I had been putting off the dentist for years and embarrassingly even had a reminder on my phone each day to “find a dentist”. So when Jet Dental offered to come to Skullcandy HQ, I literally had no excuse not to sign up. It was extremely convenient being able to get a check up and teeth cleaning at my workspace. The staff was very professional and well organized. The dentist was personable and attentive. Naja spent a good amount of time doing a deep cleaning and did a fantastic job. I floss and brush daily so I wasn’t too worried what I’d find out but you never know. Aside from not loving the dentist it was Awesome how convenient it was! Innovative model. Kind and professional staff. I got a cleaning and teeth whitening. Ofmara did a great job at reviewing my teeth discoloration and providing her professional experience to give me my best possible smile. I have two root canals on my top two front incisors and it is nearly impossible to lift color from the teeth. She made sure to focus on those teeth which need whitening the most to get them to match my surrounding teeth. I am satisfied with my experience. Thanks Jet Dental!

Jet Dental came right to my corporate office and set up just as if I was in their own office. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and did a thorough job. Some of my peers thought I was crazy since it was a mobile come to you onsite. In the end, they were correct. They tried to give me multiple crowns but after seeing other dentists they couldn’t see why they would recommend it other than to keep me coming back. I won’t be going back to these guys. Friendly staff but the dentist was newer and didn’t seem to know much other than he wanted to provide unnecessary work.

The staff are great- friendly and professional. They had to rush me through, though, because they were still setting up when I got there, got delayed, and I couldn’t stay beyond my one hour appointment time was up (work schedule!). The trailer idea is a good one, but it’s super noisy with all the equipment running. Since the trailer wasn’t blocked up, there was a lot of vibration. The A/C was blasting and it was really cold. But overall, I like the dentistry at work idea and the staff made it a good experience. I would do it again.

Best dental experience of my entire life. They took great care of my concerns and my teeth. Even though the office is seemingly brand new, you can absolutely tell the staff are not. From the office manager to the dental assistant. Everyone was delightful, helpful, and kind. I was terrified of going to the dentist after several years of not being able to, and knowing that I have serious conditions. They made a complete treatment plan for me, and explained all of my options, and what to expect both finically, and the treatments themselves. I went in terrified, and left so incredibly relieved and happy. I will be bringing my entire family here, and would recommend them to anyone.

Took my family to see them at a work sponserd event. They made my 3 year old very comfortable with his first visit. The lady was very gentle, patient and kind with him. She made it fun. My 2 year old was more difficult in the fact that he wasn’t gonna open his mouth for anything. They were patient with him. They tried several different techniques to get him to open and several different people. The last dentist finally took a little more control and tricked him into opening his mouth. His logic on his approach was sound and simple. It was nice to see how they react to different personalities.. especially with children. My wife has a lot of dental issues as well massive anxiety around anything medical. They made her feel extremely with both their examination and the equipment. They explained everything in a very easy to understand way and helped her better understand her dental condition and needs. She will be going in for a full appointment next week.

I embarrassingly hadn’t had a cleaning in around 2-4 years since moving from California and not being insured I moved to Utah and meant to find a dentist to go to but was intimidated and overwhelmed with who to choose to give my business too and who also took my insurande. They came to my work conveniently enough which is how I discovered them! Love that they do that! The dental hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable and time affective. They do they’re work with care and I could tell right away how professional and experienced they were! Which is always something too look for in a new dentist. Also the dentist himself was super friendly, funny and personable! He did a couple fillings for me in only a matter of minutes and wanted to make sure I left happy! Loved the company as a whole and now I’ll definitely be going to the location near where I live as my go to! honestly wish there was a way to give negative stars. they were friendly, i’ll give them that. but ended up breaking loose my permanent retainer behind my front teeth, which now has to be repaired by an orthodontist. they didn’t seem to mind that i was in pain while they were flossing, regardless of the fact my mouth was full of blood from the cleaning. but of course they said it was because i don’t floss enough, even though i floss quite frequently. the absolute worst experience ever

Jet Dental meets you at work! That works super well for me and my schedule; the convenience is so, so worth it. The hygienists are super nice, and the dentists are great, too. If you like one of the dentists in particular, too, you can schedule an appointment with them in their permanent location. For some reason, I was worried that a traveling dentistry wouldn't be as good as a traditional dentistry, but I had nothing to be anxious about. Jet Dental is great!

They first came into my office where I had some XRays and a cleaning. Both were done very well as I had been avoiding the dentist for the past 2 years (bad previous experience with a dentist in Davis county). They were all very understanding and the process was smooth. I then had an appointment to set up at their office to take care of two topical cavities. They were able to treat both without novacaine and I was in and out in 15 minutes! The dentist also took the time to make sure the fillings were polished down just right. Amazing experience and great team all around!

This was a company organized dental visit at our location. For having to move many pieces of portable equipment, they did a pretty smooth job. What impressed me the most was the truthfulness of the dentist. He didn't do procedures just for the sake of making money. He recommended alternative work to be done and offered a referral. After being cheated of work and money by a previous dentist, I was quite wary and was delighted to meet this person who was of true help.

Super convenient, as they came to my workplace. I received an email the day before with all the documents I needed to fill out, which meant no paper work was needed when I arrived for my appointment. Because they are a mobile setup, the chairs aren't the most comfortable, and the noise the pump they use to spray water in your mouth was loud. The dentist was friendly, and the hygienist was even nicer. I usually don't like dental hygentists, but this one made quick work of cleaning my teeth, with minimal pain.

