Just had a wisdom tooth extracted. Never having gone through that I was stressed about it but dr. Brian and Sarah were awesome. Genuinely friendly and extremely thorough, the whole thing went quickly with zero discomfort. Also a shout out to Nicole as a few weeks prior she had to physically find me as I was at the wrong address across the street. They are awesome.

Dr. Brian is incredibly adept at tooth implants, he knows the most current techniques which reduce inflammation, bleeding, and trauma to an absolute minimum. He can use your own tissues to improve implant effectiveness and longevity. I did not have any pain, I just iced for an afternoon. He is a real scientist/artist/dentist, who is calming and confident. Thank you!

Dr. Brian Ho is very professional and friendly. I have had a few different dentists in the past with not so great experiences but Dr. Brian makes sure that you are comfortable going forward. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain the procedure and the cost. His staff are also very friendly. Located at portage and main. Was not easy to park. Give yourself an extra half hour to find parking and walk or venture though Winnipeg square to get into office. Office was very modern, clean and simple. Their color scheme of green and white was very attractive to the eye. Not what I expected. Receptionist was very friendly and inviting. I only sat in the waiting room for a few minutes before being brought in for my consult. Dr Brent was willing to see me on his day off, which gives me a high opinion. Kayla started my consult with a painless modern 3D CT scan which took less than 30 seconds. My images were loaded within minutes that I could view with Kayla and Dr Brent. They were very informative, gave me all my options, broke down all pricing and just cut to the chase. Great view of the city **not that this has anything to do with dental needs but it is important to mention when reviewing the office**

Visiting shine is one of those experiences that is always guaranteed to brighten my day. From being greeted by name to the team remembering and asking about my kids and work, it always feels like I am visiting friends there. For years, I have been nervous to visit dentists, to the point of avoiding them. As a result, my teeth need some serious work, but I now look forward to every visit.

I wish I had switched to them as soon as they opened but I have been so happy with them since I starting going there about 10 years ago. Today I visited them about getting an implant, they answered all of my questions and gave me all of the details in a way that made me calm about it all. I even got a ride to and from the downtown office with the shuttle service! Best dental clinic I have been to and I have been to many.

I went to see Dr. Brain on April 30 and this was my first visit. I found that Dr. Brain was very friendly and professional. He explained my dental issue very clearly and easy to understand. Also he provided the treatment options and plans in details so that I can make informed decisions. Outstanding service ! I originally was shopping for price for implants as the cost to do them is significant. My orthodontist encouraged me to not compromise and to seek out a reputable local organization to do the procedure as it’s much more than just putting in the implant of which I did multiple implants with bone grafting and dental work. My choice was Shine Dental During my implant process Brian was over the top with explanation and understanding. During the worst part of the process even gave me his personal cell number and called me to check up on me the evening after major surgery. Could not say enough good about this team of people and the level of professionalism ! 5 years from the initial consultation with orthodontist to the last implant. Great people and great organization ! Thank you Shine Dental !!

I have had traumatic dentist appointments when I was young, and was very scared to go through with an implant, 2 bridges and some teeth extracted. Dr. Brian and his team have put me at ease every time and have done an excellent job of everything so far. Even some bone grafting needed to be done. Their kind and compassionate mannerisms helped me through it all. We're about halfway done with all the work and I am not afraid to return for my next appt like I was the first time. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

As I have come to expect over the years, the service this morning was top notch. I was brought into the room on time, and was told clearly how the procedure would happen. The dentist had extremely polite conversation with me throughout my appointment. (She subtley had the conversation go to a topic that greatly interested me.) Incidentally, the warm sun was shining on my face as I closed my eyes to help me relax. In no time the procedure was completed and I was on my way. I couldn't help but notice all of the 'Consumers Choice Awards' that Shine Dental has won, and it is no small wonder why. Going to the dentist can be an anxious thing, but I was reminded again this morning about how important true professionalism is. Great treatment by the Shine Team! Thank you so much.

I had the best experience at Shine Dental as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Kayla) who took me back to the room. Then Hannah (the Assistant) came in, we talked a little then she took me across the hall for an MRI then back to the room and she started talking about implants to me. Then Dr.Brian Ho came in and what a personable Dr.! This first visit was just a consultation and there was no charge(which I found amazing). Also I was in there for an hour and a half discussing different options with Dr.Ho. He made me feel so comfortable and never at all rushed!
