Never been a fan of the dentist (who is honestly) but never had anything less than a good experience here. Just got a filling done, barely felt the needle and didn’t feel anything at all for the rest of the process. Staff is always nice, friendly, and funny too!

From an awful looking front tooth to a beautifully cleaned, fixed and polished white tooth! Dr. Nix did an amazing job! I have been with Springbank Dental for nearly 20 years and I have always gotten the best care while there. For someone who hates any kind of dental work, I feel at ease when walking in, and confident that Dr. Nix will take care of all my dental needs. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

My mom, dad and I all recently visited Gary and like most of us the dentist isn't the first place we want to be. And if you're like me its a vicious cycle of procrastinating a cleaning and then needing a filling. All of us had to get one this time and NOBODY felt the needle. I still don't know how he does but nobody felt or saw the needle. Gary remembers conversations we've had from years ago! And Robin is so friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I trust them both with my dental work as do my parents. If you have to go to the dentist this is the place! ????

Springbank Dental Office failed to bill my insurance (Ontario healthy smiles) which covers minors in a low-income family in Ontario. after first calling me to explain that they have not worked with Ontario healthy smiles before and that they were unfamiliar with the billing process they suggested that I call OHS myself and attempt to resolve the billing issue for them. when I gave OHS a call I was told that they don't work with the patient and to let my dentist know that they will have to follow up with them to resolve the billing issue. called Springbank Dental Offices and explained to them exactly what I was told on the phone, they reassured me that they will take care of the issue at hand and get back to me. Today I am receiving calls from collection offices harassing me (a minor in Canada), screaming that I owe money. I am beyond disappointed with the service I have received, never would I have gone to get work done if I would have known that the cost of dental work there is a 7 year hit on my credit report. I am beginning my adult life in collection thanks to the poor effort made by the workers at this business. from not properly knowing how to bill OHS, to not calling me to explain that the next steps were to send off my bill to collection. In conclusion, Springbank Dental Office has stained my credit report. and have shown to me to be irresponsible when handling anything billing-related.
