Best dentist office I have been to. I have been been with them since they opened several years ago and I love it there. Very nice, knowledgeable staff, the hygienists are thorough and gentle and Dr. Iskandar is awesome! I have never had a problem here and would definitely recommend.

I had Mariam cleaning my teeth and she was so gentle. Her bedside manner was amazing, she never forgot there was a person attached to the teeth. Great experience. I told her that my teeth are sensitive to the cold and she made sure to be careful while rinsing, she checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, she was friendly. I told her I like to know what is going on with my oral hygiene and she made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Really great job!

Just got my upper wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Iskander and he took it out with no pain at all and I've never been happier. He is a true professional and you can trust him. Very positive and pleasant experience. I came in worried and found out it was all for nothing.... Very good dentist, highly recommend!

Unprofessional and rude dentist. Very unwelcoming. Before my appointment I came twice to the receptionist to register and to sign a release form on behalf of my child for my previous dentist to transfer the records. And I clearly stated that she needs a cavity to be treated (per previous dentist) and a space maintainer removed. I came for the first time with my daughter. She had the space maintainer removed within a few minutes and the dentist simply refused to treat her cavity asking why it was not treated at the previous office. Then saying that there was not in his notes about this. Then said that I should make another appointment. Finally saying that there is no cavity. I don't trust him and will go to another dentist. Looks like they don't need new patients. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to Rose City Dental for about 2 years. Very professional doctor and friendly staff. Dr. Iskandar had developed a comprehensive plan to get my dental/oral health back in order. By far the worst experience ever, I missed one appointment and was charged $50 after the fact the doc didn’t finish my root canal he said “ I don’t have time to finish your tooth I’ll finish another time” I have never met any doc say that I have couple people I know that had root canals and they always finished the same day they came. The customer service was unprofessional so as the doc. Would not go here ever.

I am always extremely satisfied with my experience at Rose City Dental for myself and my children. My son is extremely phobic when it comes to seeing any sort of doctors but Dr. Iskandar was able to calm him down and make it a very pleasant experience for him. As for myself the staff is always extremely professional and friendly. I find Dr. Iskandar to be compassionate and honest which you don’t find that a lot anymore. The wait times are reasonable and I will have to say hands down overall I always have a very good experience. I even recommended Dr.Iskandar to my sister and her family who live in Toronto and they have officially made Rose City Dental the place where they take care of all there dental needs.

One of the worst places I have ever dealt with ..Receptionists are unproffesional , and unknowledgable .. Costumer service and billing experience are very poor .. They treat patients as if they are doing them a favor with no much respect or even eye contact .. I took my two poor daughters to them for pissible braces job.. After one month and half going in circles they said they are not able to do the procedure . And when I asked for an explanation by the doctor ,the main receptionist said the doctor is busy . I left my phone number to get an answer , but as I expected , I have got no response .. They wasted our time .. Very frustrating and disappointing experience ... I do not recommend this place .

All the staff make you feel welcome. They're very personable and engaging. Had to come twice for some issues, and both times left very satisfied. The doc does an awesome job and takes great care in making sure you're comfortable throughout the procedure. Every room has a TV in it with Netflix playing. I'd definitely recommend this place for any sort of dentistry needs.

I never really leave reviews on business or my experiences with them, but the staff and doctors at Rose City Dental are honestly one of the nicest most respectful people I've encountered in a long time. Everything from calling to actually arriving to my appointment was done quickly and professionally and Dr. Mohamad Iskandar was extremely fair with all his prices unlike other quotes I had gotten which left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. All around amazing and beautiful clinic, I would 100% recommend!!

I was there twice, in Jan 2021 and then in Dec 2021. Both trips were for major procedures, the first time for root canal and recently for extraction. These guys are the best of the best, in town. The doctor is very professional, the way he took care of his patient is awesome. The healing after both major surgeries is quick and pain-free. I have also recommended him to my friends and family, and my sister also went to him for the extraction. Hopefully, He will remain in Windsor for a long period of time since we are facing a shortage of good dentists.

The team is amazing and made me feel at home. I had a cavity that I had fixed multiple times by previous dentist. I was tired of redoing it. I didn't know what to do any more. Thankfully Dr. Iskandar and his team examined me and fixed my tooth. It's been almost a year and I haven't felt any discomfort. I've been going back for my dental cleanings as well. The Hygienists are gentle and do an amazing job. I strongly recommend this Dental Office!!!
