One of "The Best Dentists" in Canada....Extremely good at what he does, highly ethical and this is coming from a person who has been stuck with dental mess and scams intiated in Pakistan and further damage got done to my teeth when I took my messed up veneers to Turkey. I was left with a terrible cross bite and extreme pain in all the 10 veneers they did in Istanbul. Dr.Wu finally set me free of my misery, he was so patient, so kind and in great detail repeatedly explain to me what is causing the pain. Drew the diagrams of what has gone wrong and how it could be fixed and what my options were. His number one priority is to save the tooth and integrity of his patient's oral health and will keep trying to save the tooth. Contrary to what I am accustomed to...especially when cosmetic reasons are involved. He is highly ethical in terms of his pricing, charging the patients and you really can see he is just simply a very kind doctor. I can't thank him enough for helping me out, I was in constant pain, in bad shape and very miserable because of my ten messed up teeth. I am extremely happy with Dr.Wu, even though I am his patient since 2008, this latest ordeal really made me appreciate him his skills and his professionalism. Thank you So so so much Dr.Wu, the team ( always smiling lady at the reception) and rest of the staff. My mother in law who visits me from Turkey also has started seeing Dr.Simon and my sister after wasting hundreds of dollars on other Dentists has also started seeing Dr. Simon and drives all the way from London to see him. They are all very happy and thank me all the time for recommending Dr.Wu to them. So yes!!! Highly recommended ???? ????

Very rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for my friend at 9:30 am for gum cleaning when she showed up her appointment time, the doctor examined for 10 minutes based on his recommendations she decided to talk to me over the phone because I'm away from her. She phoned me 2 times first at 9:46 am and second at 9:49 am. I will explain what happened in between 9:46 and 9:49. After the examination and based on doctors' recommendation she decided not to proceed with gum cleaning so the doctor wants to charge $40 for the examination. That's is fine, we respect doctors' time. Instead of paying $40 for nothing she changed her mind to proceed with gum cleaning for $120-$150 this price includes the examination fee. This whole conversation happened between 9:46 and 9:49. When she wants to proceed with gum cleaning they said they won't do it, they want to charge $40 and book another appointment for gum cleaning I don't know why? Why should she book another appointment? This appointment is for gum cleaning not for examination? No respect to clients time, greedy to make money. I will not write a review unless something happened worst or extremely satisfied. Receptionist - Please learn how to talk to others. When I phoned you to resolve this you did not care about it and said you do not have time to talk. VERY RUED AND UNPROFESSIONAL When I said you will get a google review you hand up on me.

Dr Simon Wu always demonstrate excellent cleaning skills and provides great advices on how to keep your teeth healthy. The absolute best thing about having him as your dentist is that he always provide a warm welcome whenever you visit him. I never feel any of the so called going-to-the-dentist dread whenever I visit him. Glad he's my dentist.

My experience with Dr. Wu has been exceptional through and through. Right from the beginning, Dr. Wu spent his time and made sure that I understood what the procedure I was going to have and detailed the procedure in terms that I could understand. He was patient and understanding. He listened to my questions and concerns and took his time answering them. His office staff has been very pleasant. I am not a fan of going to a dentist mainly due to pain. However, I found Dr. Wu very careful and gentle during his work and found the experience and recovery very easy. Thank you Dr. Wu. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Wu for many years now. After having a few different dentists and not being happy with the work, it was a breath of fresh air to go here. He is exceptional at what he does, takes his time, answers all your questions, gives suggestion as to what is more important to get fixed and gets it all done. The ladies in his office are beyond helpful, and never have issues with billing or with getting into see the Dr. I have never waited more then a few minutes to get in during a scheduled appointment.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Dr.Simon. He has been my dentist since I was a little girl. He is super friendly, explains everything in great detail. The staff are very welcoming and also extremely friendly. For the second time now I have called to book an "emergency appointment" and they booked for the same day! I brought my Fiance there today because he had a bad toothache. Simon explained in detail what was wrong; even drew a diagram to show what was going on inside of his tooth. Wrote down our options to fix it. We couldn't be more grateful to have such a caring dentist. Thank you Simon & Team! You guys are awesome :)
