You can't get better dental care for anyone regardless of their age. The staff are very caring and knowledgable and every procedure that we have had has been incredibly painless--I even had a steak dinner the day I had a root canal! My kids have alway thought going to the dentist was fun and something to look forward to. I have referred a lot of my friends and family and they have had the same experience.

Every time I go to the dentist I come away feeling good. How many people can say that? The staff (ALL the staff) are super cheerful and helpful. Never have the impression that I need to get something 'fixed' if it can wait. Dr Modi makes one feel relaxed and explains everything that is going on. Did I mention the super friendly staff?

The office was able to get me in so fast! Referral sent to the surgeon of my choice however I was not able to book an immediate surgical appointment and required another stronger antibiotic. Eventually a stronger antibiotic was able to be prescribed (thank God) to fight the infection. I do appreciate Dr. Modi seeing me so fast, when I couldn't see my dentist. This is a great staff and they do the best work I've ever had done (thanks Dr Granic!!)

Dr. Kapasi and his entire team are just the best. I've always struggled with my "fear of the dentist" but going to the Waterloo Family Dental clinic has pretty much changed the experience from one of anticipated horror, to one of pleasant surprise. Dr. Kapasi and his wonderful assistant, Tonya, did a great job of relieving my stress throughout the entire process. Their caring attitude and sense of humor made me wonder why I ever felt nervous. I highly recommend them.

I was in the office recently and wore a mask; I was happy that I was screened before entering for my appointment. I was however surprised that masks were mandatory for clients but not for office staff. My temperature was taken from the secretary and she was not wearing a mask and not separated from me with any glass, etc. I could not safely distance myself to complete the screening process. I expect more from a medical office during this time.

Great dental office! I've been going to this office for over 10 years. The staff are all friendly and kind and truly care about keeping you comfortable and at ease. I changed to this dental office after having a bad experience elsewhere, and I've been grateful for the referral to Waterloo Family Dental ever since. They were great with my children and took the time to explain our options carefully and answer all of our question. I didnt feel rushed. I also didnt feel pain! I highly recommend.

Amazing dentist, my husband and I have been patients here for a few years and they’re truly incredible at what they do. I had to have a root canal and it was almost painless. 20+ years going to dr. Granic I never had a problem. He's gentle he's caring and his hygienist Dorothy is an absolute sweetheart. Highly recommended for not only great care but also they're great people too.

Un Impressed

Maybe it was just a fluke but I had a horrible experience here. I never had any tooth pain or fear of dentists until I came to Waterloo Family Dental and now I have both. I found them unfriendly, they double-charged me causing issues with the insurance, and 6 months later my teeth still hurt which they never did before I visited this dentist.
