Today, I brought my 4 year old son in for his first cleaning and it was a fantastic experience... they took the time to have some fun and introduce the tools and we left with clean teeth and big smiles. Being dissatisfied with my dentist in Washington, I researched dentists in the area. There are plenty to choose from, that's for sure. But then, while picking up coffee a Murchies in Semiahmoo Mall, I was taken by the Dental Centre and how happy the staff seemed. So, I stopped in, made an appointment, and have to say it was a great choice. Great dentists, denturist, staff and nothing but positive experiences. I am extremely happy with everyone and everything.

Dr Sharazi makes it. Very thorough and professional. Dr Burgess was original Dentist. He was awesome. Was always there for family dental emergencies- customer service. Plus never over-billed and kept within insurance coverage- many offices charge whatever to make extra $. I hope Semiahmoo maintains that Customerservice aspect.

We will never use or would we recommend this dentist to anyone. Based on its great Google reviews we decided to try Semiahmoo dental because it was closer to our home; this was a big mistake. We booked all of our family members on two separate days to have a consultation and cleaning done. My hygienist struggled to clean my teeth ,as requested with hand tools, and after asking me three times to use ultrasonic, I gave in. I have had gum sensitivity ever since. When the rest of our family went in for their consultation and teeth cleaning, they were surprised to find out that they would have to come back another day for the cleaning. We had booked everything for the same day, so we were disappointed. When I called the office staff to discuss my concerns, I found them rude and condescending. They told me that I could speak with the office manager, but the manager was busy and would call me back. I waited three hours for a phone call and finally decided to call back myself. The office manager was still not available, and by the end of the day I had still not received a phone call back. Lets just say that we are driving a few more minutes to go to our previous dentist.

I've been coming to Semiahmoo dental for 20+ years. I used to see Dr. Burgess, but he unfortunately passed away. I now see Dr. Shirazi. She is fabulous. With everything that happened this year with covid I've been very stressed out and have some grinding issues. I've been in multiply times over the last few months. Dr. Shirazi is always helpful, friendly and attentive to my needs.

I have been a patient under Dr. Petrovitch since the day this clinic opened...over 15yrs. He has seen me through thick and thin, life and once even near death. I would highly recommend this office to anyone hands down without hesitation. You will never go wrong here.

I would also give 0 if I could. 12 minutes into my appointment time, I was called for my appointment. However, the receptionist told me I would not be able to combine my insurance with my husbands and so, I had a question about that before we went in. After a three minute discussion, I was told that too much of my time had passed and I had to forfeit my appointment. I've found a new dentist, combing insurances is not a problem.

Her attitude is so positive, she is very professional, very experienced and all I can say is I trust her, more than anything. I didn't know what to expect form this clinic at all, but so far I am blown away.

We have been customers at this place for over a 1.5 years now. Service is good and nothing to complaint about despite 10-30 min wait time, even after we moved from White Rock to Langley we would still go to semiahmoo dental, up untill today, seems like this dental place started charging a fee associated with COVID 19 it's called " PPE- Aerosol generating procedures" It's only 10$ per customer, very minor charge, but still, dental place that is generating huge revenue is implementing a charge? I would not mind paying extra few $ to a small business owner who is struggling during COVID-19 times I'm sorry this place will never see a single $ from my family just a principal.

I absolutely love this place! I took my aged father in for some dental work and the ladies were amazing with him. They were warm and friendly with a great sense of humour and he was totally pleased with their work. So in turn when I needed some major dental work done and wanted a second opinion this is where I came. I’m thankful that I did! They quoted me $1435.00 less than competition and really spent a lot of time with me explaining in detail everything that would happen and why. Referring me to a sedation dentist in Langley for my extractions because they understood my long standing fear of needles in my mouth. Ultimately I’m choosing to have all my dental work done through them because of their attention and concern for patients. I can’t say enough great things about these women! The very best!

If there was an option to give 0, I wouldn't mind doing so. I am very disappointed with Semiahmoo Dental Centre. I visited with my 6-year-old daughter who had multiple tooth issues. During our first visit, the doctor did an x-ray, check the problematic teeth and an appointment was made to solve the issue. We were waiting for more than 3 weeks for our appointment. Her condition was getting worse and worse so I gave her a painkiller for the last few days. On the day of our appointment, after freezing the area, the doctor telling me that she can't help her because my daughter needs special treatment, she has a severe cavity and she is going to refer me to different pediatric dentistry (even though the clinic has pediatric dentistry, and that's why I took my daughter to this clinic). It was clear from the first visit, that her condition is severe, why to wait for almost a month for further referral??? As a parent, our visit made me very angry and will never go back again for any reason and will not recommend any pediatric service in this location.

My kiddos love going to go see Amber (CDA)!! We were finally able to make the switch from more expensive pediatric dental care because of Amber's chair side "manner". If you have nervous kiddos when it comes to dental care, bring your kiddo to Semiahmoo and ask for Amber! The location is also convenient because I can grab groceries, a coffee or even some wine close by ;)

I have been a patient here since I moved to the area, about 10 years ago. This clinic is on the decline. Very poor time management skills. The wait time is always "2 hours" but that is furthest from the truth, you are lucky to be seen in that time. The past 3 times I have been here I've had to wait approximately 4 hours. Who has 4 hours of spare time to wait around is beyond me. The staff needs to understand people have lives and respect their time.

Was extremely happy with the dentist and hygienist but struggled with the front desk staff. Tried repeatedly to speak with the dentist and was consistently rebuffed by office manager and front desk person. Offered to pay for the dentist time but was told I could only make an appointment for a procedure and I didn’t need to talk with the dentist. After expressing my concern about not being able to speak to the dentist. The office manager let me know that the problem laid with me the customer. So no choice pretty much told by her that our family dental is of no consequence. New dentist for us.
