning and my son and I have each had fillings filled. The receptionist is very sweet and both dental hygienists were lovely. It’s been a very pleasant experience so far. Began coming here last year when I needed a tooth looked at. Ended up needing a root canal. I have heard horror stories about this procedure and was dreading it. Very friendly, very considerate and very good at what he does! I came in knowing my husband and I would need a lot of serious work done. Dr. Andrew and his team were very accommodating in dealing with our fears and made what would usually have been a horrifying experience into something very manageable. They kept our insurance limits in mind when planning and prioritizing procedures, and their later hours allowed me to make appointments without having to take time off work. It's been several months since my last procedure and everything is holding up well, looks great, and it's amazing to finally eat without worrying about pain everytime I chew. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

This is a new dental office for me after having not so "sunny" experiences at another dental office in town. I have seen both dentists at the office and am very pleased with how friendly they are and how in depth they are at explaining what they are going to do and why. After not being to a dentist in a few years I am very happy I chose to call this dental office. Front end staff and assistants are all very nice and friendly as well.

I went to Woodstock Square Dental because I had a dentist, a denturist, a periodontist and an implant surgeon. My gums had been bothering me for years and everyone would refer me back & forth and nothing was working. Dr Khambay worked with me suggested I take my iron with my vitamin C and adjusted the denture. He talked to my dentuest and explained to him what his professional observation was and how to correct it My initial appointment was April 11 and now I'm wearing my lower denture for the first time on a regular basis. super friendly staff and dentists. my first experience with Woodstock Square dental, i came in to get a filling on my front tooth fixed, i didnt have coverage so they worked with me so i could afford the replacement. after getting fulltime at my job and receiving benefits i went back to get a cleaning and check up. they made me feel very welcome and explained everything to me (biggest thing though was they never made me feel bad about not having the best dental hygiene, which my last dentist did often)

Took my son for his first real dentist appointment today. He is just under 4 years old and had noticeable decay on one of his molars. We were both quite anxious about it. The staff exceeded my expectations in every way. They were patient and playful with him and walked him casually through the whole process. His tooth is fixed and he left happy and smiling.
