I had a difficult procedure done yesterday with a cavity very close to the root that Dr. Vegso worked on. I woke up this morning with no pain, no issues at all. It's as if I didn't have anything done. Everyone is so friendly, professional and actually make the whole dental experience a joyful one. A truly wonderful staff. I would give more stars but it only goes to 5.

I’ve been with doctor Hoben since he took over Dr Campbells practice. Dr Hoben is very personable thorough and quick. I mean. Who wants to be in the dentist chair any longer than they have to. All the staff from the front desk to the chair are all amazing and are always willing to help and make you feel comfortable This office is amazing at what they do I don’t want to forget all the cool stuff they have like music or tv or the disposable sun glasses. Im new to Woodstock and I was looking for a good dentist. I heard Dr Hoben is good and I wanted to try out a new clinic. The receptionist dismissed my concern and the pain in my tooth because I had been to other clinics. She said that it's not good to see three doctors like this when I had just one dentist and I had to go to the emergency to see the second one because my tooth broke off. Anyway, the doctor perhaps is amazing but who ever that I talked to from the front not so much.

The appointment was actually pretty good. Dr. Hoben was quick & kind. The hygienist who cleaned his teeth was very good & took the time to explain the importance of teeth brushing. My issue was when I was leaving. We told the receptionist we wanted to book more frequently since my son will soon have braces. She was commented about she wasn't certain insurance would cover it. And scuffed when I stated I would pay for what was necessary. It was hurtful since I always paid the difference in the past. There was no reason to look down on me or make me feel like I had no intentions to pay.

Originally thought I had great service until I started having problems with the same tooth. My follow up visit for warranty work I was told "try chewing on the other side". I have been going to this dental office for years and have nothing but great things to say. Everyone is always friendly, the office is always clean, and I have never had a bad experience. Today I had my very first cavity filling. I experience severe anxiety when it comes to needles, painful procedures, surgeries etc. I expressed this concern to my hygienist when we scheduled the appointment for the filling and she did not hesitate to offer me nitrous oxide for my appointment to help relax me. At my appointment today, Dr. Vegso was so friendly and understanding of my anxiousness. She explained everything and was checking in to make sure I was doing well throughout the procedure. They have a tv on the ceiling with Netflix which also helped to distract me. The nitrous oxide was the perfect way to take the edge off and ensure that I was relaxed. I lost sleep worrying about this appointment but leaving the office, I can confidently say that it was actually an enjoyable experience. I am so so relieved and thankful to have such a great dental team looking after me. My husband and I will be patients for life!

Simply put Dr, Ed Hoben is the best dentist I have ever been to and I am nearly 82 years old so I have been to a few in my lifetime. I recently have had some with my teeth and he has worked on my mouth working overtime to allow me to be able to go on my holiday. I've always had great service from Dr. Hoben and the rest of the staff. Years of medication has done a number on my teeth. Most recently Dr. Vegso had to redo some old fillings plus some new ones. I expected a lot of residual pain but surprisingly, there's been none. She was very gentle and worked quick. They've always been really accommodating and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

If you book an appointment make sure they don't assign you Dr.Kim. Instead of doing his job professionally and efficiently he felt the need to try out some new method of setting a filling that he saw on YouTube resulting in a food trap. He used floss instead of the wedge or something like that. My teeth were tight before and now the contact is barely there when I floss. I did go on after a couple weeks and he "fixed" it while trying to charge me for his mistake. However it's not satisfactory and I think I would've rather remained with the cavity than deal with this issue of getting food stuck in my teeth constantly. Sometimes my gums in that area flare up and the area is painful because chunks of food are literally rotting in between my teeth if I don't floss and brush right after eating. This is not something I should have to deal with. I want my tight contact back.
