Amazing and professional! There was no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Emily (the assistant) was more than amazing at keeping me calm and Andrew (the dentist) did a quick and thorough job! Highly recommend!

I blew out a problematic molar around 10 AM and they were able to fit me in for a consult and repair the same day. I was very nervous as it wasn't my regular dentist of a few decades. Monica the receptionist was warm, friendly, easy going. So easy to speak with on the phone and in person. I arrived and was introduced to Emily the assistant who took an x-ray and kept me calm. Dr. Mohammad was knowledgeable, provided options for fixing the tooth and set to work repairing the problem. They constantly talked to me to tell me what they were doing, the rapport between the two was professional and wow, knowledgeable demonstrating they have worked together for a long time. Efficient, pain free, relaxing if that is possible. If I could give six stars, I would.

Had a root canal, rear right molar, top tier job. Anesthetic application is the best I've ever received and only felt a tiny amount of pain very briefly, the kind of pain where a stress ball is enough to get through it. Office was able to fit me in for the procedure 2 days after assessment vs a month if I were to do it with my regular dentist. 5/5, if I needed a root canal to be able to function and needed it on short notice, I would absolutely go again without hesitation, but if it is a dental problem that can wait, I know my regular dentist won't accidentally hit my teeth with the tools on the way out.

I had three "complicated" wisdom teeth extracted yesterday at the Waterloo Emergency Dental Centre by Dr. Darroch, Andrew and his wonderful Dental Assistant. The procedure was elaborate yet so precisely done that I felt safe and confident the entire time. The duo were a perfect team and they both kept checking in with me to see if I was ok throughout. Thank you both so much! Monica the receptionist is such an amazing and hospitable lady too. Looking forward to my next post-op follow-up appointment!

Came here for a checkup and cleaning and the clinic was very friendly and accommodating every step of the way. They even took the time to call me and ask if they could rearrange the appointments for my convenience, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, they took excellent care of me throughout the process and even helped me understand the finances behind it. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs any help with their teeth to come here!

I've gotten all my dental work done here over the past couple months. Monica the receptionist is such an amazing and kind women. She goes out of her way to make sure you're able to make payments, or have insurance or what you need done. Dr. Mohammed and the Dental Assistant Emily are also the kindest people I have ever met. I was in today with a chipped tooth, I called at 9:00am and was in by 11:00am. I highly recommend coming to the Waterloo Emergency Dental Centre, even if its a non-emergency!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do root canal and (Dr.Mohammed Sami) did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. I went to Waterloo Emergency Dental Centre for Root Canal treatment and i had a great experience, staffs are friendly, happy and approachable. Dentists are great, they are explaining the procedures very well. Monica the receptionist she’s great. She helped me giving me options about billings. They are doing direct billing to insurances.

I had three extractions. The procedures were very fast. I had very little discomfort afterwords. Recovery time was very fast. I was able to go to work the next day. I would highly recommend them. ????????

Hey good people. Everyone does good work. The receptionist is very helpful too, I had some issues with my insurance as my Dad was switching insurances and she basically settle the issues for me. The Dentist and his assistance are very nice and do a great job on my teeth

I had a cracked & infected wisdom tooth. This clinic took me in right away filled out some necessary paper work and within 15 minutes my tooth was out. Totally affordable if you don’t have insurance and I’ll also add that the staff are incredibly nice and educated. Will be coming back here again 110%

WARNING!!!! I called the place in October for a complicate wisdom teeth,they told me to show up at the place the same day.. the thing is the doctor just toke x-ray and made a "diagnostic" which it wasn't because I told before everything that I had plenty knowledge about my situation I knew what I had ,and I knew that I need surgery done by specialist. To make shorter ,I had to go home with a ibuprofen prescription because they couldn't do anything else but charge and drain the left in my insurance.. and because I didn't have enough they send me a letter asking to pay the rest... Honestly I didn't solve anything. And I feel ripped off.. after all the information I provided them they should just prescribe some pain killers in stead all the show and the theatre. Non professional..

I was so nervous to go to the dentist but was having some serious pain.Dr. Andrew is an amazing dentist! He was so nice and kind, would absolutely recommend him!! The secretary and dental assistant are also amazing. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental services.

Emergency dental that's closed on Saturday and Sunday. So whatever you do don't have a dental emergency on the weekend!

I was provided service by Caitlyn who cleaned my teeth. She did a phenomenal job, one of the more thorough cleanings I've ever had. The Dr. is also very friendly and has attention to detail. Vivian the receptionist sent me all the forms ahead of time through email so that was helpful since I needed this to be a quick and easy process.

Amazing experience, just fantastic. Have gotten 1 filling done, scheduled for more, and it has been just out of this world great. I recommend here 100%, they also fixed an issue a previous dentist has missed. I look forward to getting the rest of my dental problems fixed here, and will never have to go to a different dentist!

My timeline of events: I called around 10:00 AM on a Tuesday, had a consultation at 1:30 the same day, scheduled to have my wisdom tooth out on 10:00 AM of the following Thursday, then was back in my apartment with my tooth extracted by 10:30. Good, fast work, very accommodating and friendly staff.

Quick and seamless extraction done by an absolute professional, this place is very friendly and open and not rushed at all, would definitely recommend. Dr. Raj and Dr. Mohamad are extremely skilled at what they do, and they take their time and perform your procedures to perfection. The front desk staff (shoutout to Barb) are incredibly helpful and will try their absolute best to help you out with anything you need, definitely my top choice dental office.

I had another emergency that resulted yet again the loss of another tooth. Given that my previous extract experience was not good. I like going to the dentist and not afraid, however, this time was different. They where wonderful the entire time. The staff was very personable and knowledgable. Dr. Dragan and all the staff are awesome. I had terrible toothaches and they saw me immediately after I called. They bill to insurance directly so everything is hassle free. Now my teeth are back to normal; wish I had found this doctor years earlier! :)
