I've been coming here since I was a little boy, nothing has really changed, I mean my dentist retired but that's bond to happen. The staff here has always been SO friendly as well as always answers any and all of your questions and the receptionist Chris has always brought a smile to my face, She greets you with warm welcomes and a daily reminder/phone call before my appointment date. This establishment is worth a visit and definitely a place I will bring my children for years to come.

Great dental practice, wise and very friendly. They are efficient and quite helpful to inform you and give you the information you need to make a wise choice. My teenage daughter is needing to get her wisdom teeth out and Dr Lail spoke with her (us) about the procedure and her concerns. At first she opted to go for the surgeon to do the wisdom teeth. Now she is rethinking her decision. It clearly says a lot when a teenager is willing to change their mind because he made her feel comfortable enough to do so! I think that says it all! She hasn't made her final decision yet but I think I know what she will do. Time will tell. My thoughts on this is, I am comfortable putting her care into his hands. Highly recommend Dr Lail, and his practice! Great People. Smile!!!

Dr. Lail and associates are amazing!!! All of the staff are polite and attentive. When I go in for a cleaning Toni is always respectful. While my favorite dentist is Dr. Albert when I get my check up I am never concerned on which dentist is coming in. My son had some dental surgery done with Dr. Lail and he Dr. Lail was great with him. The follow up was good and he had a good experience as far as surgery goes. I have referred many friends and family to their office

Dr. Semenov is the most Amazing Dentist I have ever been too!!! I am a new Patient and had been neglecting my dental health because of bad past experiences with other local dental offices. Dr. Semenov and her staff Melodi and Cydney treated me with exceptional care and dignity when I was feeling most Vulnerable. The reception staff was far above average being extremely kind and courteous, quickly returning my call and getting me booked in right away. I highly recommend and will definitely continue going for regular care now that they have me back on track.

They are gentle on you and make sure you are okay or if getting a needle for cavities makes sure you are numb enough. Gives you all details when asking questions and options.They don't try and push procedures on you to gain more money they give options and give the best advice on how to better your oral hygiene. They are all so kind and polite a very welcoming place to go. And also great with kids making them feel comfortable and not scared.

Dr Lail has always been very helpful to me with my teeth issues. He is gentle and supportive when dealing with my particular gagging issue when getting dental work. His Dental Hygenisits are also very gentle with the same issue and the work they do cleaning my teeth. The receptionist is super friendly and does all the work to make sure billing and appointment scheduling is done right. One of the best dentists and dental staff I have even dealt with

Excellent! Very friendly and accommodating. Several times they have helped me out last minute for appointments including getting me in the same day when I had an tooth ache. I’ve had to wear a night guard for 30 years and only when I starting seeing Dr.Lail I was recommended to specialist for the first time. So I now have a perfectly fitted mouth guard for the first time. Over the years I’ve had a few very uncomfortable ones. Very happy to have found a dentist who cares!!

We were recommended to come to Dr Lail’s office when our children had many issues to deal with. Dr Lail was truly amazing with our kids, always friendly (as well as the staff), and most of all patient. Our one daughter was very fearful of any dentist visit. With the patience at Dr Lail’s office she was able to complete all her dental work. Came home feeling good and confident she would go back. We are greatful. On a side note: because of his patience we took my aunt (who was dealing with serious stroke side effects) to him as well. Many praises!!!

Having recently moved to Kitchener/Waterloo, I still commute back to Woodstock for all my appointments. I have been coming to Dr. Bob Lail's dental clinic since I was a young boy. Each time I am there for my annual check up I am greeted at the door with a smile. I recently had a visit for cleaning and then a subsequent visit for a filling. I just wanted to say what a good job the dentist did on the fillings. Upon leaving I could not tell where these new fillings were located. I strive to have visits with no cavities.
