I have visited Dr. Ashley Dykun for a regular checkup and cleaning. Being treated by Dr. Ashley is a very pleasant experience, she takes the time and she explains clearly what she is about to do - which I always appreciate a lot. Furthermore, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I'll be definitely visiting them again for my next checkup!

Roslynd in administration was incredibly informative and attentive from the moment I booked my first appointment as well as afterwards--she sets a high standard of professional customer service. My hygeniest was very thorough and I was grateful for her delicate but effective touch that left my teeth feeling fresh.

I had a number of fillings repaired, also a root canal with a crown. Later I had problems with the fillings. I saw another Dentist with his own practice and many years experience. He chuckled at the "patch job" done on my fillings and took them all out redid each one in one piece a new filling. No patches. My root .canal began to bother me and I knew something was wrong. The crown was removed and it being too small had allowed decay in there and cracking. I Ha b I now need to come up with another 1000 dollars to put on a new crown. The correct size. Not to mention the 70 I paid to cover this tooth until I have money for the crown. Aaarm was a big mistake. I have a difficult time paying in the first place as I am on a very tight budget as I have a brain aneurysm and thyroid problems among others. I .can't afford to pay for dental work twice. Amazing friendly staff, clean, high tech equipment etc. Compared to my previous dentist office. Choice to listen to music is nice or tv. Plus i really liked that for the first time ever. I didnt feel any pain whatsoever when my cavity and a chipped tooth were being fixed. Denman Aarm is great for any one. ????????????

Dr. Ashley Dykum is an awesome dentist! She definitely knows what she is taking about and her bedside manner is out of this world. Not once did j feel pain with my cavity work, not even when she was applying the nerve freeze. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Professional service and great results. Both Dentists (Dr Ashley & Dr Ben) assessed my teeth and advised the best treatment for me. All my questions and concerns were answered prior to treatment beginning. I was constantly asked if I was ok, and actually enjoyed watching a tv show while they worked! The offices are immaculate and staff very helpful. My teeth look and feel amazing and I can not recommend them highly enough. Both dentists are highly skilled and build a fantastic patient relationship from the start.

I trained as a dentist alongside Ben and Ashley at the University of Manitoba and they are my clinicians of choice as a patient. They are both highly skilled and ethical. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, competent dentist in the downtown area I would highly recommend this office.

Edit: checked back a few hours later and saw two reviews claiming to have experiences weirdly specifically opposite to mine. For a business that doesn’t get frequent reviews, that seems a bit fishy lol. The worst experience with a dentist I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE. Rushed work that had to be corrected at a later date, lying about the work they did (~45 min appt for 1 filling, turns out they filled 4 in the corner of my mouth), lying about the amount of work they planned to do (told me 4 cavities the first appointment where we did x-rays, then said approximately 20 cavities a week later after they burned through the majority of my insurance $). Please pick a different dentist if you want quality scam free work done! They claimed it was miscommunication, but there was absolutely no communication (maybe they intend it to be that way).

Walked in in the morning for my 8am appointment. There were no Good Mornings, no Hi, no smiles from the receptionist and even from the dentist standing behind her. Receptionist is extremely rude and her arrogant tone of voice made my first visit unpleasant. She blamed me for everything that I didn't bring xrays in when they were not requested. Extremely poor customer service, and Uninviting not normally seen in a doctors office. Would not use them and wouldn't trust them with my teeth.

Very painful, both during and after the visit. I've never had a filling hurt for more than an hour after, and the one I got from Aarm hurt for weeks. I also found out from a new dentist that it wasn't done right, so food was getting caught and affecting my gum health.

The worst horror show on Denman! They put me through hell from the beginning! I won't recommend Ashley ever ever ever. Awful experience in the closet office. Terrible!!!!

Enough great things cannot be said about Dr. Ashley Dykun! After being hesitant about seeing a dentist after a long time away from care, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. After explaining carefully the treatment needed, how long each session would take, the cost of treatment, and different options open to me, I will now never see another dentist! The experience was amazing and I would recommend to anyone seeking the best care in Vancouver. Also the front staff are very welcoming and make a great vibe in the place. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Benjamin Yakiwchuk was very skilled, an excellent dentist. Unfortunately the young woman who handled the fitting of my night guard was very rude and spoke to me very condescendingly. I will not be using the services of Aarm Dental Denman.

She is very gentle and I felt that she really cared about my comfort. Her assistant and the receptionists were also very nice and professional. I ended up at this office in the summer because a tooth I had a root canal done on many years ago broke. I did not have a dental plan at the time, and I had known from previous research that AARM Dental locations post their prices online, and charge the BC Guideline prices. I was able to get in the morning after I called in. They took an X-ray and told me what needed to be done (referral to a specialist to re-do the root canal, and then back to their office for a crown). The specialist they referred me to was great, and I had my crown done by Dr. Ashley. Since my dental plan didn't cover any of this, AARM Dental worked out a payment plan for me, which took a lot of stress off my back!! Dr. Ashley, the hygienists, receptionists, everyone there is wonderful!

I see both Dr. Ashley and Dr. Ben and I LOVE their practice. Not only is it clean (spotless actually), but the design is so nice I feel as though I'm going to my 'spa' appointment rather than a dentist's office. The Dr.'s are by far the nicest and most welcoming dentists I have EVER had. Both of them take the time to explain every part of the treatment to you and are very patient when it comes to my 20 questions. They also have very good hygienists who make me feel calm and do a beautiful and gentle job in my cleanings. If I could, I'd give this place more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this place if cleanliness, patience and intelligent dentists are important to you. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a great experience with Dr.Ben. He was very professional and explained the steps of his procedure to my kids, since they were nervous. The office was very clean and organized. The staff were great and very friendly with me and my kids and made an effort to get to know them.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr.Ben from Aarm dental because I was referred by a friend. Booked an appointment for a crown and fitting. Dr. Ben and his dental assistant worked quick and efficiently. There was no pain whatsoever. Would definitely come back here for further dental appointments.

the receptionist was quite rude - I am not a patient, I walked by and noticed the sign with the balloons outside and it also indicated the office was open and I simply thought I'd ask if they were taking new patients when this lady came to the door and I simply asked my question and she responded " why are you here?" in a not so friendly manner and gave me the business cards and indicating me that I had to call to ask questions and book an appointment which is a valid point but she could've communicated in a professional manner. I decided not to take the card and I simply left very disappointed.
