Absolutely love this office! Staff are so friendly and Dr. Lee always takes the time to talk to me about any issues and shows me any areas that need work which I appreciate. Treatment is always gentle and painless. Love the decor and atmosphere of the office but as they say it's not the place, but the people in it that makes it special. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

Let’s just say, that I do not do very well when it comes to having any dental work done. In the past I’ve had a few not so pleasant experiences where I’ve either had a questionable dentist cut off a blood blister off my gum with everyday scissors as a child with no freezing… or I’ve had a flat out panic attack for no apparent reason other than my own mind running through a million worst case scenarios. I am pretty open about the fact that I have anxiety, and it has been therapeutic for me to share that part of me especially when I know that it helps others struggling with it to not feel so alone. In my life I have done the medication route but my body does not do well with those things and I have learned to listen to that… Even though there are times when it can get so bad that I think I cannot manage without numbing myself somehow. I am reminded that everything passes in time and I have gentle tools I can use that work for my body like deep breathing, essential oils, meditation, naturopathic remedies, yoga, visualization, crystals, prayer, walking…. heck even colouring! I digress… but you get the picture. I had a cavity that needed to be filled that I had managed to put off for a year, mainly from complete fear. There were also many things I could “busy” myself with to avoid getting this done. Then one day not long ago, I found such an incredible piece of treasure in watching a movie of all things… Castaway. Silly, I know but the guidance appears if you are willing to be open to receive it. You know the part where he’s in the cave in complete pain from an infected tooth and he’s holding the skate blade up to his face with a rock in his hand??! He speaks of the time he blew off an appointment to have this dental issue fixed by a dentist…. but oh what he wouldn’t do to be at that dentist right now. This is perspective. It changes everything. When I change my perspective from “having to go to the dentist to suffer and experience pain and claustrophobia, ” to “I’m so grateful my dentist can fix this for me before it becomes a problem,” my anxiety and fear decreases. Even a few years ago I had a cavity that needed filling and it petrified me… but when another old filling fell out a couple weeks before my appointment and I couldn’t eat or drink anything on that side of my mouth, I could not get into that dentist soon enough to get it fixed! I have to say, the biggest part of my success today in conquering my fear and getting this work done has SO much to do with my lovely dentist, Dr. Sue Lee. Whether you believe it or not we ARE surrounded by earth Angels all over this planet. I felt it was necessary to share with her how anxious I was feeling and oh my goodness… did I ever feel cared for. I even joked that I thought I might have more care there than at home! She was so compassionate to how I felt and took the time to make sure I was comfortable by discussing different ways to get the job done with ease. Extra suctioning, no claustrophobic rubber thing, giving me breaks to rest my jaw and regularly asking me if I was ok with deep concern... just to name a few. I couldn’t believe how fast it went by and how calm I felt with her and her staff’s diligent care and empathy. Having a dentist like this makes ALL the difference in the world. And now here I am, rewriting a new story and overcoming fear made possible by super caring professionals, mindset work and a whole lotta oils! If you are in the Woodstock, Ontario area and seeking a dentist, my lovely dentist Dr. Sue Lee is accepting new patients and would be amazing with kids and the elderly. I had my veneers done by Dr. Lee. He is very knowledgeable and professional, with a great eye for detail. He and his wife are both very friendly and extremely dedicated to their work. The staff are always friendly and know you by name. Low wait times, and a comfortable and trustworthy environment. I would highly recommend them.

The staff are so friendly and warm, and they really make you feel welcome. The hygienists and Drs are awesome, super thorough, gentle, and really take the time to explain the treatments and options. Whenever I have an emergency they always get me in asap. It takes me 45 minutes to drive to Woodstock to see them but well worth the drive. Great office, highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this office. I had a front filling fixed that was discoloured from root canal treatment and very bulky looking compared to my other teeth Dr. Sue did a great job fixing it and took her time to match it with my other teeth and take away the discolouration I am so happy with the outcome! not to mention the wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have the most comfortable experience. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by name and a friendly smile. The staff are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do and the dentists are all wonderful and show so much compassion for their patients they never rush and explain everything in detail while answering any questions you may have. If you have children this is a great office to visit as Dr. Sue is incredible with kids and will make sure they have an amazing experience that will get them excited to come back. I recently moved out of the area and would definitely make the drive back for an appt. This is a warm, friendly office that almost feels like home when you walk in!

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Sue Lee and her team! They are so kind and respectful! Along with regular dental work, I also had 2 porcelain crowns placed by Dr. Lee. She explained things step by step and really took the time to make sure I was was happy with everything along the way. She went out of her way to make sure I had the most professional and timely care. I am very happy with the results. The crowns look like beautiful natural teeth! The rest of the team continues to be very helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Ethan Lee and his assistants Mandy and Hilary are so lovely! They are fun and relaxed, yet professional and they all do an amazing job! I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone! Dr. Ethan Lee is so calm and gentle when doing his work, for someone who had a dental phobia in the past - he has definitely made me feel so at ease and I have no anxieties about going to the dentist any longer! I would give Dr. Ethan Lee 10 stars out of 5 if I could! :)
