I been a patient of Dr. Hawthorne for a couple of years. The office is very welcoming with comfortable waiting area. My experience been great every time. This dentist office is best in town. Never have to stress out, you in great hands with amazing professionals even if you getting your regular cleaning or something mature done. They make you feel calm and comfortable. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received EVER. Ignorant, snotty and threatening patients is unacceptable but seems to be the norm at this establishment. i heard horror stories about how rude the staff was but still chose to see for myself (out of convenience) and i was definitely not disappointed in the outrageous behaviour. i would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

My team today was Dr. Rex and Paige. What a dynamite team it was! This visit was for a crown-prep and a filling with oral sedation. Every step was well explained and I was asked many times if I was ok or if I needed a break. I could barely feel the local anaesthetic injections. The drilling I could only hear, not feel. All-in-all, I was as comfortable as is possible given the situation. Thank you Cornerstone Dental for a job well done. I'll be back.

My story is that I was in a terrible car accident years ago which knocked out my front teeth, over the years I have managed to have my porcelain crowns changed as dentistry has evolved. I found Cornerstone Dental after reading lots of reviews of different Dental clinics in my area & decided to go see Dr.Cordon & the lovely dental assistant, Kim who took great care of me. I have alot of anxiety around work being done on my mouth because of such a traumatic experience of having my mouth wired shut with teeth broken off at my gumline, so needless to say,it always gives me tremendous anxiety to take on more dental work. But I have to say how happy I am with this clinic, Dr.Cordon & Dr.Hawthorne are amazing & I feel very comfortable having work done by them. It was a fair amount of work that I have had done at Cornerstone in the past year & still have a few procedures to get through until we are finished. Im very much looking forward to completing the work & can't say enough good things about the standards of care you will receive at this Dental clinic. I am so grateful to have found them . Rex has been my dentist since I was little and he is absolutely amazing. Always makes me feel comfortable. Im a little abnormal and usually need extra freezing, he always takes the time to make sure it gets done right and I'm never in pain. Rex is super friendly and he really cares about his patients (it's like you're part of the family). The staff are all super good with kids and even have a little play room with lots of activity's to keep them busy. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist ????

Dr. Hawthorne has been my Dentist for 13yrs. When I first went to see Rex I had serious dental problems as a result of radiation treatments to my mouth and throat. Because of the radiation treatment extracting my decayed teeth was not an option as it could cause my gums and jaw not to heal. Dr. Hawthorne put together a short and long term plan for my oral care, which included check-ups, cleanings, prevention and restoring my decayed and damaged teeth. My mouth feels great and my teeth look better than before my radiation treatments. Dr. Rex Hawthorne is a great Dentist! He is my general Dentist and also did my Orthodontic treatment. I was recommended to be in treatment for 18+ months but ended up completing treatment early and was out of braces by 15 months (which is a big deal). My teeth look great, they are exactly what I wanted them to look like and he made sure to ask me before we did take them off that I was happy with how they looked and felt many times. I am in retention now and have a lower lingual wire (which is barely noticeable) and an upper clear essix retainer (which is also barely noticeable) and I am VERY happy with the outcome and my smile. Also to note that Rex is a great person, Doctor and he is funny and enjoyable throughout any dental appointments I have. :) Thanks Rex!

I am 28 years old and just had my wisdome teeth taken out. Its taken so long because 6 other dentists said they could not or would not take them out because it was too complicated. I went to this clinic with yet another wisdom tooth infection and I met Dr. Cordon. She felt confident in taking my wisdom teeth out, I was so scared but agreed since she was the first dentist who felt like she could do it. I opted for the oral sedation because I'm a light weight and very nervous. I am so impressed with this team's level of kindness, understanding, professionalism, and overall lovely atmosphere. I have had my wisdom teeth removed, the pain is minimal, the experience was overall great! I would highly recommend this clinic and team to anyone with dental fears. They didnt treat me like I was being irrational because of my dental anxiety, they were so kind to me during the procedure (from what I remember), to make my experience even more pleasant I was treated great right from reception, to assistant to Dr nothing like a great experience start to finish????

Very good dentist. I recently had major front dental work with Dr. Hawthorne and his team. For my job, a perfect smile is paramount to me and he delivered. Great work diagnosing and treating the problem, as my tooth was abscessed and Dr. Hawthorne discovered the problem early on. I do experience some anxiety during medical visits, so his sense of humour was appreciated. The administrative staff was helpful sorting out my personal dental plan, and my hygienist Wendy masters that special gift making you feel relaxed, comfortable and cared for. The office is modern as can be and has free on-site parking. I always know that I’m in good hands. ~Update~ another pleasant visit to Dr. Hawthorne’s practice. The whole staff strove to make my experience as pleasant as possible, from greeting me at the beginning to scheduling my next appointment at the end. Great dentists, lousy booking department. Had an appointment booked for 3 weeks from my last visit, then called to confirm time, and all of a sudden I don't have an appointment!!!!!!! Going to the Dentist never stressed me out, until I learned my child had a cavity! I didn't know how my child would react to the treatment presented. Going to see Dr.Hawthorne eased my fears! I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Hawthrone. Rex and his assistant made sure I was comfortable, checking in with me throughout the appointment. I was able to lay back and watch the sports highlights, which is something I never get to do at home. After the procedure I was given instructions on what to do at home to reduce any discomfort associated with having a root canal. I followed these instructions and had virtually no issues. This is just one, of many good experiences I've had at this office. I would recommend Rex to anyone.
