I've been to many dentists over the years and these guys rank among the top 2 or 3. Polite and friendly from the front desk to the rest of the staff, they are easily the most caring dental team I have experienced. I really appreciate that the staff take the time to explain what they are doing and continually ask how you are feeling throughout the treatment. If you are looking for a dentist in Waterloo, I think you would find it difficult to do better than these professionals. Five stars, no question.

Dr Adatia has been my dentist since I moved to Canada in 2013. I have always had amazing care from him. He is very careful, accurate, and efficient. I have always felt calm and relaxed when he has worked on my teeth. Always been a warm environment with very friendly and respectful staff.

Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to!!! The staff is amazing, the receptionist is always smiling and super patient with my 2 year old, the hygienist is so informative and explained everything to the last minute and the Dr. He is amazing!! He is so gentle with my kids and makes them laugh through the process and makes sure they are comfortable..I would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone ????????????????????

I used to fear dentist appointments until I found Dentistry on Erb. The dentist is gentle, friendly and explains everything. Shelly is amazing and I look forward to my teeth cleanings with her. This is the only dentist's office I have gone to where my cleanings have been painless. Ramona and the reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. The entire staff makes me feel like a valued client and I highly recommend them.

The worst reception/customer service experience I have ever had. Ramona, the receptionist, failed to call us back and when I called to confirm our appointment times were booked on the same day, she gave me attitude. We cancelled our appointments because of her terrible customer service.

I initially came in for just a whitening, about $2000 and two months later i finally get an at home whitening kit with a retainer that doesnt even fit properly. Lets not forget waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes for my apt listening to drilling when your dentist knows you have dental anxiety. I followed all instructions given by the front desk, my gums are now BURNT and skin is peeling off. I also have white spots all over my teeth and will have to go elsewhere to get this fixed. (BTW i had braces for two years and have a picture perfect smile... well had one at least) If you enjoy having a nice smile or want a nice smile, look elsewhere.. trust me.
