Dr Kapoor is kind, patient and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job on a crown and worked with me to ease my anxiety with dental procedures. Bailey also helped to calm my nerves by explaining what was involved and making sure I was comfortable. Jacqueline answered my many many questions and is always friendly and compassionate. I’m so glad to switch our family’s care to Smile Town Dental Group. Can’t recommend Dr Kapoor and his team enough!

What an adorable admin team “front of house” who clearly look like they love where they work and as you move through the team the hygienists are warm and friendly and my daughters dentist Dr Kapoor is delightful. She’s gentle and she treats my daughter as she would treat her own child. So happy to have found a family dentist that will be there to support our dental health and are just lovely to visit.

I am so happy we found this place! Dr. Kapoor and his amazing team (Jacqueline, Lia, Roopali) really listened to any concerns we had before the appointment. Their gentle and friendly nature made us feel like we had known them for years and put even my teenagers, at ease. (Even my 14 year old who, in the past, has been terrified of needles!) In addition to our cleanings, both teenagers had some repair and additional cosmetic work that needed to be done and I am so THRILLED with the results! In one appointment my 16 year old had her front teeth (which had been damaged in the past) looking absolutely perfect. I wish I could post a before and after picture! As an added bonus, their office hours work with our busy schedule and their location on the Service Rd is very convenient. No stress and lots of smiles! I highly recommend Smile Town Dental! CH

They’ve always gone above and beyond beyond when it comes to making my young children comfortable, while also providing them with top notch dentistry. Fantastic experience every time l visit. Like many, l fear the dentist and they are always exceptional. Dr. Nath cleaned my teeth today (amidst COVID protocols) and filled a small cavity. ZERO discomfort. She was patient, very compassionate and excellent at her job. Hygenists areoare always superb and the front desk staff are courteous and very friendly! Thank you!!

I recently became a patient at Smile Town Dental and I am so glad that I did. I have had two appointments and each time my experience was nothing short of amazing. The admin staff at the front desk were so welcoming. My appointment was scheduled for 10am and they were perfectly on time (one of my big pet peeves is waiting too long for an appointment, especially during Covid). Both hygienists I have had the opportunity to meet were efficient, friendly and conscious of my comfort throughout. I am a patient of Dr. Nath and she is soooo AMAZING! I have never before had a dentist who remembered so many details about my life from the first visit and who made me feel like I am more than just her patient. She was friendly, so competent and honest. She took the time to sit down, show me my x-rays and give her honest recommendation based off what she was seeing (rather than just telling me what I needed to do). If you are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Nath and the team at Smile Town Dental will not disappoint!

PROS: The office runs on time, it is clean, they follow COVID protocols, I had a great experience with the Hygienist named Sam - she was very thorough. CONS: They change dentists without any notification to the patients, the receptionists are are arrogant and snippy.

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Town Dental Office in Grimsby last week. I had not been to the dentist for many, many years due to not having enough coverage but one of my molars kept breaking a part so I had no choice but to find a great dentist. It didn't take me long after reviewing all the reviews about Dr. Kapoor and staff. I was able to get in very quickly and when I went to make the appt. the receptionist Jacqueline was very nice and understanding, that's when I knew I was at the right dental office. Dr. Kapoor was extremely nice, caring and has an amazing rapport with you. I was impressed that I felt no needles and he is such a perfectionist which is what anyone would be looking for. His associates working with him were so kind and personable as well. If you want a great dental smile along with being happy with the experience contact Smile Town Dental Office with Dr. Kapoor. I have been going to Smiletown for 5 years now and I am always pleased when I leave their office Dr.Kapoor and Dr. Nath are the best. From when you walk in the door until when you leave you are treated with class from all the staff. Recently I cracked a large bridge and had to have it replaced by Dr. Nath and I can say it was pain free and a much better bridge than I originally had many years ago. I highly recommend Smiletown, Grimsby to anybody looking for a fantastic dentist.

Overall great experience here, from the front desk receptionist to our Dental Hygienist Sam and then Dr. Nath. Since moving to Grimsby we wanted to find a local Dentistry that was good with kids and adults this place was recommended. Initially I was nervous about bringing my 5 yr old son for his checkup but Sam, his Hygienist was very friendly and made him feel at ease right away, he now tells everyone about his trip to the Dentist as being awesome. Highly recommend this place to families.

My kids and I have always had a positive experience with Smile Town! My three year old just recently had her first appointment. She was a bit apprehensive, but had watched her older brother (5 years old) have his teeth cleaned previously. Needless to say, she walked away saying it was "fun" and was looking forward to going back again. The front desk staff, hygienists, and dentist all make an effort to ensure my kids have a positive experience each time. A bonus is that they offer many free community events for kids throughout the year. I would highly recommend their service!
