The support staff are very friendly and the dentist, (Nathan, as he introduced himself) was very thorough with his examination and made me feel right at ease. I asked for a follow-up consult for cosmetic treatment options and I really ally appreciate the no-pressure approach.

Went here a couple of years ago and still remember the below-standard service I received. I may not be a dentist myself but to be so disrespected as a common "layperson" by their arrogant staff was beyond insupportable. Somebody asked me for a recommendation on a facebook group for a dentist and I just remembered this experience and told them /not/ to come here. Remember to treat people with kindness, respect, and with mutual intelligence. Just because you wear a white coat does not give you the right to disrespect your clients. The dentist assistant was phenomenal, however.

Great practice, if you havnt been to the dentist in a while and are looking for one this is the place to go. Ask about the fresh start option which provides you with xrays full inspection and 30 minute cleaning all for around $100 with no dental plan. I also had a wisdom tooth extraction it was one of the easiests tooth extractions I have ever had. Dr Nathan is very professional, informative, and friendly. The dental assistants share all the same positive characteristics of the doctor. I highly recommend this practice.

Good afternoon, I wanted to share my experience with you with my rot canal, that had become inflamed during covid. The amount of pain I had been enduring with the abases tooth, was almost unbearable at times, looking back. Dr Kennedy, who I would recommend over and over again, was positively helpful, informative and quick to call a pharmacy to start my treatment. During the difficult time of covid, in the earlier months of lock down, Dr Kennedy made the necessary arrangements, for himself and his staff, to have me visit his office to complete the dental work I needed. The procedure itself was almost pain free. I am ever so great full for the effort, time, care and professionalism I received. Today I can smile with a smile. I would not recommend this place at all! The building should be torn down it’s old and dilapidated. The main floor hosts a massive walk in clinic full of sneezing ???? people. I was disappointed with the service that I received. The lady that cleaned my teeth talked so much. But didn’t clean while she was talking. In appropriate behaviour from staff all over the place here. Dentist was rude. I’m not stepping foot in there again after I saw a mouse scoot by while leaving!!!

After 10 years of issues, headaches and pain I finally made my way back to the dentist. Admittedly, not by choice! My face was swollen and I needed a tooth pulled. My mom made the appointment and a friend dropped me off. For the record I am 31 years old and very capable (usually) of making my own appointments. My fear of going back was extreme! I was sure they were going to tell me things were too far gone and basically take me out to pasture. (Dramatic I know) I bawled most of my first visit. By most I mean all. Fast forward 3 visits! That's right I came back for other work too! Dr. Kennedy was extremely understanding (and funny). He gave me options and never made me feel judged or pressured. The lovely ladies up front were very helpful and the hygienists super gentle and great at putting my mind at ease. These last 3 visits have changed my life. I'm eating like a normal person and I don't have to pop advil/tylenol daily for headaches. As a person who has had horrible experiences in the past, I really was planning on never going again. Luckily I had the support system to finally get me through the door and once there Smile Solutions really took care of me.

My experience with Smile Solutions Dental has been very positive. On an operational level their facility is top notch and state of the art. Their staff are very friendly, informative, well trained and professional. I just switched dentists so it would be closer to my home and I believe I chose the right office. I’m already referring friends and family. Recently I needed an emergency procedure done and the staff (Cheyenne) called me back immediately and got me in later that day because I was in so much pain. Thank you. The dentist and his assistant made it all so easy and painless for me. There was even no pain after the freezing wore off. Magical. Unfortunately I have to write another review as I gave it a top notch review about 1 month ago..I still absolutely love my dentist there but I feel that I was treated very poorly today & I was fired as a patient there...This is incredible to me..considering I have had about 3000$ of work done there in the last 2 years..Unfortunately the one lady at the front desk has always given me a bit of a problem..(office manager apparently)shyanne is always pleasant.I had cancelled an appointment in March about 4 days prior to appointment..this was fine but apparently they rescheduled me later in March.I was not aware of this as I did not make the appointment I didn’t talk to anyone about the appointment..it was just made on my behalf..unfortunately I was in Montreal at this time that they had scheduled me and even if I had been here I did not receive the text ect that she said where sent..obviously I did not confirm or make appointment ????Anyways she decide to GIVE ME the benefit of the doubt???ummm I did not make that appointment!Anyways in giving me the benefit of the doubt she rescheduled me with no cancellation fee...Ok today rolled around I called to confirm my appointment for April 8..I was wrong and had missed the appointment..it was yesterday...I take full responsibility for this and asked what the cancellation fee was (I would have been willing to pay $200 the full cost of the appointment give or take as it was for a cavity and considered all the confusion and this was fully my fault missing this appointment..I screwed up and had the date wrong period.Office manager decided that she would not offer me a cancellation fee payment and that I would need to go elsewhere!!!Ummm that’s really crazy ..when you could have said look I need to charge you 200$ for the full missed appointment or whatever there policy may be...Just firing me as a client sucks on there behalf in my opinion and is not good business when you have a client willing to make the situation right by paying up to full appointment for missing it..I had an implant that was to be done this year along with extraction as well.I find this to be extremely rude and a bad judgment call when you had a client willing to pay the full cost of missed appointment but you just decided to not make that option available.

