Dr Palleck and her team are wonderful. I initially sought Dr Palleck for a second opinion for my youngest daughter after not being fully satisfied with the plan our family dentist set out for her. After the very first visit I knew Dr Palleck was the one I wanted to care for my daughter's smile! I was so impressed by the way she spoke to my daughter - the patient - and not just to me. They take the time to fully explain things to everyone involved. My daughter was at ease and happy with the consult. I was so pleased I booked another consult for my other daughter. Dr Palleck and her team are professional and friendly and really put us all at ease. I trust her judgment and feel my daughters are in really good hands. My girls actually never fuss when its time for their appointment .. and that is great for me as a parent! Its all about the smiles!

Dr. Palleck and her Team are an excellent group of people! I was missing my two lateral incisors and normally wore a retainer full time but was sick of it. I knew the only solution was implants however I only actually had enough room in my mouth for maybe one. When I went for my initial consult Dr. Palleck and here team were confident that they could make enough room and give me the smile I wanted. Right from the start she worked her magic, set me up with a great Doctor in London to have a surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion, had my braces put on and so the process began. During this process I had some really large gaps in spots but Dr. Palleck always made sure I always had plastic filler teeth on my braces to make me feel not as awkward. After two years with braces my mouth finally had enough room for implants. The experience I had and the work she did was amazing and I highly recommend Dr. Palleck and here team to anyone looking to have anything done with their smile. I doesn't matter your age, problems, whatever she can and will make sure you have a perfect smile! Thanks again for everything you did for me!

Dr. Palleck and her team are unbelievable!!!! My daughter was referred here by our dentist. We went in and got the warmest welcome, went over the details, procedures, cost and left it up to us to decide the future. No pressure was EVER put on us, we discussed it as a family and felt it was the right choice. We went ahead and took Melissa in, found out she needed dental surgery first. We went and dealt with that, got her braces on and then the following summer she had jaw surgery. Melissa came through both procedures amazingly well. Then just this year, the braces came off and all I can say is WOW!!!! My daughter looks wonderful and her self esteem is so much better. She is more open and loves the look of her teeth. Without Dr. Palleck and her team, we would not have the daughter we do now. They were always helpful, fit her in with emergencies and she listened and followed what she was told. I highly recommend Dr. Palleck to anyone who asks.

All staff are so professional and caring ...I know she sees hundreds of patients but NEVER does anyone make you feel like stranger... The kids are so comfortable there, and everyone really truly cares. The kids were never in pain after their visits, if anything broke they fit us in to do repairs immediately!! My oldest will return to Dr. Palleck after he grows to reassess if will require more work. The youngest is still a patient. I have had both of my daughters consult with Dr. Palleck, the assistants are always friendly and really take the time and care to make both myself and my children comfortable, they spend the time to answer our questions and really listen to the children. My Oldest was afraid of getting braces and took meticulous care of her teeth as a result the team caring for her always took time to compliment her on her hard work taking care of her teeth. This positive reinforcement was a win win for everyone. When her braces were to be removed instead of feeling excited and happy she was afraid her teeth would be discoloured and look like "Horse Teeth",oh my she was presently surprised and hasn't stopped smiling. My youngest needed extensive orthodontic treatment due to some malformation in her palette, she required an expander, retainer and future braces. One would think she would be frightened and reluctant to get her braces on but because of the experiences she has had thus far she is eager to get her final braces on and start this new procedure. When Christina got her braces off (my eldest) she was pleasantly surprised and quite overjoyed when she was presented with a basket of treats (gum sugarless of course, chewy candy and my daughters favourite Turtles) to pick from as a reward for completing her treatment....it was really an extra reward for the children and it showed that Dr. Palleck and her team really understand the sacrifice the children go to when they have braces on. I found Dr. Palleck to be extremely up to date on all of the newest technology with regards to different options based on the needs for different children. She and her team are so accessible and friendly, I work in the community as a nurse and I always extoll my praise and recommendations of Dr. Palleck and her team....Thank you so much....

Wow! I have never dealt with a more organized office and staff as I have at Dr. Palleck's office. I love walking in and having my son sign in online where they can immediately see that he has arrived, without needing to talk to anyone. We have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I was also extremely impressed with our first meeting, when things were being explained about the brace that my son would be wearing. She took the time to fully explain everything to my son and in a way that a 10 year old could understand. I have never experienced this before. Usually things are explained to the parent but she gave her full attention to my son, as if he were the adult and made sure he understood what was going to take place and how long things would take. I also love the fact that they send out reminders, when we are due for our appointment and I can easily confirm, online that we will be there rather than talking to someone on the phone. When I moved back to Woodstock 4 years ago our family dentist indicated that my daughter would require braces. Naturally, I asked around. Everyone I spoke with said we had to go to Dr. Palleck because "she's the best". She is! When we intialy saw Dr. Palleck she felt that my daughter wasn't yet ready for braces. Dr. Palleck wanted to wait until she had grown a bit more and wait until her 12 yr molars had come in. When I heard this, it spoke volumes to me about the character of Dr. Palleck and her staff. After our initial consultation, we went back for 3 follow-up appointments at no cost to us. Almost 3 1/2 years later, after her initial consultation, my daughter got her braces at the end of October. Dr. Palleck keeps up-to-date with the latest technology and, as a result, the entire experience has been great. You know you are getting the latest and greatest. For me that is peace of mind. As a parent, I also appreciate that my daughter is spoken to as the client. She is, after all, the one who has to know how to take care of her teeth. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Palleck for anyone needing orthodontic care. I wouldn't trust my family's smile to anyone else!

