Pulled my wife's wisdom teeth and she was able to recover quickly with simply ibuprofen. Also, their reaction to a cracked molar was to start with the simplest solution first, rather than suggest the much more expensive full cap procedure immediately. We very much appreciate their approach. Happy to cross the border and pay cash.

While visiting White Rock my temporary crown fell out, so I prepared myself for the next 5 days of exposed root pain. Friday afternoon at 5pm I walked into White Rock dental group and explained my situation, to my surprise Dr Alexander Hird seen me right away and glued my temporary back in place painlessly!!! The office and dental staff were all amazing, very professional and caring. I wish they all were in Vernon, as I need a new dentist out there :-) anyone would be lucky to have this dental team

I went to see Dr Regan and Sonja a few weeks ago and he's amazing. What a gentle Doctor and the staff is great! They make you feel welcomed. Thank you for being so good to me.

I sought out White Rock Dental Clinic due to a move into the community. Today was my 3rd visit and also my last. Each and every time I've been there I've had to wait. The 1st time was 45 minutes. The 2nd time was 23 minutes and today was 15 minutes. At the end of the day, I place blame on the efficiency of the individuals that are booking these appointments. I'm certain there are numerous reasons as to why these delays occur but due to the continued frequency, it's obvious there is lack of respect for the "time" of the paying client. If it happened once in awhile.....I have patience but since this happens every time......I will no longer give them my patronage.

I never thought I'd give a dental office 5 stars but I am an absolutely terrible patient and they really helped me. I have severe dental anxiety from having a bike accident that required a root canal where I wasn't given enough anesthetic. The hygienists were so patient with me and even gave me freezing around my sensitive gums. All the office staff were so nice and even fit me in for a 2nd cleaning appointment on the same day because my freaking out meant they couldn't finish the cleaning in one appointment. Doctor Reagan did 2 fillings for me and prescribed anxiety medication that made the procedure a breeze where normally I would put it off for months until in tons of pain. Thanks to all of the kind staff for putting up with me!
