From the receptionist to the dentists, they are all lively and energetic. Every time I call the receptionist greets me enthusiastically, makes my day. The staff such as dentists and dentist assistants are lovely, they are friendly and would engage into jokes, I love the fact that my Dentist started explaining about wisdom teeth and how new generations have started getting only few of them due to the evolutionary pathways. Please visit this clinic. Oh and yep, got my cleaning done, they were really helpful and nice.

My experience is so great that I am not worried about returning and I am actually open to booking regular visits. This is the first time I’ve ever said this since I’ve had a dental phobia ever since I was a kid. The office is also amazing with their Covid protocols and on top of their pre-screening process.

I ABSOLUTELY loved the care, guidance and treatment that I received here. I must say I was quite hesitant to change my dentist of several years, but having moved away from my home country, there's not much choice in that matter. Because I didn't know the dentists in the city and given the pandemic, it took me MONTHS to stop pushing oral hygiene for later ! Finally, with things having more or less settled down, I did my research, read through reviews and finally chose Imagine Dental. I still was quite nervous. I spoke to the staff regarding my dental history and got the much needed guidance on what options I could consider. Few things that I really appreciated : - Guidance/options I received helped me with my decision and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed to make a choice - My insurance didn't have complete dental coverage, but the staff placed a few calls to find out what would be covered for me, and billed me accordingly - saving me the time to submit the expenses to my insurance (and no, unfortunately not all medical facilities do this - so I really appreciate Imagine Dental for going above and beyond) - At Imagine Dental they really place patients needs first and make it a very comforting experience - And bonus : All staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease! So, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND (and have already to my friends!) Imagine Dental :)

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I've never been scared or nervous around dentists but the shame of several years of no dental work before my partner and I got insurance kept me hesitant of finally going in and seeing the damage. Although people are nice, they couldnt do the surgery that my daughter needed for her wisdom tooth. the lady doctor said it was a difficult surgery and she needed to see a dental surgeon despite the clinic advertising that they do wisdom tooth surgery. The surgeon's price was crazy and said she needed to put to sleep. I ended up having to look for other clinics which charged half the price of what the surgeon quoted, no need to put to sleep too. they even said this was a straightforward surgery. I wasted lots of time and money for all these consultations because this clinic couldn't do a simple surgery! frustrating..

My old dentist retired over COVID so I was in search of a new one and was referred to come here. Wow, was it the best decision I ever made! Everyone on her team from the hygienist to the assistant is fantastic. They’re the type of people that will remember who you are as a person rather than just a client. I had a filling that was very deep and needed to be fixed and Dr. Tabarsi did everything perfectly. The freezing was virtually painless and the bite afterwards was just perfect. My partner is terrified of dental work but I know he'll love Dr. Tabarsi. I can't recommend her enough. I'll also be getting a crown done at Imagine Dental and I'll update my post afterwards. Edit: I've had my crown done and it's perfect. Because I have an unusual bite, Dr. Tabarsi directly spoke with the lab to ensure that the crown would be made to meet my specifications and fit properly. I also have to say that Amanda, her dental assistant, is exceptional in friendliness, skill, and assisting with any and all billing issues.

My review is not about the place is about the people. After my first appointment I had a really bad personal situation and I lost my second appointment. Months later, after losing my second appointment my health would be compromised because this "unfortunate personal situation". I went to the Clinic the assistants were so nice, they gave me Dr. Ladan's number and I was supposed to go with the physician first but Dr. Ladan received me the day after I contacted her because she wanted to be sure that I was okay. The Doctor and the personnel are gentle, empathetic with high professionalism and humanity. I'm so grateful.

I have not been to the dentist in a while, I was a bit nervous but once i entered the building aside from the gorgeous layout as well as the clean look and well tidied space The office looked absolutely amazing. Greeted by Amanda at the front desk, who was extremely friendly polite patient with helping me as i needed some assistance filling out the paper work. Which was neatly laid out on a ipad, maybe im old fashion but this was so awesome. I then proceeded to meet the other members of the staff. Jas was helping me out super friendly down to earth very easy going and professional. Amazing to find someone who takes there time with the polishing like she does such a thorough job teeth looked amazing after the polish. And before the polish of course I got to meet DR Tabarasi, Such a friendly woman, loved to chat while working even took breaks so i could reply to certain questions on the topic that we spoke about. Attention to such details and in such depth was a amazing feel, really felt that i was well taken care of by everyone in the office. Thank you for making my dentist experience such a good positive reminder that I should not be worried about going to the dentist!

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Tabarsi and her staff. I came in with a toothache emergency and there I was welcomed by Amanda who was very energetic and accommodating as she squeezed me into their busy schedule. When it was my turn I was greeted by their dental assistant Jas! The energy that was given off by her was amazing! She kept me at ease as I have a lot of anxiety coming to the dentist. And last but definitely not the least I came to know Dr. Tabarsi. I have never been to a dental office where the dentist explains everything so thoroughly. Beautiful, Bright and Welcoming Dental Office. Had the pleasure to have X-Rays and a Consult regarding a few major oral issues that i had to get done. Dr. Tabarsi was not only extremely knowledgeable but also took the time to explain my issues and brief me of my options and each particular outcome. Dr. Tabarsi and her clinic is absolutely the best dentist I've ever visited in my life and that's a lot to say because I've lived in many places and seen dentists in other countries too like Finland and the UK. I used to be a highly anxious patient. When I was six years old, the dentists in the state provided healthcare in Finland filled three cavities with no anesthetic. It was extremely painful, and ever since then I've been terribly anxious about going to the dentist and I even started dreading beforehand when I see the date in the calendar approaching. That has all changed thanks to Dr. Tabarsi and her team. Even though the sounds of the instruments still make me nervous, I no longer feel anxious about going to the clinic. In fact, it has changed from being a terrifying experience to a positive and pleasant one. I always get greeted with smiles from Amanda and Jas, and Dr. Tabarsi always puts me at ease by patiently explaining what the procedure is like - which is important for a nervous patient like me. She expertly filled very difficult, deep cavities and put in a crown that is so perfect, I can't even tell that it's there. And Amanda always carefully explained how the billing worked, how much would be covered by my insurance etc. and she takes great care in reminding me about my appointment and even followed up to make sure I was happy with the crown. I hope that I don't ever need to move out of Vancouver, because honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dentist!!!
