You will not be disapointed with Aberdeen Dental. From the front office staff, hygienist and both Dr. Dhaliwal & Dr. O'Shea all of them are warm and welcoming at every visit. Through COVID I have felt safe and have not been concerned once about being there or having my teeth cleaned. I would also like to add for the parents out there, this is a great place to bring your kids. Despite initial nerves from my little ones they were made comfortable and everyone went at their pace. Now my kids get excited and actually ask when they will be seeing the dentist again.

I was treated in a friendly, courteous manner. Both the Dr. Shea and his assistant, Kerry, were very professional. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure was explained carefully and accomplished with minimal discomfort. It's now the next day and the instruction sheet is clear and easy to follow. Everything is progressing as expected. I couldn't ask for better!

I actually enjoy coming to this dental clinic! It's very modern, clean, and has a very friendly staff. Dr. Pita Dhaliwal is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I've been struggling with sleep my entire life and have been to many different doctors about it. She noticed on my first visit that I had been grinding and clenching and sent me to the sleep clinic to get a sleep study done. Finally on the path to being able to sleep well thanks to her!! I had no idea a dentist would be able to get to the bottom of my sleep troubles. Thank you.

The ladies at front desk set the tone for my whole experience at Aberdeen. Carol and Stephanie are extremely knowledgeable and SO friendly. Megan W. cleaned my teeth and I can't say enough about how professional, gentle and thorough she was. She asked me questions throughout as to how comfortable I was and did a thorough background investigation as to my medical history and any issues I may have with my teeth. Dr. Dhaliwal came in to do a checkup with a big smile and answered my questions respectfully and intelligently. She hummed as she looked at my teeth and I was so put at ease. The screen in the ceiling had beautiful, soothing nature scenes with soft music and I was also offered the option to watch Netflix. The whole experience was so relaxing I felt like I was at the spa. From the start of my appointment to walking out the door I was impressed and felt extremely cared for. THANK YOU doesn't cover it to all of you at Aberdeen! :)

Today was my first visit to Aberdeen Dental Centre. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and then introduced to my hygienist, Shelby. Shelby was very pleasant and I instantly was made to feel comfortable by her. I was escorted to a well appointed room and asked to sit in the dental lounge chair. I was asked to select my choice of viewing material on the TV affixed to the ceiling directly overhead. Shelby was very professional and diligent as she inspected, x-rayed and cleaned my teeth. Shelby has a great sense of humour and made me feel very relaxed. She was quick to laugh at my attempts to be humorous and shared stories of her travels and her personal life with me. After my cleaning was completed, Dr. Dhaliwal came in and introduced herself as "Pita". She was very professional and pleasant as well. I met with another receptionist (Tara?) who politely and warmly processed my next appointment and payment. All in all, my first visit to this office was very positive and enjoyable and I highly recommend this office for dental services.

I got there already tense waiting for what was to come, and it was not that bad at all! I moved to Vernon just over a year ago and was in need of a dentist. I called 3 places and left messages and Aberdeen was the only one to call me back. From the first moment I talked with them, they have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and looked after. All of the staff are great from the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienists to the dentists, they are the best team. The office has great parking (free) and is very neat, modern, clean and doesn’t smell like dentist! The reminders for your appointments (phone calls and/or texts) and the safety protocols they have taken for covid and just some of the things that make them stand out! They worked with me to get all my dental needs completed before my coverage ran out! They went above and beyond! If you are needing a dentist, I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed. Had such great expections because of all the the positive reviews. Staff is very friendly but that does not make up for the lack of appreciation they have for their patients’ time/money. Had a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled, with multiple days booked off of work to recover(at their request). It wasn’t until I was sitting in DR. O’SHEA’s chair the morning of, that he finally got around to looking at my x rays. THAT’s when he decided he wasn’t going to perform the extraction, and that he would refer me to an oral surgeon(They contacted me the day after my X-rays letting me know that wasn’t necessary and Dr. O’Shea was able to remove them). I find it extremely ironic yet disappointing that they have a $100 cancellation policy on their appointments but when they cancel WHILE you are in the chair, with work booked off...they don’t have much to offer but a half-hearted sorry. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable with no care or respect for your time. Extremely let down and will not be returning to their offices again.