My experience with Dr. Sonia Palleck and her staff was incredible! She is so knowledgable and confident in what she does and makes you feel so comfortable and more confident in yourself. I had quite the AMAZING transformation with my smile :) . I used to have a class 3 bite (underbite) so originally I was going to have to get jaw surgery to correct my bite before getting my teeth straightend. (That was until I met with Sonia of course). After meeting with Dr. Palleck I was ready to accept the challenge in moving forward with braces right away and not having to have my jaw broken. It was the best decision I made in my situation and all thanks and appreciation goes to Sonia Palleck and her wonderful staff! You are all amazing and so kind. Dr. Palleck and her professional team deliver incredible service to my whole family. I trust her completely, as I have seen her commitment to continually improving her skill and already deep understanding of orthodontics. She identified the need early on for my son to have a palette expander and braces to correct what would soon be 3 rows of teeth growing in because of not enough room in his small upper jaw. This not only improved his smile and bite... it provided more space and relieved pressure on his sinuses... allowing better sleep which has yielded even more benefits! Dr Palleck also consulted with me about my inquiry into Invisalign as an adult patient. I appreciated her honesty in letting me know I did not need braces for cosmetic reasons, as my teeth appeared very healthy and straight, but that for structural reasons I could benefit from re-aligning my teeth (after a molar extraction as a child allowed my teeth to shift). I am now a full year into Invisalign myself and have felt her service and followup have been excellent! Dr Palleck and her whole team have an incredible chair-side manner. They are very knowledgeable, and at the same time very warm and friendly. I have two other children who may need braces and I will not hesitate to have Dr Palleck provide their orthodontic care. Also, I cannot express enough how wonderful it is to have a local orthodontist who can provide this level of care. The convenience of local service is priceless!

My daughter went in for a bracket repair, which was an appointment that was given to us quickly. She was to go for her checkup at the end of the month as well, but instead they cancelled that appointment and did the necessary adjustments after doing the repair. This was great, as she doesn't have to come back for a while now and she was able to move on to the next step with her braces. As usual, all the staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter is finding the whole braces experience a positive one....despite the discomfort. That speaks volumes for the staff :)

I highly recommend Dr.Palleck. Dr.Palleck and her staff are as friendly and understanding as they come. I had to come from London today to have my permident retainer glued back in, they squeezed me in and fixed the wire within about 5 minutes. Fast and Friendly service, as always If something happens, like a loose wire, or something snaps, they can usually fit you in as soon as possible if not that day. It's very comforting to know they are there to fix any problem, or answer any questions, any time I need it. I'm honestly a self proclaimed bad dental patient, I've unfortunately missed appointments, and don't wear my retainer as much as I should. But they are always understanding of both, and are quick to remedy any issues. I cannot fully describe how thankful I am to her and her staff, without them, I would not have straight teeth, and the self confidence I get from that. An all around pleasant experience for both my son and myself. The office is modern and the staff are very kid friendly. The appointments are on time which is a bonus. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions. This practice will give you what your teeth need and not pressure you into something you don't need. We are very happy here!

We have been very happy with the service and work of Dr. Palleck and her team. We have no complaints. It's very well run and everyone is always friendly. Some neat things that we thought were extra special; getting a Tim card when the braces didn't come off when she was told they would. Not being grumpy when we forgot our appointment (I felt so bad, but it was like no big deal, and she just re-booked us). Never making anyone feel like we should know....always explaining like the first time. Realizing it's expensive, and willing to work with our family budget. My daughter was embarrassed about her retainer -how dirty it was, and acted like no big deal and ran it through the dish washer for her. Always makes my girls feel special -thank you:)

We started seeing Dr. Palleck when my daughter was 7yrs old. She appeared to have an overbite and she would grind her teeth. Dr. Palleck and her staff have been excellent. The plan they came up with for my daughter and how they explained it all, allowed us to understand and know we were making the right decisions for her care. My daughter has no issues going to her appointments because she knows how nice and inviting the staff and Dr. Palleck are. I would recommend Dr. Palleck to anyone looking for an Orthodontist.

My daughter Lindsey absolutely loves coming to her orthodontist appointments. She literally counts the days down till her next visit because you all do such a great job of making her feel so special. She will miss coming to see Dr. Palleck (Sonia...as she calls her because I guess she feels they are on a first name basis:)) when her braces come off. Dr Palleck and her team are highly educated professionals that strive for the best with every patient. I had a big overbite and crowded teeth due to lack of space in both arches. They developed a treatment plan specially for my case that gave me a beautiful smile. The treatment didn't involve extractions, easy to follow and great results. I was given clear instructions how to help with the treatment and what was being done in every appointment. My teeth were very crooked and have been all my life, and now at an age of over 55, I decided to do something about it. In a clear and precise Dr. Palleck set forth the plan that would change my smile forever and I can already see, once I get these braces off, what a difference it is going to make!
