Ellice Dental Group has a handle on hygiene and covid protocols . They have a hugely effective team whose contributions to their clients health is vastly under recognized by the community as a whole ... Hopefully rates and raises ( possible bonuses ) are adjusted to show them some well deserved recognition. ❤ $ ❤

My dental hygienist spent most of her time out of the room or talking to me rather than cleaning. I was charged for additional time. While cleaning she spent an unusual amount of time at picking at a certain filling in my tooth. My filling fell out around a week after. They did the last filling so I figured I wouldn't have to pay for it to get repaired. Of course I ended up getting the bill. I'm lucky I had insurance. My last experience was having my wisdom teeth pulled. The dentist said my mouth was big enough to keep my teeth. He didn't give me a good reason why I should have had them pulled in the first place. He pulled all 4 anyway. I stopped going over two years ago so maybe these people no longer work there.

Everyone there is very personable and most importantly, very professional. The doctor and hygienist always explain their procedures and I've been pleasantly satisfied with the quality of the work.

Going to the dentist causes a lot of anxiety for me, and that's the only reason they don't get 5 stars. They were friendly, quick, and prompt - no waiting an extra 45 minutes past my appointment time! The dentist himself was really friendly and personable, and put me at ease. At all times, I was informed about what was going to happen, what it would be like, and what was happening next. They also were VERY good with my insurance, handling all the details themselves. I would go back in a heartbeat, and recommend them.

Beware of their scam. I got a cleaning done a year ago and they forgot to add something to the bill when I already paid. Instead of contacting me to fix it, they decide to charge me late fees and interests on top of my current cleaning A YEAR LATER.

Staff are friendly.. Dentist was awesome ????, He knew I was leery on being there.. Was very gentle n caring.. Explained very well the process of what I would having coming up in the next appointment.. Teeth cleaning went well.. again took it easy.. Very good with their cleanliness of the office space, patient rooms.. Glad I chose this place..

Can you say that you enjoy going to the dentist? I certainly can! The dentist & all the staff are thoughtful & helpful. I left there feeling more like leaving a spa than a dental appointment. The dentist is so thorough and tells me if he has any concerns. The hygienist is gentle & I can practically dose while I'm in the chair. The reception staff are always friendly.
