If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Amazing simply amazing experience Cannot say enough about the most wonderful, talented Dentists and team I have ever met. Great memories and experience with Dr Grages and now the amazing Dr. MacDonald who between them have done a great deal of work on my teeth over the years and constantly amaze me with their skill and teamwork. Thank you so very much you are head and shoulders above the best there is.

Dr. Grages is great. He takes the time to break everything down and explain every step. His willingness to accommodate is notable. Having an issue? He will adjust his schedule and get you in. The staff are fantastic too. Highly recommend.

I've had work done by both Dr. Grages and Dr. Macdonald. The procedures were painless and prompt. Very friendly staff. Easy to schedule appointments and I appreciate that they call the day before to remind me. Also, I really appreciated that both dentists checked in with me multiple times during the procedure to ensure that I had no discomfort. Will come back and would recommend to friends and family.

Family values, professionalism, respect and subtle sense of humor in a convenient location. Over the years we lived in this area, all of the members of our family have been to this clinic at least once. Checkups, basic, complicated procedures are always done efficiently and with extreme care. If it's urgent, the team will do their best to see you ASAP. Kids love the toy corner. Oh, and the Wi-Fi password rocks. Thank you!

My wife and I highly recommend this dental care team. What a human touch. From calling in and speaking with Patti at the front desk, a compassionate person, who realized our emergency and managed to squeeze us in, to the rest of their amazing team. I don't know if they get a special 'kindness' training, but Vernon Family Dental have very kind staff. Max did x-ray and prep work. Mandy who assisted Dr. MacDonald. Dr. MacDonald should wear an exemplary service medal. Very kind and informative professional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I just took my three kids in for cleanings yesterday and they were all scared to go but the staff were excellent in there and made my kids feel at home. They all came out smiling. I have been going here for over 20 years and I was nervous about the change over to Graham from Bernie but I have been in to have my own dental work done and I have total confidence in Dr. Graham and his staff. They have all been very professional and super friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Graham and staff for always providing excellent service

I had extreme pain in my tooth that felt like an exposed nerve. It's December 26th and my dentist's office is closed until January 3rd. I called the on-call dentist phone number. Dr. MacDonald called me back, called in pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds for me immediately, and opened his office to treat me today, within just hours of my initial contact to him. Turns out I had to have an emergency root canal. Dr. MacDonald was so professional and caring. He and his assistant (Viv?) took excellent care of me!! I was so comfortable there that it felt like we were old friends, even though this is the first time I met him and Viv. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Macdonald to everyone!!! Still do not have a quote for dental work from appointment in early February. Was told it was "my" responsibility two times now! How would I submit x-rays and tooth information when I don't have it? That was the first follow-up call response. The second did not go much better with admin telling me a second time it was my responsibility again to sort my paperwork submitted by dental office out. After asking to have the Dentist call me to discuss this matter I was told "oh he won't call you back, he never calls patients". I wouldn't trust regular mail to get through to Dr. Macdonald from this Admin either. She is accountable to some "boss" but with no direct email or messages passed through how will I ever know that my concerns reached the dentist? I am disappointed with this highly recommended dental office.
