My kids and I started going to this clinic just a few months ago and I was really impressed by how super friendly everybody was, the great equipments the clinic had and the professionalism that they all seemed to have. However, I got a bad feeling when my daughter got a big mouth ulcer from their cleaning and they charged for a 5 min examination two days later. I thought that if they were really committed with the quality of their services they wouldn't charge for examining (and not even treating) something they likely caused. We continued going there regardless (because it’s close), but today I'm not sure we did the right thing. 3 months ago we started discussing about an Invisalign treatment for me. They sent me the estimate, we agreed on it and set the date for me to get another 3D scan (they said the first one was already too old). Around the same time, my son started the exact same treatment with another clinic (one a bit far, but where he had orthodontic treatments before) and I was really impressed by the presentation they did showing the treatment plan and what results they were expecting to get. Caulfeild Dental Clinic never did this and it gave me another bad feeling. I got the second scan and they told me they were sending it to Invisalign RIGHT AWAY. I paid the deposit and we set the date for me to get the trays. Some days later, they called to say they got a new dentist but confirmed my appointment to get the Invisalign. But to my big surprise, when I got there today, they had no trays at all and said that instead, they needed to do ANOTHER SCAN of my teeth. I was just shocked with their lack of organization and miscommunication! I won't get into the details on how hard it was for me to get there today, but I'm more disappointed because my son is getting his Invisalign this week and our plan was to have this experience together. I'm so frustrated.

Dr. Geoghagen opened this clinic around 30 years ago when Caulfeild Village first opened, and has been there ever since. He has to be one of the best Orthodontists you could have. But unfortunately, he has mostly retired, is not in the clinic very much at all, and the clinic has in the last few years been taken over by new ownership/new Orthodontist. It's still a decently good new crew here, but the clinic just isn't the same at all anymore. After so long, I had to move on to a different clinic as it wasn't the same experience anymore. Dr. Geoghagen was so valued and relied upon so positively, by so many local long term patients at this clinic, and do we ever wish he was still in full time ownership. But, he will always leave a lasting legacy and memory to the local community, and at Caulfeild Village. Thankfully, lasting memories and legacies can still live with us forever. While they're hard to let go of, we value how much of a difference they made for us, and how they have shaped who we are today.

I did a follow up on my invisolines braces they were not fitting correctly Moji the owner eased my mine and had the problem corrected very quickly and Brittany went through the process with me again , she was very pleasant and the experience was excellent I left feeling I was in very good hands and Marion and Honey were exceptional keeping me on Track . My experience for my last dental visit to initiate invisi line was painful. I ended up with a cut lip on one side and a swollen lip on the other side. This was due to the fact it took a long time to get a correct fit for the lip guard. I was very disappointed when I found out that the stubs to hold the in Vizza line braces had not been colour matched to my teeth. This would have been simple to do ahead of time and apparently a number of my friends have had it done so you cannot even see them. Thankfully the dentist agreed to remove the stumps and start all over. I am grateful for that. However it was a long and painful procedure and some residue is still left on my teeth. Hopefully, going forward, the procedure will be successful.

I have been a patient at Caulfeild dental for 20 yrs and have had the very best care. There is now a female dentist that I saw today who has the worst bedside manner and left my mouth feeling as though after an hour it had been worked on for a full day. She said at one point to me “stop over exaggerating” (pain I presume)I have never had a problem at the dentist in the past until this dentist. I worry for elderly and children and it seems she’s never been taught how to speak to anyone in pain. I DO NOT suggest this office anymore.

When Dr Firouzi took over the practice at Caulfeild Dental Centre, she went out of her way to introduce herself to me. I felt a genuine sincerity from her which put me at ease. That being said, when it was time to get some dental work done, I was so nervous, I missed the exit on the Hwy and had to turn back around from the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal. My dental work was not the easiest I've gone through, but in the end, Dr Firouzi accommodated my claustrophobia, helped me through the rough spots with calm and reassurance. Happily, not only did I appreciate her support and demeanour, I am completely pleased with the finished result. I wanted an old crown to be changed because the colour was darker. Dr Firouzi made my bottom front teeth aesthetically pleasing and much better than I expected. She recommended my top two front teeth to have bonding which I never quite noticed. I was hesitant to do this but now that it's finished, I am so completely pleased wth the finished look. I highly recommend Dr. Firouzi. As well, sincerely, every staff member is always friendly, professional and helpful. The Caulfeild Dental Centre is spotlessly clean and the artwork/photography is beautiful to look at. Best Dental Centre ever!

Everyone at this clinic is absolutely amazing! I called in a panic with an emergency and the dental receptionist was extremely kind,showed concern, and answered my questions. She scheduled me in for an emergency check despite the fact that they were incredibly busy. The dentist was patient and provided me with an exam and next steps.