From the receptionists to the doctors, they were super friendly. The dental hygienists were caring. They asked you lots of questions during the procedure to make sure you were doing okay. After teeth cleaning, they took the X-ray & had a doctor to look at your teeth. They wanted to make sure you have no cavity or gum disease. It is never fun to go see a dentist but Jet Dental puts everything at ease. Their teeth whitening process was not successful, but I highly recommend Jet Dental for their great services overall.

Signed up for a cleaning which was quick and friendly. They found a cavity, which sucks for me, but my fault; they got it fixed right then and there. Jet Dental came to where I work, so my total cost of time was about 1hr, which is so much better than if I'd have needed to take time off and go to an office appointment. Awesome!

Everyone here was so positive and helpful. In particular my hygienist, Hartley, was amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time, so there was a lot of build-up, but she expertly cleaned and cared for my teeth and helped me feel relaxed the whole time. Any dentist I've ever went to was VERY friendly and VERY gentle. Unfortunately, my experience was a little different. Overall though, 4 out of 5 stars. Moral of the story: be more friendly and GENTLE when cleaning someone's teeth.

Incredible experience, beginning to end! One of the reps emailed our company about invisalign aligners. I had a few-year-old invisalign retainer (my teeth were already aligned) that I needed replacing, so I contacted the rep to see if that was possible. Super friendly. Super helpful and personable. We got an appointment a few days later for an in-house visit. The team arrived exactly on time with no paperwork or other busy-work: they jumped straight into getting me scanned for the invisalign. Whole thing took less than 30 minutes. They were also very careful about keeping themselves and me safe during this pandemic with proper masks, gloves, and other precautions. They kept me in the loop about insurance, payments, and delivery of the retainer. A couple weeks later, they scheduled an appointment to drop the invisalign off and ensure it was well fitted. Took 5 minutes. Having them come to my home directly, with rapid appointments, friendly attitudes, being incredibly responsive and on-time makes Jet Dental one of the best services I've worked with.

Made an appointment for 10am at my job that they came to for a cleaning and wasn't seen until 10:30. I tried to understand that sometimes things happen. They took xray's of my teeth, told me I had a one possible cavity but couldn't do the cleaning because it was too much work. I questioned why I was able to get this service checking out and was told that they were running behind on time and would not be able to do it because it took an hour and referred me to another dentist. My whole purpose was for a cleaning that stated it would take an hour to complete. SMDH! I could have just stayed with my current dentist if I would have known they were not prepared to complete the service that I requested. It was a waste of time for me.

They came into my office to set up for the day. They said I had 3 cavities that needed filled. Within 2 weeks one of them fell out and my teeth are in much worse condition and much more sensitive then before they did any work. I had a couple minor problems that I was going to address just because of convenience of them being in the office. But they ended up causing more harm then good now I have to schedule an emergency appointment with a real dentist. Would not recommend. Proceed with caution. Don’t let them do anything beyond cleaning. The cleaning was also not nearly as professional or thorough as any real dentists office I had been to. They are rushing you through like an assembly line. Insurance covered the cleanings then it was an additional 100 for the work. I made sure to double check and ask if that was all of it. They said yes. Then I got an additional 20 dollar bill in the mail. Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend

Good first experience from the HR administration aspect! They communicated well throughout the initial event setup and scheduling. They kept us updated frequently on how many people had scheduled. We sent out about four reminders internally in the month leading up to the event. All the patient info was mostly completed on smart phones as they sent a text to the patient when they walked in for the appointment. The hygienist was responsive to requests for urgency and the basic cleaning exam took roughly 30 minutes.

Overall it was a good visit, they came to our office and I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and teeth whitening, the only bad part was when one of the assistants set me up for the whitening, she forgot about me after telling me she'd check on me every 5 minutes, after the light had been on for 20 minutes and turned itself off I waited a few more minutes and had to go find someone else to help. Satisfied with the progress and procedure on my implant. I used Jet because of a coupon for the implant, abutment and crown all for $1400 and just discovered that this was for a cash price only. My insurance has been billed as of now $700 at the time of the implant and I paid $770. Today I got the impression for the crown and had to pay an additional $550. This is when I learned that the coupon was cash payment only. This was a bit disappointing.

Everything was done right - no wait to get started and no wait between assistant, hygienist and dentist; the staff were efficient but took at least as much time and care as I am used to; the whitening went beyond my expectations with a more involved procedure (more steps, and light plus bleach) than I've had before and a significantly better outcome; and the dentist and hygienist left me exceptionally well informed about my overall dental health and what I need to do.

Jet came to my work and it was great. I was overdue for a cleaning because it's hard to get away from work normally. The staff were very nice, hard working, and cared a lot about patient education. They explained to me the problem areas in my mouth and advised how to take care of them. Although extra services were offered, there was absolutely no pressure to use them (which would cost more money of course). I would absolutely use Jet again.

This was my first experience with an in-office dental provider. The convenience of not having to leave my office building is incredible, and I was done in less than 40 minutes! The dentist was friendly, polite, and gave sound advice on how to care for my mouth. The hygienist was friendly but not overly talkative (a difficult balance in that role!), gave me relevant instruction on how to improve the health of my mouth, and was efficient in her work. The group was relatively less critical of how I care for my mouth than other dentists I have visited, but they warned me of the consequences of not flossing. Some of the trade-offs of working with the mobile unit instead of going to the dentist's physical office: 1) chairs were a little less comfortable, but they were fine, 2) the air compressor that engages all of their power tools was right next to me in the room, which was noisy but not terrible and definitely a trade-off I'd be willing to take again, 3) the x-ray camera was hand-held and required multiple shots per position in order to get clear images, the tech assured me that the radiation exposure was far lower than traditional wall-mounted machines in dentists' offices and that I didn't need any lead covering but I wasn't convinced and wish they didn't need to expose me to radiation so much.
