I love our long-term relationship with Dundarave Dental Clinic, but even with their expert care, I've always dreaded the freezing part; so much so that I would put off work that needed to be done. Well, last week I experienced my first appointment with Dr. Tina Dhillon and her assistant, Karen. Dr. Tina explained how she administers the freezing differently than many dentists: slow and gradually. Karen covered me with a cozy blanket. I simply couldn't believe the difference! I can honestly say I felt no pain whatsoever from the needle and during my procedure (first part of a crown with lots of drilling) I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! Not only that, but when the freezing wore off, I had no discomfort or stiffness in my jaw at all...nothing! I highly recommend Dr. Tina Dhillon and Karen for expert dental care as well as their kind understanding.

I saw Dr Tina monthly for Invisalign treatments over a period of about a year. I have found her so very kind, professional and meticulous in her work. I appreciate that she always takes the time to explain the treatment and the reasoning behind a certain course of action. She always responded promptly to email enquiries and their office covid procedures and hygiene measures made me feel very comfortable. I would give her 10 stars if it was allowed!

I am a little apprehensive at the Dentist's office. However, Dr. Dhillon and her team made me feel very comfortable and they were very efficient. They worked together in a little harmonious dance passing tools back and forth. This may sound funny, but you know you're in great hands when they work so well together that they have to speak to each other very little during the actual procedure. Great team

This sounds strange to say, but... Great root canal today! A minimum of pain and suffering, and Tina and her staff were caring and extremely conscientious, taking several x-rays to ensure the entire root was dealt with. No pain eating dinner on the same day. Thanks!

I came in a few weeks ago for my tooth filling appointment. Dr. Tina Dhillon did a very good job and she finished in just two visits. This was also the first time I got my tooth filled that I didn't have any discomfort after. Overall I really like the staff at Dundarave Dental and if you are looking for a new dentist that you can rely on you should definitely consider Dr. Dhillon. The TV on the ceiling with the sports channel was also really helpful. :)

When I had my first appointment at Dundarave Dental 45 years ago it was my first experience of pain free dentistry. That was for a run of the mill filling. Fast forward to my recent appointment for my first root canal, also pain free! Dr. Tina Dhillon has been my dentist since last year and I highly recommend her. She is competent and confident, has a calm demeanour and is friendly, kind and respectful. She took time to explain the procedure to me, answered my many questions and lessened my anxiety by preparing me for what to expect. Along with her wonderful assistant Karen, she took great care to ensure my comfort throughout my appointment and I was able to completely relax. She also provided clear direction on how to look after my tooth in the weeks following the procedure and I received a follow-up call that evening. If you are looking for an excellent dentist and an all around good dental experience in a pleasant office, I can tell you that is what I get with Tina Dhillon and the staff at Dundarave Dental.

Dr Tina is outstanding. I went to Dr Nick before who is now downtown. I had an infected root which had previously had a root canal . After an X-ray Dr Tina Said the tooth needed to be removed. She was very assuring that she gives freezing on stages so you have zero problems. She was right. It was truly painful. The tooth decided to be stubborn and she professionally perserved. She explains what she is doing and assures you all along the way. Her assistant Karen, is wonderful. Actually the very best. Dr Tina called me late in the day to see how I was doing and also gave me more advice If you want an ultimate knowledgeable professional, this is the very best place in West Vancouver.

I have been a patient at Dundarave Dental Clinic for 21 years and have been under the care of the late Dr Roger Bourgeault, Dr. Nick Seddon and now Dr. Tina Dhillon. Having had to go through many restoration procedures and long term dental care, I have always felt confident and comfortable with their processes and procedures, their facilities and their genuine concern for my well being. I just yesterday started down another long road of restorative work being performed by Dr Tina and her assistant Karen, and I came away from this first procedure very pleased with the results. It had to be one of the first times that I've been in a dentist chair in excess of 2 hours and not once had to endure any pain or unreasonable discomfort. Dr Tina and Karen were brilliant in that regard and giving me the confidence as we move forward through some more challenging procedures. These gals are top drawer and will be my go-to dental peeps for a long time to come.

I recently was referred to Dr. Dhillon because I had a cracked and infected tooth that was caused from a bad filling at another dentist office. Because of the urgency of the situation, Dr. Dhillon offered to stay late and fix things to relieve the pain, infection and headaches I was getting. She was very careful and meticulously froze the problem area. There was absolutely no pain when the freezing was done or when she completed her work on the damaged tooth. When the freezing wore off, there was no pain, the headaches I had been experiencing were all gone and have not returned. It was a huge relief to have the pain and headaches eliminated and get back to normal. I will now be returning to Dr. Dhillon's office to have the tooth structure permanently repaired. If you are experiencing any pain or problems with your teeth, Dr. Dhillon is a great dentist to go see. She will carefully assess your issue, get things repaired without any pain and have you back to normal very quickly!

Dr. Dhillion's dental hygienists are all very friendly and caring. Especially Mya! I have sensitive teeth and hate cleanings! This is in their notes and they always offer me the numbing gel for my teeth free of cost! My three children love all the staff and they always take the time to remember things about our family and talk to us about them. Dr. Dhillon is the most gentle dentist I have ever had. She makes sure I'm always comfortable and if I'm not she fixes it right away. It is clear she cares about all her clients! I have just returned from a filling removal and crown prep and I must say (and I am a very nervous patient) that I was quickly put at ease and I have never had such painless freezing. All throughout the procedure I was asked how I was doing and how to alert them if I had any pain (I had none). Karen is a WONDERFUL assistant and was also very helpful with anything I could ask for. Chatting with her while waiting really brought the nervousness down for me. It is often the little (as well as the BIG) touches that mean a lot to patients and the ability to assuage fears in a dental setting is something they really work at. I am so glad that I have switched from my long-term dentist.