It was years ago that we were here but back then they seemed overly eager to crown my and my wife’s teeth... gladly determining the maximum covered amounts. Think twice about whether you actually need work done or whether they are just trying to make more money off of you.

Went in today as a new patient to have a broken ( non painful) tooth checked . These people seem highly geared toward booking your next appointment. After an hour and being told by the hygienist that my old fillings should all be crowned I still had not seen the dentist, Dr Kennedy so I politely left. Dr. Kennedy and his team have been the most incredible dental experience i have ever had! From the moment I first stepped into the office I sensed a genuine warmth and welcomeness. The receptionists and dental hygienists are super friendly and super informative. I have never been so informed and included in decision making regarding my dental health as I have experienced with Dr. Kennedy and his team. The facility is modern and sleek. Every procedure I have had done has been painless. I had a pretty tough extraction, more than a few fillings and an implant installed with them, all painless and perfectly executed! My whole family attends, my kids love the facility and staff unlike my experience when I was a kid having to endure the terrors of unfriendly and rough dentists. Smile Solutions operate at a higher standard, its very clear from the moment you make contact with them :) I strongly recommend Smile Solutions to anyone looking for dental care!

As it turned out, Smile Solutions was the perfect fit for me - I was treated with nothing but respect and understanding and was kept well informed throughout the whole treatment process. I had to come and give this place a 5 star review. I am not even a patient here yet I will tell you why they deserve a great review. I recently got a crown put in from my regular dentist but last week noticed some discomfort. When I called I was dismissed quickly saying they can see me in a week. Fast forward to this long weekend (also my birthday) I have been in soooo much pain for the past 48hrs. It was spreading through out my face, I called the emergancy dentist from my usual clinic. She was no help at all and only left me with more uncertainty. I started googling clinics and just calling to see if anyone had an emergency dentist on call who could reassure me and came across smile solutions. I left a message at 6am (sorry) and Dr Kennedy returned my call promptly. I told him I wasn't a patient of his and explained my problem through the pain and tears. Although I was a complete stranger to him he explained everything clearly and gave me instruction as to what to do until I can see my dentist. And after being in pain and not sleeping for 2 days straight I've finally woken up from a couple hours of SLEEP! And my pain has gone down drastically. I am so afraid of dentists. I'm 31 and have only ever seen 2 (the first one referred me to the 2nd one when I moved) but after today I am hoping he takes on new clients because I would be so happy to switch to his practice after receiving such great care!!!! So thank you sooooo much and I hope I can become a patient of yours in the near future!!

I had a very positive first experience with a good lot of Staff including the receptionists. Dr. Nathan Kennedy and his assistant (sorry don't remember her name) were very professional and eased my concerns with their friendly demeanor and knowledge. They did a thorough inspection of my teeth along with x-rays. Dr. Kennedy made a few recommendations that are needed but wasn't pushy about it. The hygienist (sorry don't remember her name either) was gentle and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others especially if you are a nervous willy like me.

During this difficult time I experienced a problem with one of my teeth that caused a lot of pain and discomfort. I called the emergency number and Dr, Kennedy responded immediately. He described medications and saw me one week later to extract the problem tooth. The whole procedure was amazingly pain free, the service was professionally and very caring.
